Her annex is now effectively redundant and she is confused about if she is, post-takeover, a BT customer or a Plusnet customer, and keeps getting stonewalled on the phone.

On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

I literally just laughed, took the headset off & walked off the floor. Didnโt even hang up.
