@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Just to add to the voices, my @Plusnet is not working in Portsmouth; blue light no internet- not great when working from home! #plusnet
