  • molb3e Mol (@molb3e) reported from Appleford, England

    @Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • aohereng Association of Heritage Engineers AOHE (@aohereng) reported from Chalgrove, England

    @TheEddChina @adam_crowton @blackpoolstig @Plusnet @plusnethelp Top customer service according to the ad🙄

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ChloeRaccoon Chloe Raccoon (@ChloeRaccoon) reported

    @Nicole_Dennett @Plusnet It didn't show them anyway, Ticket said "major outage" status said "no faults nationwide" and the search system said there were no faults in the last 30 days of any kind, which is a lie. Esp when you can look at the OR fault reports via @zeninternet's status page...

  • Marcie_Hatter Ruth Moss (@Marcie_Hatter) reported

    On top of all the nonsense with ovo energy, we just upgraded @Plusnet to get better internet (because it kept cutting out, and my eldest is doing his GCSEs this academic year so needs that not to happen)… and guess what? It’s still crap.

  • Floatymcfloater Buy High. Sell Low. (@Floatymcfloater) reported

    @Johnboy82903002 @andie1105 What are you talking about standard TV needs Sky or BT? You need a cheap WiFi package like Plusnet to stream without a TV licence or a Freesat box to get live TV. You can also get most live TV over the internet anyway. If very hard up then cancel the TV licence.

  • AnandRai Anda (@AnandRai) reported

    @Plusnet I've got issue with my internet and it's been confirmed no line issues and it's most likely the router. I've been advised I would have to pay for that new router? Is this correct?

  • mdfdvntrs Modified Ventures (@mdfdvntrs) reported

    @lipmarty75 @Plusnet @plusnet are scammers/bottom feeders; they promise to provide service on obsolete lines that other providers won't touch, fail to provide service (or lousy), string you along beyond the 14-day legal grace period with promises to fix and then charge you a £200 cancellation fee.

  • mdfdvntrs Modified Ventures (@mdfdvntrs) reported

    @tccounselling @Plusnet @plusnet will keep taking money out of your account as long as they can find an excuse. If you try to cancel, their "retention department" will give you the runaround and make your life miserable. Remove your direct debit at your bank before you do anything else.

  • ChloeRaccoon Chloe Raccoon (@ChloeRaccoon) reported

    @Plusnet Nice fix on the status page! The SSL cert has been revoked so no one can access it. Interesting way to do it, esp as there's a link on the plus net home page directly to it that now just errors out. Really professional!

  • PrinceofKrull Europe Who (@PrinceofKrull) reported

    @Plusnet Hi there. I called to cancel the BT Sport app a few weeks ago but you’ve cancelled my BT sport on sky too! - This wasn't what was agreed - would you fix it please?

  • tccounselling Tracy Carter (@tccounselling) reported

    @Plusnet HI there my contract runs out in 2.11.22. Do I need to cancel giving notice or does it automatically cease in 2.11.22.

  • sean_mvm MacCárthaigh #FBPE #MVM 🇪🇺🇮🇪🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈🏴🌹 (@sean_mvm) reported from Urmston, England

    @SkyHelpTeam It's done. I'm now a customer of @Plusnet
