.@BBCBreakfast BT/EE/PlusNet/Sky is having a mass broadband service outage. Appears to be country wide. RTO 18:00. This looks to be an Openreach backbone issue.

Annoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience 👎👎

We're so accustomed to receiving awful customer service these days, it's important to give praise to the firms that treat us well. Had billing issue on my @plusnet account, phone answered on one ring, and the friendly agent resolved my issue in 2 mins flat. Excellent service 👏

@adz232 @O2 @EE No thank you, EE are owned by BT, just as Plusnet are,so I would rather have anybody else rather than BT. I am sure O2 will get it fixed but my last company mobile was on EE and that was rubbish. O2 just need to fix this one.

So the person taking the call at @plusnet didn't listen, doesn't seem to understand they can't redirect calls for a clients _voip_ phone system, and even though they are the one coming across as unprofessional and rude, threatens to terminate the call because I objected.
