Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same ยฃ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Her annex is now effectively redundant and she is confused about if she is, post-takeover, a BT customer or a Plusnet customer, and keeps getting stonewalled on the phone.
