4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

@Plusnet need to ask if your system is down. My phone and laptop are showing wifi but no internet connection. Have tried rebooting the router to no avail and am chewing up data on my mobile. Help!

Terrible service today from @Plusnet and one of the useless companies they outsource to. Offered a £75 reward which expired before we had a chance to activate it. Not advised of the cut-off at point of sale. Still, probably just means more profit for you, right??

@plusnethelp This is shocking customer service! We have been trying to contact @plusnet for days, with no reply. Our broadband is dropping out frequently making work impossible! I accept covid is making things difficult but this is out of order!

@plusnethelp hi Plusnet help. Any explanation of poor broadband signal quality in Birmingham. It seems to get worse when it rains (which is frequently). It's fine for normal stuff but it's starting to affect my ability to work.

Finally dropped virgin media. Having outages that we're never reported, constant problems the user gets blamed for and then raising the price was just too much. Hopefully plusnet will provide a better service, they always have in the past!
