Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

@Matthew_Wright @virginmedia They have a cable running down Gloucester Av. I came off Virgin then went back (no pun int.) in which time I seem to be over loaded with users. Had to switch off again PDQ. Plusnet seems to work great now.

@MarcAllera Do you think it's acceptable for a new customer's line to be taken over and then no internet service provided for up to 5 days since the transfer? That's what plusnet have done.

Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp, what is the point of providing a live chat service to only then refer a phone number to call? Why have you made no provisions for profoundly deaf people who have an issue with their WiFi to communicate with you?

@FredTedHug 1) No - no post Youview box stopped working, spent all am trying to sort it including factor reset, nothing. Rung Plusnet, no longer supporting Freeview, may need a new box charge could be £160, but system would shutdown in Nov at end of contract - decided to cancel TV option

@plusnethelp @Plusnet So disappointed. Plusnet have made a complete mess of my home move, I've just had to spend over an hour of my day on the phone to 5 different teams and no resolution. No internet, and charged an early termination fee for which I will incur overdraft charges

@Plusnet @OakNational Your Internet is rubbish, stay away from it people it cuts off at least 3 times a day! Its been off over an hour now and still won't come on! I will be switching over to a more reliable company now. Absolute shocking service.

Welp.... this net issue got worse :S Ususal 55/11, was 32/0.6 this morning. NOW 0.00/0.6 @Plusnet STILL waiting for a god damned call back!

@plusnethelp I've been told Plusnet cannot process the refund even though it is their error and I should speak to my bank and call back tomorrow - not like I have a full-time job I need to hold down or anything. Why should I do Plusnet's job for them? I expect compensation.
