    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    Had phone line issues, DMed @Plusnet, and by noon the following day an Openreach engineer had visited and fixed the issue. So +1 to Plusnet for quick support 👍

    @rosemaryhopkin Or possibly a fault. Virgin are a problem at times. With others could also be an equipment fault at the exchange. Raise a fault ticket with your ISP. We had intermittent problems a few years ago with the Plusnet equipment at the local exchange.

    @Plusnet morning. Been away for 5 days, got up this morning with Alexa shouting at me that she can't connect to Internet and it appears it's down to all my devices. Checked line and all connections and restarted router and reset it to. No luck. Any ideas. Thanks

    @Plusnet Please can you look at our connection. We have just changed to unlimited fibre extra but the connection keeps dropping and disconnecting from the internet. Our line number is 01942217952. Thanks for your help

    @plusnet broadband seemed to go down at 135am this morning and still not working everything has been unplugged and replugged. your status page shows no issues

    @Plusnet There’s nothing more that you can do I assume?I will be cancelling with immediate effect I am not getting the service I am paying for it’s seriously shocking 😡

    @Plusnet Hi I did try different channels. 1 6 11 as recommended but all still poor. I tried other channels but still poor and I tried auto and still poor. Anymore ideas
