    @Plusnet when did you stop providing services in Northern Ireland ? Trying to get a customer to avail of your business broadband and your sales guy has come back with "I’ve just seen this is a provide for Northern Ireland....we are unable to provide services in Northern Ireland"

    @Plusnet my mobile signal dropped yesterday and has been intermittent ever since, it has been fine for the last few years, any problems in cw12 area. Both me and my wife, exact same issue

    @Plusnet why is it that when it’s windy, my broadband seems to stop working? On at least 3 occasions, it’s been windy and my internet has went down. Orange light on the router, which i’m pretty sure means it can’t connect to the broadband. Am i to not use my wifi when it’s windy?

    @Plusnet warning to other customers they reviewed my products as contract coming to an end - decided to stay with them but instead of renewing they cancel my business phone line and broadband and set me up with a new phone line which none of my customers know.🤬

    @HMS_Hattie Hi Hattie, very sorry. There is a line at the address, however we've found that the line isn't compatible with our service. We need to get an engineer out for you to convert this line. This wasn't identified until after the sign up, apologies. - Cal, Plusnet Leeds

    @Plusnet I don’t know how to DM you. Your customer service says I didn’t ask at set up, but if so, it is only because i was not asked by the sales representative or it wasn’t clear, I feel trapped

    @Plusnet are you aware of any outages in South London? Just had our evening disrupted by a service failure and restarting the router's not helping.
