@plusnethelp Thankyou - the process is complete. The higher estimate is Plusnet's , when I renewed my service, and the lower one is from the 'It's all done, here you go!' email 6 weeks later. At least currently, my speed is where it's usually at, so was more of a 'hmm that's odd' thing. :)

@Plusnet I really appreciate your offers to try and keep me as a customer however you're not the cheapest now. More than that, this line in your offers kills it. "Price changes apply" what is the point in anybody signing up when you will increase your prices by 4.5% in June?

@plusnethelp my inbox is apparently full again after deleting my emails on outlook. Back on plusnet webmail I have an apparent 2400+ emails but your tool is so slow it won’t show a single email. What options do I have apart from cancelling my service with you?

@plusnethelp you have got to be the worst Internet provider I have ever been with. Internet disconnecting every 10 mins. No online chat, call centre closed and when we do contract someone we get nothing but lies. 9 months this has been going on. Will be cancelling! #plusnet
