@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Moving to plusnet today for mobile SIM card. Great deal, loads of data and mins etc. Number being transferred today old provider confirmed… only issue is no SIM card here from plusnet yet. Come on Royal Mail clowns get my post to me on time for a change.

@Plusnet What shocking service from plusnet. Order placed a month ago for installation today, plusnet decide to send an email on the 6th day before installation on the 7th and leave us without internet for another 13 days because they have messed up the order .what a company!!

@Plusnet I think so, bur I have noticed some inconsistent drops in service recently, it's usually pretty rock solid, I've also been trying to sort fttp a house 6 doors away has it but mine does t show as available yet. New build estate 6 years ago so entry point same.
