@Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

@Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean I’ve had zero dropouts in two years.

@Plusnet My daughters been with plusnet almost 1 year and her bill as already increased 3.9% I have been with @ThreeUK for 11 years and my contract is still the same price hasnt risen even 1 pence. Massive fail wintbe stayin with plusnet much longer

@Plusnet Second night in a row that the WiFi has went down. Says it's working fine but nothing in the house able to get signal. Lost signal between Sunday 2030- Monday 1800. Now lost again since around 2030 Monday. Night ruined for the second time in a row and no one to contact
