@Plusnet hi, just wanted to check if you think 30 minutes is an acceptable time to be on hold for a fault? I reckon if I called for a new service I'd have been spoken to and completed my order by now.

@plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

@ellenheathcote Hi Ellen, sending voice notes via text isn't supported on our network I'm afraid but I'd recommend using an app such as Whatsapp or messenger which allows you to send and receive those instead. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet 3 calls made to fix drop in speed. Cap lifted, twice nothing happens. Constantly having to reset box. Finding it hard to WFH. Promised outreach twice but nothing has happened. Very frustrated and disappointed in customer service. I want this escalated to a manager

@Plusnet I've got a slow download speed (7mb) and fast up. Should be 67-72Mbps. Quick search on forums suggest I need "Plusnet Line Speed" set correctly. Is this something you can help with?

Hey @zeninternet do you do any deals for @bluelightcard holders/emergency services staff? I’m due to renew my broadband soon but I’m REALLY not happy with @Plusnet & their poor performance so I’m looking to leave but £35 a month is a massive stretch for me.

@Plusnet Hi I’m having trouble with my wireless connection. Basically it keeps dropping out but my wired connection is fine. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting but conclude there’s a hardware issue. Can you help?
