@plusnethelp Hi, the initial contact was with the support team and the support team told us they would be in touch with a date for an engineer which didn’t happen. As it happens we’ve now left Plusnet and joined Sky broadband

Champions League - 4 goals in first 12 minutes I think. Missed them all though thanks to useless @Plusnet service and waste of money BT Sport subscription. Only one mobile phone on in the house and got fibre. Can't wait to get away from Plusnet - avoid at all costs

Total outage this morning thanks @Plusnet. They claim "the line from our network to your home is working" but we've reset our router, and over 2,500 on downdetector also report a total loss of internet via Plusnet. That's a lot of houses to have problems internally at once! 🙄

@plusnethelp I haven't had a single phone call on our landline number since moving in 3 years ago. I've never used nor given the number out; I have a cheap handset plugged in purely for emergencies. As soon as I switched to Plusnet I started getting ~5 spam calls/day. What gives?
