@Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@xmatty123x @Plusnet @DeliciousLegacy Depends on how many customers dunk for the perfect cuppa. It's been down for most of the country for nearly 2hrs and they have only just acknowledged the problem.

@SoProJanet @Plusnet Been offline since 10:20 also. Just managed to get through to a technical advisor after an hour and 12 minutes of being on hold to let me know that they don't know where the issue is, but they're working to resolve it ASAP.
