    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    @Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    @aj44brown I moved from Sky to Plusnet because apparently they use the EE masts. Yet I've barely been able to get a signal since joining. πŸ˜” Now I have to phone for a PAC because no way I'm staying with them.

    @Tasaio_Khan @wrexham Also with plusnet, no broadband since midday. I thought it must have been just us with a problem as Plusner did diagnostic tests on my line. Hopefully will be sorted this sfternoon.

    @Plusnet Hi, sorry for all the messages but I’m not sure if you see the response via the ticket or not. I have paid the negotiated amount now and have sent a response via the ticket. I am hoping to have the issue resolved & restrictions on my account lifted as soon as possible, please.
