    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

    @Plusnet Ahh Cal, one thing. As you cannot produce my final bill until my service is terminated, and I am not transferring to another provider at this time. And you only send bills electronically, please advise on how you will be getting the bill to me for payment.

    @Plusnet no broadband but your service status indicates all is ok. Downdetector indicates lots of issues, trying to work from home. Is there an issue?

    @hugsparty I think I need to put my Plusnet password into my dream machine somehow and put my m/r into modem mode but the m/r side doesn't make it easy so **** it
