@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@JamesHarrisNow @MrKenShabby I only use them with an existing businsess account I inherited. I would never, ever, choose them. I use plusnet at home.

@plusnethelp The registration website is down and the phone number i was given by plusnet customer support to register the card also does not work.

@58ALL @Plusnet Lauren, I've spoken to 4 CS reps on the phone, been kept on hold for 45 minutes, still got no service and pretty bored with the whole thing - I'm not sure that sending you a DM is gonna improve the situation! "Installed" on the 29th and still sat looking at flashing red light 😤

Thinking the adverts about good customer service etc is not so true. Tweeted and emailed @plusnethelp @Plusnet but no reply.
