@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

@parimalkumar Depends how much data you need but a couple of weeks ago I bought one of my teenagers a Plusnet sim which uses EE network. £6pm (1 month rolling contract which is a big plus) for 8Gb.

@OpenreachHelp And will someone turn up to the next appointment or just not bother like the last three? You don’t communicate with Plusnet, don’t update the appointment notes, don’t call the customer…oh, and don’t respond to direct messages on Twitter. OfCom next.

@englishgirlm8 Phone £50? If it’s a landline you should change to PlusNet. It’s £25.99 a month for unlimited high speed broadband and includes landline rental. PlusNet is owned by BT. Service is excellent. 100% UK call centres and my broadband speeds are 3x faster than with BT.
