    @Plusnet Why is my Landline bill higher this month? There are 3 calls allegedly made to 01159338000. We never made these calls yet we have been charged 40 pence for each call. I think that this is a scam. Please can you check.

    My internet switchover day from @TalkTalk to @Plusnet is today. My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

    @plusnethelp Hi, the initial contact was with the support team and the support team told us they would be in touch with a date for an engineer which didn’t happen. As it happens we’ve now left Plusnet and joined Sky broadband

    @Plusnet since 8th June mates mum has been unable to receive calls. Mates mum is having to shield. @Plusnethelp are not taking this seriously and fix it despite the fact this is a 79 year old lady living on her own. Disgusting

    @Plusnet absolutely shocking service had 5Mbps internet for 2 days now no reply no interest shown whatsoever can safely say the internet provider will be getting changed shortly!!!!

    That’s my broadband reluctantly changed. @Plusnet you have been brilliant and hope one day I’ll be back with you. All comes down to cost at the end of the day and can’t turn my nose up at saving over £6 a month.

    @bt_uk This is some of the best customer service I have seen! “Although Plusnet use the same Openreach lines and they can provide an SLT of 80/20...At the moment there is not availability in the BT slots in order to move your SLT to 80/20...” time to give up and switch!

    @UKSimmer_ @Plusnet Sorry you're having to deal with this Lisa. It's definitely frustrating in the extreme, especially when they fully expect you to continue to pay full price during a time that you have zero service. I've never understood the logic of that.

    Superb service from Plusnet. After a technical hiccup - partly down to Openreach - which left me without broadband for two weeks, Plusnet have refunded a whole month's charges .....without being asked. What a contrast to my previous account with appalling Virgin. @Plusnet

    @Plusnet im an @JohnLewisRetail customer for BB and just spoke to satnam Singh.He just helped me so much with my issue and he didn’t have to at all. He went out his way to assist and even called me back when I didn’t expect him too!Thank you satnam so much. U made a difference

    @Plusnet Your Internet does not work. Its crap. Keeps dropping after 5 mins. When you have kids self isolating that need Internet for school work and it does not work because stupidly dad moved broadband over to you. Never had this issue with the last provider🤬🤬🤬
