Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

WFH users are now sitting there with no heat (to expensive) and unable to keep warm by frantically refreshing social media! All they have is the warmth from the glow of the router red light.
