Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

Steve Aldridge (@wales_steve) reported@dsue1441_re Just one small point which you probably know. I used to have a Plusnet email address. This was a mistake to use it since when I binned them I had to go around changing all my accounts so I've never used the BT email address I can have. The free add ons with BT are good value IMO
