  • craigwest Craig West (@craigwest) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ruskin147 @PippaCrerar @virginmedia Virgin Media outage sounds like an issue with the broadband connection between Virgin and your home. The WiFi coverage within your home should be a quite separate issue? My Plusnet router didn’t give great WiFi coverage so I added TP-Link Deco mesh WiFi and have no issues now.

  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • CraigHawker Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England

@SimonDarksideJ I'm on plusnet. No issues whatsoever.

  • alexdn32 Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

  • ddtowe Dale Towers (@ddtowe) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@plusnethelp are there problems with your service? My plusnet connection has been flakey for a while now and this morning had gone down twice already. NN3

@oIiverjohnson @Plusnet Same - it’s been awful for a few weeks now - web chat is down. They are going the same way as the company that owns them - BT

  • TattyNatasha Nasher (@TattyNatasha) reported

@oIiverjohnson @Plusnet Having the same issue also. I work from home and haven’t been able to do anything all day today 😡

  • DallawayO Oliver Dallaway (@DallawayO) reported

My ultra fast #plusnet which I pay a lot for is atrocious. Slow and unreliable.

  • Bonnikin Bonnie (@Bonnikin) reported

@Plusnet Hi team, my internet connection has been slow, patchy garbage for the last two weeks. Speed tests show that the upload and download speeds bounce between max and 0mbps. Can I report this online, don't want to have to sit on the phone if I can avoid it...

  • JamieNemeth Jamie Nemeth (@JamieNemeth) reported

@Plusnet Wonder if could've been to do with yesterday's heat? Either on lines, or maybe router itself? Been great for months, but yesterday, frequent ~1 min. plummets in down SNR, from 14 dB to less than 6 dB in seconds. Today, 15.7 dB and stable so far. Will monitor and get back to you.

  • JackWelsh97 Jack Welsh (@JackWelsh97) reported

@Liv__Es Sorry Liv but you're wrong on this one. This isn't a government subsidy, nor is it free broadband. Openreach are just axing the one off connection free it charges the service providers (Sky, Plusnet, BT, Talktalk etc) to install the line. It is coming out of Openreach's pocket.

  • RatHangUK Andrew... 🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺 (@RatHangUK) reported

@IAmSimplySamuel @J3Lyon Have three services from Plusnet, all really fast up and down, once I replaced their budget WiFi router - Plusnet are BT’s budget service.

  • ElleMay44 Elle May (@ElleMay44) reported

@Plusnet Hi, having issues with plusnet WiFi yet again. I have tried to look at fault checker but the message says not available. Any help would be appreciated.

  • amitvpatil Amit Patil (@amitvpatil) reported

@Plusnet I had called support guys from provisioning team who seized my line which was working from last three months. They are disconnecting the calls without giving any proper answer. 1st they agreed for 8th Sept now today they don't have any answer. This is really frustrating.

  • jonbarony John Barony (@jonbarony) reported
