    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    @Plusnet my phone and my mums phone is not connected to the WiFi but the box is on we’ve had these problems before which you supposedly fixed but obviously not so I’m paying extra money to write this tweet as I’m using my data instead of the WiFi we PAY for!?

    @Plusnet absolutely shocking service. Another no show by your engineer today. Booked a day off work for this and have had no broadband since 6th May. Ridiculous that two engineering visits have not been met
