It's definitely frustrating in the extreme, especially when they fully expect you to continue to pay full price during a time that you have zero service. I've never understood the logic of that.

Rhian Owens (@Rhianmusic) reported@Plusnet Many thanks for your reply I spoke to someone on your service team tester and due to the internet being off due to the server outage I had to do a hard reset which is why my log in details had been forgotten by the hub, this has now been rectified
