@Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

@Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean I’ve had zero dropouts in two years.

Another massive price hike by @Plusnet after a huge one last year, within contract. Just waiting for the contract to end then will switch of course. Should I assume I'll lose service during switch? Anything I can do to mitigate?

@mcopsey To try out PlusNet on EE's network, I'd get an EE PAYG SIM. Add Outgoing calls with a £10 bundle for 30 days - one off. PlusNet has no PAYG but 30 day only contracts. One must pay via DirectDebit though, whereas EE still do vouchers and cash, which may be better till satisfied.

@Plusnet How can I give you 30 days' notice to cancel my mobile agreement without calling you?

@Plusnet I took out a brand new mobile number with you. And at least twice a week, I get calls from different UK numbers, playing me a recorded message in Chinese. This never happened with my old number on another provider. What's going on?!

@addict_opiate It's just annoying that there's been little information on this. I won't have a problem but the wife is decidedly not tech savvy and just wants a landline. Broadband with Plusnet, phone with BT. Upgrade BB, phone line gets disconnected and number lost.

@plusnet Hi! I'm getting loads of 'Visa' scam calls on my landline at the moment. It was bad a couple of weeks ago, then nothing last week. Now they're back. I've SIX since 9.30am today! I've blocked overseas calls on 1572. Each time it's a different number, so can't block. HELP!
