The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. Big Dave (@bigdavesnokia) reported@ArmchairAdml Got my mum Plusnet full fibre 145 package for 25 quid (existing customer 2Y contract) and 1p mobile 1000 mins and 10gb data for £7.20 recently (no contract). She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.

IMDANM (@IMDANM) reported@saltyy_savage Have a look at PlusNet, runs on the BT network without their awful pricing and terrible customer support (I’ll never use them again). Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, I’m with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for £28 a month with no mid contract price increases.
