    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @Plusnet @kiteyw It's not 'some' customers. Hopefully, this will be an opportunity for @Plusnet to acknowledge that the mailservers have been broken for months or years, and upgrade them at last.

    @plusnet Just found out from your service status page that the fault with my plusnet e-mails is at your end, not mine. You say it occurred this morning but no – it was down last night. Fix it soon please…

    @Plusnet 5 days since house move was “completed”, but no broadband. Support ticket says my services are running, complaint ticket saying the order should be closed with Openreach within 24 hours (now elapsed) is gone from my account. What am I paying for again? I’m lost.
