Bairdy 💙 (@bairdyblues) reported from Church Village, Wales@cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me £28 for 18mth contract. I pay £27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.

This didn’t happen with previous provider, EE. I have called you but not resolved.

Was told you couldnt talk to her, despite her having POA for account holding husband who has dementia. Switched to BT on 17th Feb!
