Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

I don't know where my phoneline is going as when I ring my home number with my mobile it doesn't ring my number. Please check & fix. Thanks.
