    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @Plusnet I am disappointed to receive an e-mail telling me you will take much more payment from me this month, despite the fact I have just renewed my account for a lower amount per month. Please fix this as soon as possible. I do not wish to pay extra on 09/10/2025

    @Plusnet impossible to get support so forced to ring. Then see new joiner prices have been reduced but refuse to lower my price when only 10days in contract

    @SteveDoggett5 @AverteFacium @ScottAnd67 60 years old now, and I live alone. I was abandoned until Customer Service at Plusnet checked my UC journal in March to confirm I had my UC payments reinstated. UC payments of £170 for 2 weeks was and is my only income.
