Definitely easy to speak to a human. I’d rate them as ‘good enough to not leave’ which is as good as any customer service gets from me these days!

I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Citizen #376894 (@yidsnee) reported@biggle1908 With Virgin your internet speed will drop drastically when kids are on school holidays - the contention ratio they use is horrible. I'm very happy with @Plusnet for my full fibre internet - in the many years I've been with them, it's been hassle-free.

-on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported@ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.
