Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

@decadencedancer Evening Gemma I'm sorry for the delayed response. We’re making some changes to our mobile services. This means Plusnet SIM-only plans are no longer available to new customers. If you’re a Plusnet Mobile customer your service will continue as normal -Matt, Sheffield

@Plusnet Remember the ads about keeping things simple, no nonsense, for the customer. On the same bandwagon as everyone else now. Good deals to start then massively hike up prices mid-contract (something they never used to do). Almost a 15% mid-contract increase this month

@Plusnet I take it no changes to existing SIM-only customer contracts mean there will be no changes to roaming charges, and that contracts will roll over at end of contract period with same terms?

Hello @Plusnet, my mum is having phone trouble and troubleshooting guidance has failed, can I get some assistance?

@Plusnet I am from Reading area RG7 and my fibre broadband isn’t working from last 48 hours, really pissed off that I am paying a big monthly amount yet this kind of service. Your advisors tell me to wait for another 72 hours to get fault resolved. 5 days LOS is **** service!

@Plusnet Why's your service so unclear? Trying to complete my BTSportsApp just takes me to: "Great news, you've already completed your registration. To access BT Sport simply download the BT Sport app and log in using your BT ID" No indication how to actually 'simply download'

@superstaryas7 @CommunityFibre Arrived at 7:20 and out the door by 7:50. Very efficient. Yeah I'm on the 920 package and seem to be sitting above that with a wired connection. Previous provider was Plusnet, had no issues with them at all as they offered a consistent service but there speeds can't match!

@Plusnet I need help guys, speeds are shocking and router range doesn't cover my whole house.... Your contact us page is just sending me in a loop.

@absoluteradio Is there an alternative text number other than 81215 I can use? I'm with Plusnet and they don't support sending to shortcodes on text! (I've entered online as I always do, but I'd like more entries!)
