@Plusnet no coverage again today in part of North Leeds, EE says they are upgrading the network and good coverage back within 9 hours !! How many days is this work to continue ??

@Plusnet morning. Been away for 5 days, got up this morning with Alexa shouting at me that she can't connect to Internet and it appears it's down to all my devices. Checked line and all connections and restarted router and reset it to. No luck. Any ideas. Thanks

@Plusnet Is there an issue with service in the Wareham area? I have 3 phones assigned to the EE network (2 plusnet and one EE) and none of them can dial or receive calls.

@plusnet we appear to have an Internet outage in torpoint, Cornwall. My router is continuously flashing orange despite multiple resets- please could you check if it is an external problem?
