    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

    day 5 of our client (a charity) having their line go up and down, up and down... @plusnet's response to no connection (and no phones due to shift to voip) is "well, openreach is on strike" We don't have a contract with openreach, so that's your problem not ours.

    Ok, update on the line issue, not from @plusnet, but I have other sources: the earth on the cab has issues, which is causing power issues. The "fix" atm is to.. send engineers out multiple times a day to put charged battery packs into the UPS to keep the cab running...

    @RenjiPls Hmm I'm with PlusNet and they're owned by BT and apart from the internet dying for almost a day a few weeks back I've not had issues. Hmmm.
