@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

And @Plusnet cst services doesn't like being shouted at. For info wasn't shouting just livid. Also Manager was going to call me straight back and they never bothered. Says it all really
