  • Hallysworld Kris Hall (@Hallysworld) reported from Thame, England

@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

  • RBRbBartley Richard Bartley (@RBRbBartley) reported from Little Kingshill, England

Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

  • aohereng Association of Heritage Engineers AOHE (@aohereng) reported from Chalgrove, England

    @TheEddChina @adam_crowton @blackpoolstig @Plusnet @plusnethelp Top customer service according to the ad🙄

  • adrian_timon Adrian Timon (@adrian_timon) reported from Holmer Green, England

@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

@Plusnet I've just learned that you don't support texting to short codes. Is this something in the pipeline to support? I was unable to reply to an important message from Barclays today which led to this discovery

@Plusnet Hi, If I was to cancel my £10.93 per month SIM only mobile phone contract with yourselves 5 months early how much cancellation fee would I be charged?

  • FITNESSUKdotTK FITNESSUK (@FITNESSUKdotTK) reported

@Plusnet Our business broadband 2 year contract has just ended and the price has jumped upto £59.76, how can we signup for a new 2 year contract and get the bill back down to the original £26.40, we don't really want to start messing about switching providers.

  • GrrrLewis Gareth Lewis (@GrrrLewis) reported

@Plusnet hi. Currently on hold - might this be quicker? Fibre installed this morning - all good, but chasing up a missing router - not delivered. Any help appreciated.

  • KateThemen Kate Themen (@KateThemen) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sorry to hear this and condolences. Also lost my mother earlier this year, and phoned @Plusnet to cancel her Internet service. Very helpful and cancelled without charge as should be expected in these circumstances.

  • slater04 Catherine Slater (@slater04) reported

@Plusnet what is going on!!! I have spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to change an engineer appointment and for some strange reason it seems to be impossible. Terrible customer service!

  • man_flowerpot Nige_Ragnarson🚴‍♂️🇩🇰 (@man_flowerpot) reported

@avfcjackson @EE 4 in a family, £112 for a holiday. Just for your phones. @Plusnet seems to be the answer. Let's **** these roaming charges off by changing supplier. The market talks.

  • darrylsherborne Darryl Sherborne (@darrylsherborne) reported

Sorry @toobbroadband you've taken too long to design and install your service at our location. After paying @Plusnet £50/month for 18Mbps for too long I've switched to a @ThreeUK #5G Hub and get 172Mbps for £10/month
