Bairdy 💙 (@bairdyblues) reported from Church Village, Wales@cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me £28 for 18mth contract. I pay £27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.

Båz (@what_a_baztard) reported@mattfrei I’ve recently changed to Plusnet from Virgin due to them not being available after a house move. They are absolutely woeful. I never had any issues with Virgin. Speeds advertised were achieved. The same cannot be said for Plusnet.

Were plusnet having issues on 18.08.2025 (Monday) or also the previous evening the Sunday , as the service was poor even by plusnet standards , intermittent and low download speed when it was there, just poor ! Lamentably so.
