BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

Quite concerning that plusnet customer service can claim that they are also part of the complaint team!! ?? really

It all works well except the WiFi is slow as it doesn’t have 5ghz. Is it possible to have an upgrade of my router? davidwaugh
