    @plusnethelp The service I have received from Plusnet has been diabolical. I have been without Broadband almost 5 months and a resolution is no where in sight. Lack of communication between suppliers and internal departments. Chaos!!!

    Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

    @Plusnet No reply nor activation in progress confirmation, and service should be going live today. Account still showing that nothing has been kicked off. Not impressed at all with how you’re handling the activation process. Your online reporting is broken

    @Plusnet Morning Anoush. Yet another day where my phone can only do emergency calls. I know it's EE's fault but as my supplier I'm starting to think another 'goodwill gesture' is due.

    Appointment was rescheduled to ten days later: 7th May. A month later & the signal is still awful. I live in a two-bed flat yet the WiFi signal doesn't reach any room past the one the router is in! & now a £65 CHARGE for the hassle!! Wish I'd never signed up with @Plusnet 😔

    @Plusnet has mobile signal been down today? went out around half 8 and spent 75% of my time with no data signal at all and barely any phone signal when normally it's fine in my area

    @bt_uk But if different providers are on a line (vodaphone) that we are moving to and not set a move in motion the order gets rejected and if our buyers place an order (Plusnet) on our line, our services are set to cancel and we are blocked from moving them....(Sky).

    @Plusnet S8, we're having intermittent dropouts the past few days. Followed troubleshooting and carried out speed test, but the link to report result doesn't work. Please advise. If issue persists we'd like to be released from contract due to service not as advertised.

    @Plusnet This bear remembers when, even for ADSL, there were modem-only boxes, so he tends to be a bit more picky than some. These days, there is the connection to the internet (modem) in the same box as the local network management. I can confuse for Lancashire on the subject.
