Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

@plusnethelp @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp Here we go again, although I hope it doesn't turn out to be a very prolonged saga this time. Download speed intermittent/very slow today. Currently an unacceptable 0.5Mbps. OR has been active in the area providing superfast FTTP. Please check.

@plusnethelp I switched to Plusnet Mobile last week and received a new sim in the post on 13th April. I still have not received an activation message and having contacted plusnet customer services, they could find no record of my order despite having taken payment upfront!

@timbo19652 @plusnethelp Glad you’ve been able to sort it. Plusnet have just told me that they’ve identified a fault with our phone line?!? And a target of midnight Tuesday for an engineer to look at it.... not sure how we can work from home with this kind of service?!
