    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    Hi @OpenreachHelp – I ordered @Plusnet a few weeks ago and was promised my Fibre would go live on 13/02. However, this morning I was informed it was 21/02 meaning I cannot work now for 2 weeks. They're blaming you, can you help speed up the process please so I'm not without work

    @Plusnet We have not used our phone line or broadband since leaving our unit in July. Our new storage premises do not have any phone line connection so can you advise how much you will charge me to cancel the agreement

    @Plusnet Why have you failed to report the fact my landline is not working (the phone line over the road has snapped) to BT Open reach ? One of there sub contractors came to my property and informed me the fault was only raised on 7/2/2023 even tho I reported on 23/12/2022 ?

    @rhy5d3ll @Plusnet My connection's fine and super fast for 20 hours a day, this only happens at night. Not a WiFi issue, the entire DSL link repeatedly drops at night, zero internet. Sounds like you should definitely get in touch with them!

    @Plusnet And day four with no service rolls around @Plusnet I can’t make work calls, can’t bank, have no way of getting help in an emergency. Four days is too long. Please sort this now.
