    @Plusnet need to ask if your system is down. My phone and laptop are showing wifi but no internet connection. Have tried rebooting the router to no avail and am chewing up data on my mobile. Help!

    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at ยฃ8 a month each will do! Was paying ยฃ45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now ยฃ32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up ๐Ÿ™‚ Great customer service too.

    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled ๐Ÿ˜‘ trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    Is anyone else here a @Plusnet customer? I'm having the mother of all internet hassles at the moment. The router is working and I have wifi but no internet. Are they down? Have re booted etc but to no avail. It's been almost an hour.

    As a customer, I really wouldn't recommend @Plusnet Been with them for years, no idea why. Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying ยฃ35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...

    @Plusnet I rang (for the 3rd time) I am still none the wiser to what the actuall problem is. @WeAreOpenreach are not to be seen, local people are all being told different things by their ISP's. No broadband for over a week is unacceptable @southkesteven

    @LiamFromOrlando @SSOUIC Nope, I was having trouble with my ISP router (PlusNet) when I first using the HomePod mini as the audio output for my Apple TV, but I bought a pair of eero routers and have had zero issues since, until the past few days where this bug started.

    @Plusnet I am 2 months from the end of my 900 contract and the โ€œofferโ€ is to renew at 33.99 a month, more than a new customerโ€ฆ whatโ€™s the incentive for me to stay?
