My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

@Plusnet absolutely horrendous do not go with them my internet hasn’t worked correctly the entire contract but won’t allow me out 1 month to go and can be rid of them appalling customer service to add bye bye 1 month to go to finally connect properly:-)

Today I should have been connected to the net but @Plusnet has disconnected my neighbour and directed my new number to them. Customer service didn't listen to me so now I'm sitting with no internet. No Netflix tonight 😢
