Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

Denise Woodcock (@DAW4) reported@LeTwitteur @Plusnet According to the Express they are getting 500 calls every few minutes so it may take some time for them to get back to everyone. Awful for those with business emails, I'm less inconvenienced as mine is mostly personal or subscribed stuff.
