@MarcAllera @bt_uk May I have your email address as my daughter would like to make a complaint as she had planned to switch to PlusNet but they cancelled her previous supplier, then cancelled her order leaving her without broadband over Christmas.

@Stabzie112 @DonJoewonSong @TalkTalk I'm currently with Plusnet & generally they are pretty good with support. I've had two calls this year that required Openreach to attend and both got resolved quickly. They've even offered me the opportunity to leave my contract early as I wasn't getting minimum download speed.

@MattLeeJourno @plusnethelp @Plusnet be grateful, they are garbage. Move on, they'll send you a router that has a known issue with wifi dropping frequently. No fix incoming either. Go elsewhere.
