    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @Plusnet need to ask if your system is down. My phone and laptop are showing wifi but no internet connection. Have tried rebooting the router to no avail and am chewing up data on my mobile. Help!

    @DowndetectorUK Yep, down. Yet again. Can't make or receive mobile calls & their website's down too. It's a miracle I have BB. Done with @Plusnet. Never thought the day would come when @TalkTalk were a more attractive option

    @Plusnet Awful level of service, pay bill, still restrict the mobile line. Speak to them confirm payment get text saying line restored, now handset blocked from network Got to be kidding me

    @BennyHawes Hi Benny, these emails are automated and are there to ensure you don't go over your allotted mailbox capacity. If you're having trouble with deleting mail through Webmail, you can always set up an email client and delete mail through this instead. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield
