@Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

@Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean I’ve had zero dropouts in two years.

& I can see it pending for the full £200+. So I call @Plusnet again, & say I'm sorry but I don't have £200 atm & that won't debit. They're all apologies again, don't worry, they'll make sure the incorrect charges are removed & that my service won't be affected by the DD return.

Don't be fooled by @Plusnet otherwise known as Putin-Net. I called to take my service with we when moving, but I've now had debt collectors set on me for a service that I did NOT cancel. They refused to listen; refused to take responsibility. Disgraceful arrogance. Nasty company.

@plusnethelp This is appalling support from #PlusNet Just had phone call from PlusNet support who asked me to send screenshots of speed tests. As stated previously the wizard link sent does not work. Pathetic
