    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    @Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

    @Plusnet Thank you, I'll remove it. Next issue is that I've gone to package up the old router but I don't have the label - that went in the bin yesterday. Can I still put it in the post without it, or can you send me a replacement that I can print please?

    @plusnethelp Hi. I’m an IT pro trying to help my daughter with her Plusnet broadband. The account is held by her aunt who lives abroad. This makes support difficult. I have emails and pws but can’t login to the account. She just needs a new router. Please can you help!? Thanks

    @gewoodroffe @Plusnet @MoneyTelegraph Plusnet initially offered compensation for a bogus 'debt' they said I owed, recognising the enormous stress and worry they created, only to then disappear and ignore me when I want to take up the offer. 'Award-winning customer service'? I think not!

    @Plusnet Am reporting for the 4th time that my wifi for three weeks has been not only slow but freezes per second. I have not been able to access the internet for three weeks. YOUR TECNICIAN 07483908087 said he has tried that I should call plus net for further verification.

    @globalhlthtwit I cancelled mine today. Been total garbage in terms of providing a reliable solution and customer service and don't start me on price.. Gone to @Plusnet

    Also this is not to the poor souls who work in customer service but Plusnet as a company need to sort their infrstructure out. Its been years of subpar internet, I honeslty struggle to believe in this day and age that you cannot set up proper infrastructure for your customers.

    @Plusnet I've been advised today by @OpenreachHelp that additional cabling is required for changeover to new provider. Will I lose my @Plusnet service today or will it continue until the matter is resolved? Please advise.

    @globalhlthtwit Plusnet is quit good had no issues with them even during lockdown with work and school work being done online all at the same time They seem easy to get hold off too

    Was supposed to get a engineer on Monday, my third, maybe 4th, this year, courtesy of Plusnet, never came. I've had to ring them 6 times this year, internets back on 10 gbps slower than should be 😠 & NO promised callback. What a fecking company, & they've put the price up 😡
