@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

So, the @Plusnet issue rolls on. DNS still poisoned, bill outstanding, payments in pending and no loss of service credits for being cut off due to their payment system being broken. Thank god we leave on the 18/07. This is pants. Verizon have been awesome though.

@Plusnet OK thanks. Crackling on phone line as well which seems to me like a fault on the line. We had problems with our line last year as well

@Plusnet How much compensation should a longstanding customer receive after a stressful week with no broadband (lost it on the day I was switching to faster broadband🤔) and endless hours on the phone trying to sort it? £20! Thanks @Plusnet I feel very valued😞
