@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@SnahBhatti @bt_uk @Plusnet Please be careful using BT. They are taking double the amount from my daughters account each month after she complained about poor signal and customer service is appalling, cut you off, don't reply etc. She's gone to FO now 🤞

@Plusnet @barongilbert11 Was able to download a few this morning n an iPad, now nothing since 09:44 on any of the three devices set up for Plus emails. Also no emails from yesterday. Has you fault reappeared or is something else causing this outage / service issue?

@Plusnet @LoneLeVay Hi @plusnet…I don’t have a problem of slow email I am still not able to access my inbox. At the moment your server will not recognise my account! And hasn’t since Tuesday evening.

@Plusnet My emails seem to have arrived, not sure if all from yesterday have, but I am now getting problems with sending emails. Error Code 0x800CCC1A. Server does not support encrypton type you have specified - contact your ISP. I haven't changed anything all set as SSL/TLS
