@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@bluelightcard - why is the Plusnet offer not working? Says it's preloaded but it's the same price & reward card amount that is on the main Plusnet site. It's live until 29th March so it's not even close to ending.

@JordanGrange80 @Plusnet I got through about 5minutes I phoned up about my bill because the Internet has been **** and found out that I didn't have an up to date contract with them. But now I have fiber with them along with landline for £34 a month

Your ****** service has dropped out again @Plusnet. Have spent 2 days now with service in and out. Sort your **** out. Just look on your system for 'Area ******, no service'.
