    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @frankotron @thebasebear @fesshole Correct. My old router that I got with John Lewis broadband (rebadged Plusnet) allowed you to create a guest wireless network with any name and password you chose.

    @JudySismey I don't think PlusNet offers Full Fibre broadband with a voice service so you may need to move to BT's Full Fibre package with BT Digital Voice (Internet based phone service)

    @DrHoenderkamp @virginmedia Cancel them, they are known for this level of efficiency. Plusnet are very good.

    @Plusnet I want to make a complaint about your service. The only way I can make a complaint is by calling you. But you never answer your phone. Catch 22. Any ideas?

    @Plusnet Stay away from these incompetent clowns. Can never get through to customer services. Cancelled my in the 14 day cooling off period due to this. And the incompetence continued when they delivered a broadband box. It sits where the postie dumped in outside the front door.

    @plusnet disabled customer left with no Internet for two days, Rely on Internet for communicatio, wont reply on Twitter, told it will be back on in a few hours on the phone... Still not on!

    Bought a new laptop & can't install Norton anti-virus, which comes free with Plusnet, unless I remove s mode first. Microsoft tech support expect me to pay £99 to be shown how to do this!

    I'm all for helping yourself when it comes to support pages, but please @Plusnet, don't assume that everyone is happy to pick up the phone for something that could and should be available to check when they log into their account. I just want an order status update. Do better!

    @plusnethelp I really need technical help from you in sorting out a difficult UK landline phone number issue. Plusnet phone staff have been dismissive of my requests for proper technical assistance. Please help!
