    @robertmain_ @plusnethelp Plusnet does support dialup yes. It might work better than VDSL the way things are currently going

    @purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

    Mobile network in Cardiff has been down for hours. I've had to get a taxi to my 90 year old mother's house to check on her, who is also a #plusnet customer. We depend on telephone communication! No update or explanation from @plusnethelp @Plusnet #PlusnetProblems

    @jrlawrieauthor @wartrader @ReetNortherner4 Yep, we've been with plusnet so long we originally had a 3-digit customer number. They have changed over the years - especially after being bought out - but we've not found anyone better so haven't switched.

    @Plusnet hi Your incompetent company is chasing me for my dead dad's money! He passed in August from cancer! And your idiot (C S team) changed the account name to mine instead of just giving me permission and now they have referred to debt company without sending letters to tell

    @Plusnet you may have the absolute worst Internet service i have ever used, we live in the second biggest city in the country . And I used to live in a country side town in the bottom of a valley, come on. Jesus

    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet. We are all experiencing constantly disconnecting WiFi signal even though I have split the channels. Just checked our Plusnet one hub software and it ends in .263. Last update march 2019. Could this be the culprit?

    @plusnethelp signed up to plusnet & had it installed on the 28th Nov & already having issues ? Is this normal? No wifi since 3pm yesterday causing our cctv to fail, unable to use any apps or smart tvs ect. M14 Area

    @plusnethelp Hi there, I asked for support on this before but I was ignored. My Plusnet Hub keeps disconnecting from the internet at least 4 or 5 times a day now. I work from home, so it's making things harder and it's also disrupting our entertainment viewing.
