We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. Spent days on phone with you and EE nobody wants to own the issue. Refused to give an email address
