Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

@JSDack_ @giffgaff Instead of seduction, I'm asked t' press 3 again to delete t' message. Then I can hang t' phone up. It's like someone's watched t' advert for @Plusnet, and tried t' emulate them.

@Plusnet Hi Tony, I have tried it on both wired and wireless. The timings also seem to vary with the packet loss in the sense that some days it’s all good and others it’s bad. Or it’ll be stable for say 30mins and then all of a sudden pings go up and packet loss happens

@Plusnet I had called support guys from provisioning team who seized my line which was working from last three months. They are disconnecting the calls without giving any proper answer. 1st they agreed for 8th Sept now today they don't have any answer. This is really frustrating.

@Liv__Es Sorry Liv but you're wrong on this one. This isn't a government subsidy, nor is it free broadband. Openreach are just axing the one off connection free it charges the service providers (Sky, Plusnet, BT, Talktalk etc) to install the line. It is coming out of Openreach's pocket.

My ultra fast #plusnet which I pay a lot for is atrocious. Slow and unreliable.
