Claire Emmott 💙 (@claire_emmott) reported@rubykmo I was having problem after problem with virgin so switched back to plusnet and had no problems. The reason I left plusnet in the first place was they were putting their rates up once contract ended but they seem to decent rates for new customers. Hope that helps.

Why should I do Plusnet's job for them? I expect compensation.
