    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @Plusnet need to ask if your system is down. My phone and laptop are showing wifi but no internet connection. Have tried rebooting the router to no avail and am chewing up data on my mobile. Help!

    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    @Ofcom you say that “mobile users on any network” can forward messages to 7726 but not if, like me, they are with @Plusnet, a bit misleading.

    Apparently @Plusnet mobile don’t support short codes? So can’t use the @BBCCiN short codes?

    @duncan_uk We currently have a ongoing issue with Plusnet users, this is on side and we are awaiting for them to fix the issue. We are currently advising customers to use mobile data. I apologise for any inconveniences this may have caused for you. Thanks, Jazz

    @Plusnet I have been on hold for an hour this morning!! This service is terrible. I have just signed for a new contract for my new house but I will be cancelling as soon as someone picks up this call.

    @virginmedia 29th Sept - BT engineer switched the line over and since then our provider has been plusnet. 12th Oct - High risk elderly disabled customer had no working phone line and therefore no fall alarm and outside communication for EIGHT DAYS.

    @RobL_L Thanks for the suggestion, but @Screwfix .com still not working over @Plusnet after reset. Works fine on 3g.
