    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    @Plusnet Our phone and broadband is not working, told that this is a fault with the phoneline and that we would have to wait 2 days for @WeAreOpenreach to fix. We live in a flat and all of the other phones are working in our block

    @Plusnet I’m not on site. Only one device is cabled and afaik that one also went down but the staff don’t use it so can’t be sure. Your router is not providing the WiFi though it is connected to a TPlink mesh which has been rebooted (and has been in place for months with no issues)

    .@plusnet having v.bad connection issues - getting increasingly worse since I renewed my contract with you, last week or so terrible. I work from home & it's impacting that too. Speed is awful, connection keeps dropping. Looking at Twitter I'm not alone. Please advise.

    Hey @Plusnet my business broadband in S11 has been up and down like a fiddler’s elbow for the past two days. Are you aware and what can be done? And yes I’ve restarted the router. Several times. Ta.

    @Plusnet Not impressed with the service so far. The WiFi signal doesn't reach rooms that Sky used to. Tonight there's no internet at all.

    @plusnet i organised and paid for you to install a broadband line for my disabled daughter’s assisted living flat 3 months ago. The first Openreach engineer disabled her emergency chords phoneline to install the new line , so another site visit was arranged to rectify the problem
