Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience 👎👎

They were unable to deliver a working dsl "broadband" when I moved into a new place (only line option available), then dragged things out with promises beyond the legal 14 days and now extort me out of £200 to get rid of them - tried to cancel since day 8.

You were charging me nearly £45 & you wanted me to pay it for October & you didn't raise the cancellation of the contract til after the bill was raised & refused to cancel my contract for past month. There's was no way I was paying it!
