    @marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    @ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

    @IanDunt My question would be.. what provider has the least drop outs and disconnects. My #plusnet is shite and drops WiFi 5 times a night and takes 5 mins to reconnect. Garbage.

    @Plusnet Thanks, internet just dropped again just as family about to watch something. Rang plusnet on Friday and got absolutely zero tech support just that they would send an engineer monday (today) and they would telephone me first,no call, no engineer.

    @Plusnet I'm a new customer and I was trying to set up my router over the weekend, but I kept getting a flashing red 'b' that indicates there's a problem with my broadband lines.

    @Plusnet can I suggest you focus on providing good internet connection. I have been having problems with my plusnet. Stated 2/3 days ago. You have changed something. I’ve restarted and checked if there areAny works going on. I live in Tooting Broadway.

    @Plusnet Hi Jodie, I've run the suggested tests and my broadband is still not connecting. I have left a comment on the ticket in the help assistant to this effect
