As Plusnet is the customer of Open reach it is Plusnet who is responsible for making a complaint to Open -reach. We have already been 8 days without the internet and if Open-reach do not come until next Wednesday that will be two weeks.

@Gaylesian (@gaylesian) reported@JoshCF_ Try plusnet they are owned by BT but you would get new customer offer.
-
peztyke (@peztyke) reported@JoshCF_ Just switch if the retention team dont offer new customer price. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.
