So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

@Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

@plusnethelp I have been a Plusnet customer for quite a few years now but since moving address in Nov 2018 I have had nothing but issue with the billing system...and it continues...bill meant to be issued 7th Oct...was issued today...system will not let me pay it!!

@virginmedia Been with @VirginMedia less than a month. Nothing but trouble and today - nothing at all. Will be seeking to cancel and go back to @Plusnet who were amazing. I'd rather have perfect 40Mbps than rarely there 250Mbps.

@KazzyAnnie1 Plusnet are by far the best I have had for years. Never an issue, fair pricing for the best speed packages and don’t bombard you with emails. In my life I have dealt with Virgin companies 3 times, each time has been a nightmare, they will never get a penny out of me again.
