@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Hi @Plusnet👋🏼 Just a quick note to let you know that your psychological games won’t work with me. Your company leaves me with no broadband service, I’ll simply cancel my service & direct debit with your pathetic company & I’ll go elsewhere. PS I can still access internet with 4G.

@Plusnet been trying to get hold of someone for 2 hours now. Working from home today so have had to cancel appointments at short notice. Not a peep on here from you either. Please sort this!
