Dan (@DJisatwit) reported@Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldnโt do any checks or test anything as itโs a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know thatโs rubbish. It screamed of โfinishing at 5 and canโt be bothered to do the checks. ๐คฆ๐ป
