@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet Hiya. I haven’t tried yet. The issue is intermittent so I will have to do it at some point. I did follow those steps when I first switched to Plusnet and it helped. Is it correct that I have to repeat this? Thanks.

It’s nice to know there is some good customer service out there. Just had a lovely call with @Plusnet who without fuss put me onto a BF mobile deal really friendly customer support, @SamsungUK could really learn from @Plusnet !

@Plusnet my parents ADSL in Abingdon suddenly very patchy. Will connect for ~30 seconds then will disconnect for ~2 minutes. Have rebooted the modem twice with little improvement. Is this an issue in their area?
