@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@icklenellierose We often find our WiFi over Plusnet has high download speeds but is slow to react in some way? Such as starting a YouTube video or opening a Web page, then over LTE data it's faster. Also our Internet drops out every night between 11pm and midnight for 1 or 2 minutes, annoying.

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet. We are all experiencing constantly disconnecting WiFi signal even though I have split the channels. Just checked our Plusnet one hub software and it ends in .263. Last update march 2019. Could this be the culprit?

@StyledNicky @Plusnet Also had an issue since 3pm yesterday. No internet unable to have cctv recording, smart tvs not working due to no internet. Only had it installed on 28th Nov may have to look at changing provider if this is a common problem

Well Amazon @primevideouk is absolute garbage for live sport. Constant buffering & lagging. Can’t be @Plusnet as Netflix & Disney+ work fine.
