    .@BBCBreakfast BT/EE/PlusNet/Sky is having a mass broadband service outage. Appears to be country wide. RTO 18:00. This looks to be an Openreach backbone issue.

    @Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

    @AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

    @Plusnet Totally agree let's look after each other... However you don't seem to be able to look after my mother. She has received abysmal customer service with mobile issue. Total lack of care. I'm embarrassed to say I recommended you to her. We wont be renewing any services with you

    Annoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience 👎👎

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Your mobile service is a #SHAMBLES on Monday your customer services promised me to own and fix my 78 year old mother's mobile issue. You never called her to update her, and from the conversation I've just had... You have done NOTHING to progress resolving

    @nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

    @Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue. Plusnet have lied to me, called me a liar and done nothing to fix the problem, blaming @BT_Openreach for the problems and lack of progress.

    Swapping internet providers - Plusnet said our service would be maintained until 11th. Woke up this morning to no wifi connection, and our new router from Now hasn't arrived yet 😭😭😭

    @Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue and I will be contacting OFCOM later to raise a complaint. I am reduced to using from a local co-working space at £24.00 per day which I doubt plusnet will refund.

    @seancinematics Try moving to Plusnet Sean. We've had no problems with them at all and we get BT Sports cheaper with them.

    Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis

    @Plusnet my internet drops connection often after midnight, this incident isnt isolated to myself as when i check downdetector many others report the spike. Surely i shouldnt be getting charged the full rate for inconsistent internet and very sub par speeds. Sort it out.
