  • CraigHawker Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England

@SimonDarksideJ I'm on plusnet. No issues whatsoever.

  • craigwest Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

  • alexdn32 Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • grumpywonky The Captain ♿ (@grumpywonky) reported

@Plusnet I get that Cal, truly, but there's no way to make it right. I'm leaving the service so the only thing that could be done is some form of refund & I know from prior experience with customer service "it's not something the company does." 1/

  • grumpywonky The Captain ♿ (@grumpywonky) reported

. @Plusnet I'd actually love to know what training your teams get re disability because it seems very clear it's not working. It is NEVER ok to ask a customer to reveal their disability/why they need accommodations - that's 101 basic #Ableism

  • kevquirk Kev Quirk (@kevquirk) reported

@ChrisWiegman @Plusnet I was shocked how fast the 4G was, actually. Latency isn't as good, but I'm not a gamer, so that won't be a huge issue.

  • BryanFo85327224 Bryan Fox (@BryanFo85327224) reported

@Plusnet With you for my mobile phone, but currently with TalkTalk for landline, internet and basic TV package. If I switch to you for landline and internet, will you cancel the TV with TalkTalk for me or will I have to do it myself?

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@Peachtree_5 Not good! Sorry about the slow speeds, I'm sure we can get that fixed so feel free to send us a DM along with your username. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

  • RobtheWriter86 RWS (@RobtheWriter86) reported

@Plusnet Signed up to your broadband at start of Dec 21 with an incentive of £60 reward card for new customers. Was told it would take 30 days to arrive once I signed up. It's now Feb and still no sign of it. Can't seem to get through to anyone to talk to about it either! Help!

  • Stelleruk1 Gaz L (@Stelleruk1) reported

@Plusnet Hello, I'm having issues with my wifi. Can you see if there is an issue at your end? Thanks

  • ginlyld Ginny (@ginlyld) reported

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I recommend Plusnet. Never ever had a problem with them.
