    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @MiaSertima @Plusnet Always thought Plusnet were one of the good guys had great service off them till now , do they not realise there's a global pandemic raging people's habits have had to change, my bank closes at 3 now and sometimes I just cant get there

    I am new customer transferring from PLUSNET. You have somehow messed up my transfer cease line and export number request. Unable to get through to any support, If I get nothing soon I will cancel my order, I am fed up with you already. Plusnet help are still answering calls

    @SharonYHaye BT. My son has BT. Twice in two years there's been a problem, each time a real live human answers the phone, takes details and gets the problem sorted. Done. I'm swapping from Plusnet to BT as soon as my contract's up!

    @plusnethelp can you advise why WhatsApp keeps disconnecting when using an iPhone with plusnet Wi-fi connection but it works straightaway when using 3mobile signal?

    @plusnethelp Shockingly bad service from PlusNet. Their chat doesn’t work, there is no email and phone unanswered for 50 minutes. It’s a disgrace that PlusNet call themselves telecom company when they are in contactable. I’m also been harassed by their rep @arvatofs and will leave PlusNet.

    @whiskeychap @plusnethelp No stamina. If you are a @Plusnet customer expect at least a 45 minute wait only for the line to then go dead

    I'm tempted to buy another Plusnet Hub One router and stick OpenWRT on it as a second AP for my home network. They're well performing n/ac routers that are only about £10 on Ebay. Shame they look like toys instead of srs bizness networking equipment.
