So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

@Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

@plusnethelp I have been a Plusnet customer for quite a few years now but since moving address in Nov 2018 I have had nothing but issue with the billing system...and it continues...bill meant to be issued 7th Oct...was issued today...system will not let me pay it!!

@dsue1441_re Just one small point which you probably know. I used to have a Plusnet email address. This was a mistake to use it since when I binned them I had to go around changing all my accounts so I've never used the BT email address I can have. The free add ons with BT are good value IMO

@BryonyTilsley @hansmollman EE recently tried to get me to stay by rubbishing who I was switching to, saying that they're a virtual network and the backbone physical network was rubbish and had poor coverage and capacity. I was switching to Plusnet, who's piggybacks on the physical network of...EE.
