@Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

@Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean I’ve had zero dropouts in two years.

@Plusnet why do you seek to punish long term customers ?. My current deal (as a long term customer )is now £10.93 a month … new customer pays £9. Fantastic.

@Plusnet It's pointless. You can't fix the HARDWARE problem. It's been this bad forever. We switched from dial-up to ADSL (and got a massive speed uplift) and then to VDSL2 (and another uplift) but we're at the limit now. The hardware problem has existed for FIFTY years.

@Plusnet did you know if you are an existing customer with these and you up your data allowance from 10 to 20gig you will pay £16.39 .. if you are a new customer it’s £9 . Outrageous.

@Plusnet Yorkshire puddings is quite apt . Why as a long term customer must I pay £10.93 a month but as a “new” customer pay £9 for the same sim deal. ?

@Plusnet as I logged on today I saw if I was a new customer I would be charged £9 instead of £10.93 ,as I’m a long term customer. I thought “April Fool” .. but nope penalised for being a long term customer. Cracking .
