4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

Is anyone else here a @Plusnet customer? I'm having the mother of all internet hassles at the moment. The router is working and I have wifi but no internet. Are they down? Have re booted etc but to no avail. It's been almost an hour.

@Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

@Plusnet need to ask if your system is down. My phone and laptop are showing wifi but no internet connection. Have tried rebooting the router to no avail and am chewing up data on my mobile. Help!

@Apwhite1402 @Rugbylad37 @Plusnet Aye I remember you saying. I've honestly had zero problems with them. In fact they got a guy out to sort my speeds and disconnections by going up the pole and fixing it, which BT said wasn't necessary. So hopefully they fix this charge seeing as I'm out of contract

Hi @Plusnet, you've been great but I'm leaving you, and I was out of contract on the 25th March, but you've just sent me an email saying that I will have £70 of early termination fee's on my final bill. Can you help me with that please?

remote for the main tv is the sky remote so if sky isn't you're service provider then what do you call it? virgin remote? talk talk remote? PLUSNET REMOTE?

@Plusnet No show today for a repair call after being given the run around that a technician was en route. Was promised a call from the manager but still waiting. There’s a lot of garbage on both yours and Qube websites re customer service. Very disappointing.

@triscoe @Rugbylad37 @Plusnet Good luck, you will need it. PlusNet weren't able to supply me with Internet for 9 months but still charged me the entire period. I vowed then to never ever return.
