@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet Very disgusted by your service. My parents have been waiting over a month for you to install their phone line. Every time an engineer comes they don't bring the right equipment and leave. It happened for the third time today. Your company lacks basic communication.

@SurreyCouncil Plusnet service sucks! I spoke to plusnet technician yesterday about my wifi keeps dropping.He told me to unscrew the box from the wall and he will call me back.Still awaiting that call. Plusnet gets there line through BT. Plusnet internet and service very unstable!

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?
