@plusnet Waiting since Friday for my phone number to activate, no network. Numerous calls made to customer services. No help whatsoever. End of another day & still waiting for number to activate. Does anyone actually know what is wrong. Said 1 day to activate. Horrendous !

@Plusnet WiFi has been off all day in DY6 area. Can you look into this? Have tried calling plusnet but the advice and help given did not help. Seems to be an outage issue affecting other people in the area of DY6.

@Morcia My (old) phone doesn’t support 5G, but I’ve just changed my sim only deal from EE. I got a much cheaper deal still on EE from Plusnet who have various data plans available. Just Google ‘best sim only deals’.
