    @plusnethelp - Hi Plusnet, I’ve been advised by another provider, I am interested in moving to, that my line shows I am already a customer of theirs but I’m a customer of yours. They believe that you guys need to review why it’s showing I’m with multiple providers, can you help.

    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @AaronTeamEC @virginmedia been with Plusnet for about 20 years now I think. No complaints - very good customer service.

    Only a couple more weeks left of being a @Plusnet customer, While I've not had any issues with them what so ever, Except me struggling to pay the bill on time on a few occasions (like now), It's definitely a company I would recommend, I may return to them one day. :)

    Home from work. Factory reset the BT Smart hub, ran diagnostics, it says it's fine, internet unavailable. Ran the Plusnet diagnostic bot, it says the line's fine. Refreshed the connection. Done. Line is peachy it's your kit that's at fault. Did the router again. Still **** all.

    @Plusnet My partner has been waiting for a £50 refund since October, he's just called and been told they cannot access his account to check anything as his direct debit has been cancelled. Please help!!

    @virginmedia They did everything they could, that's why they changed the Sim card to see if it made a difference. It looks as if it's just the change in Network to O2 as my other Sim (Plusnet on EE) is working perfectly, I can make and receive calls again with that Sim.
