So enough is enough and we have started the switch to Sky for broadband and mobile. Last 18 months with @Plusnet have been awful.

Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, Iโm with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for ยฃ28 a month with no mid contract price increases.

I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!

Wessex Wyvern (@WessexWy) reported@BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)

Tee (@TGunson) reported@johnsick74 You can find 12 month contracts and even monthly ones, I moved to plusnet on a 12 month contract so much cheaper and no problems. Iโll then look around for a cheaper deal when this one ends
