Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience 👎👎

I wasn’t in so they decided to just disconnect my house (phone and broadband). Call centre says they can’t return now until Monday. I work from home so this is totally unacceptable.

I can list at least 5 IP addresses, that when given to any device on my network, the router will refuse to give them an internet connection.
