    ..without Wi-Fi (probably) all weekend. Wonderful when I have a stack of deadlines and need a stable connection for liaising with clients. Your customer support was a bit underwhelming too! Seriously annoyed already... @Plusnet @plusnethelp. Thanks a blummin' lot!!! #URGH!!!

    @plusnethelp I have been a Plusnet customer for quite a few years now but since moving address in Nov 2018 I have had nothing but issue with the billing system...and it continues...bill meant to be issued 7th Oct...was issued today...system will not let me pay it!!

    @Plusnet have left us stranded to try to work and socialise from home with no internet for 10 days, at LEAST 4 more days untill it might be fixed, poor communication and NO INFO on compensation. What do we do @plusnethelp ?

    @plusnethelp Woke up this morning to our internet speed dropping again. Even rebooting didn't help this time. So enough is enough and we have started the switch to Sky for broadband and mobile. Last 18 months with @Plusnet have been awful.

    @Plusnet so I called plusnet explained enjineer came out still dropping signal and all I get is yes we can see it's dropped several times paying for a service that I can't use

    @JennyBratty @Plusnet Yeah, that’s not on. I’ve never had an issue so far other than being slow to repair a damaged line but I think this is an open reach issue.

    @plusnethelp We have to reboot our rooter every 3-4 weeks as speed keeps falling. Can't wait till September when we can leave. Nobody at Plusnet wants to take responsibility of this problem.

    So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

    @Plusnet Can you sort your **** out Please! I've been with you for less than a week, and the internet has already been cut off from Mon 10:55am Today! There was no #openreach on our street, so it looks like someone just disconnected or switched us off! The earliest @openreach appointment is in THREE DAYS on Wed! I work from home you i'm loosing HUNDREDS of Β£ a day! So That's 3 DAYS WITH NO INTERNET OR WORK! You don't tell us how bad the repair service is in your ADs.

    @NewForestDog I’ve been with Plusnet for 8 years. It’s only ever gone wrong during install so very reliable once up and running. Definitely easy to speak to a human. I’d rate them as β€˜good enough to not leave’ which is as good as any customer service gets from me these days!

    Cancelled my Vodafone broadband. They are vile. Customer help is a foreign call centre! I have choice of 2 providers Plusnet or EE. I only need a basic service no landline. Both are same price. Any advice on which is best meaning few connection problems and good customer service?

    @Plusnet my full fibre was supposed to be installed yesterday afternoon but nobody showed up. I called at 6pm and waited 30 mins to get through to be told they didn't know what was going on. Can you help?
