  • alexdn32 Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

  • craigwest Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

  • CraigHawker Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England

@SimonDarksideJ I'm on plusnet. No issues whatsoever.

  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • Vafuncullo Alan 💙 (@Vafuncullo) reported

@Plusnet I want to cancel my phone. Dont need to talk to anyone just need to cancel. I logged into my account but there's no straightforward option just to cancel. Should i just cancel the direct debit and leave it to expire?

  • Kinglouy08 Anthony Lewis (@Kinglouy08) reported

@Plusnet Hi.I’m late paying my bill this month (yesterday was the last day). I tried for hours last night to pay the bill. The WiFi was slow but working, however every time I tried to get on your site to pay, nothing would load. Now my bill has almost doubled for being late (1/2)

  • AlexTodhunter Alex Todhunter (@AlexTodhunter) reported

@Plusnet I can't believe an account which took me all of 3 minutes to sign up for, on the basis that it was flexible and I could cancel at any time, has taken 3 months to cancel!!

  • kaydubu27 Kay Wong (@kaydubu27) reported

@Plusnet Hi, I’m switching over to broadband with you from Sky, but seem to have been disconnected from Sky before Plusnet is up and running? Please can you help? Thanks

  • Pauline54232922 Pauline Turner #pigoneer (@Pauline54232922) reported

@4lanFrancis @tescomobile But you're right about Plusnet. I switched from them to Vodafone last October. Big mistake! The promised £100 voucher never arrived, the speed is slow, no free landline calls and less data allowance.

  • KatTrimble Kat J Trimble (@KatTrimble) reported

@angry_tired I 'm merciless on the phone with utility suppliers. The only ones I ever have a giggle with are Plusnet. Been with them for mobile for a while and have a brilliant deal. I'd never move. Wifi/broadband a whole other issue. A pain in the proverbial. Old Victorian houses, etc, etc.

  • rockest_lobster Rock Lobster (@rockest_lobster) reported

I'm pretty sure at this point Plusnet have a policy of winding down your line speed until you complain. I'm paying for 80, it's currently syncing at 30 with a 21db SNR margin. It hasn't synced above 60 (minimum guaranteed is 59.6 or something) for 2 years.

  • Sad__Owl Where did Covid go?! 🤣 (@Sad__Owl) reported

@4lanFrancis @tescomobile That's £3/month cheaper than my deal with Three Mobile (5 contracts) and been with them 6-7years. Plusnet seem very good value for Broadband as well, and as I used to have them as a BB provide, they answer the customer services phones unlike Talk Talk.
