    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    I switched from ADSL with @Plusnet last year to FTTC and landline with @VodafoneUK yet I'm still being charged by Plusnet for the ADSL service. Can one of you get in touch to sort this out?

    @HMS_Hattie Hi Hattie, very sorry. There is a line at the address, however we've found that the line isn't compatible with our service. We need to get an engineer out for you to convert this line. This wasn't identified until after the sign up, apologies. - Cal, Plusnet Leeds

    @houseoflabrys My game plan when I moved in was to find someone who would install a satellite dish for me (via BT, kind of expensive to do independently), then once that contract was up go to freeview box £70. Internet / phoneline (I never use) by Plusnet. They're fine? <£30p/m

    @DonnaHe60990670 Using BT and v happy. Reliable connection and any problems they are on it. Other than them, in the past found PlusNet very good

    @Redvansim Yes, keeping old phone. My dad seems to think that Plusnet will automatically unlock the network without us doing anything. Is he right?
