Leigh Preece (@ItsPreeceyHere) reported@bt_uk Money Expert knocked on my door earlier, pushy young lady, no introduction, claimed poor Internet speeds in my area (78Mb/20MbFTTC!) and asked about a letter you guys have sent me, despite being a Plusnet customer. Not impressed at all 😞
-
Landlines Go Digital (@landlinesgoDigi) reported@John_P_Topham @addict_opiate Hi @John_P_Topham UK is moving to digital (Internet) based 📞 services as the current system is closing. Harry Jones (@hazzajunk) reported@Plusnet My plusnet sim has had no reception for the last 24 hours (tried multiple phones) do you have any way to contacting support other than via phone? As I currently have no means of calling!
-
ROBERT JOHNSON (@robjo2112) reportedWhen are @Plusnet and @plusnethelp gonna get off their respective arses and fix my broadband which went down at 1pm YESTERDAY? This is ridiculous. Never been treated like this since BB became a thing to have. Disgraceful. Appalling. Shameful. Should I get @Ofcom or whoever on it?
-
Emma Chaplin (@MsEmmaChaplin) reported from Lewes, EnglandAnother massive price hike by @Plusnet after a huge one last year, within contract. Just waiting for the contract to end then will switch of course. Should I assume I'll lose service during switch? Anything I can do to mitigate?
-
Steve (@MonkeyTennis14) reported@Plusnet Hi Dale. I’ve sent a DM but not had a reply. The outage corresponds with the new ‘Community Internet’ boxes being put up on our road.
-
Liam (@LiamHumpage) reported@Ofcom - what’s the regulations around wifi speeds? With @Plusnet fibre 145 (guaranteed 80mbps). Wifi speeds drop lower than 5mbps at peak times. Support team are useless. Ethernet speed is fine Been advised to buy a mesh network or run a cable around my house at my own cost 🙄

James Cooper (@jpc101) reported@plusnet Hi! I'm getting loads of 'Visa' scam calls on my landline at the moment. It was bad a couple of weeks ago, then nothing last week. Now they're back. I've SIX since 9.30am today! I've blocked overseas calls on 1572. Each time it's a different number, so can't block. HELP!

Harrison (@harrysond14) reported@Plusnet Hey, can someone get in touch with me about my broadband please? It’s performing awfully, and still im paying around £31 a month. With prices going up im likely to end up paying close to £40 for broadband that is shockingly bad. I just can’t afford it?

Beccy Dresden - @dresdeb@mastodon.social (@dresdeb) reported@Plusnet As I tweeted last night (?not shown in your reply?), it only lasted a few minutes this time. No obvious cause at this end though - usually when I have issues with your product, I lose service completely, but this time it just slowed to a crawl, with router looking normal.
