@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

@IanDunt My question would be.. what provider has the least drop outs and disconnects. My #plusnet is shite and drops WiFi 5 times a night and takes 5 mins to reconnect. Garbage.

For a new bloody hub, and paying two internet bills in the same month, to the same damn company and I can't actually log in to sort out of any stuff out or set up anything on the account itself. Should have gone with Plusnet 😭😔

@Plusnet hoping you can help - my service is due to switch to you later this week - but I've had no notification that the router is on its way. All I've had is the 'Welcome to Plus net' letter and if I look in on the 'Member Centre' there is a message that 'An error has occured'

Where did Covid go?! 🤣

@4lanFrancis @tescomobile That's £3/month cheaper than my deal with Three Mobile (5 contracts) and been with them 6-7years. Plusnet seem very good value for Broadband as well, and as I used to have them as a BB provide, they answer the customer services phones unlike Talk Talk.

@Plusnet I can't believe an account which took me all of 3 minutes to sign up for, on the basis that it was flexible and I could cancel at any time, has taken 3 months to cancel!!
