    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

    @MartinSLewis Broadband with Plusnet for 2 years, this year's quote £15 per month higher than vodaphone.. asked what was going on, told our customer service is better, vodaphone £25pm vs £40 AND vodaphone additionally offered £150 tesco voucher.. Absolute no brainer ! Thx MSL

    @whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didn’t let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for £28m. I can’t relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot

    @Plusnet day10 without WiFi. Was told to take the morning off work for your engineer and they havnt turned up. And your customer service team told me nothing they can do about it. Absolute shambles. SCAM company #plusnet

    My Internet has been playing up all week and they said someone was coming Wednesday. they didn’t now saying they’re coming to fix it now it’s Monday. I’m not happy @Plusnet this is not your usual good service if you don’t get this it means the Internet is gone wrong again
