@Plusnet hi we've lost Internet connectivity tonight and our router is no longer able to login with our broadband username and password. These have not changed our end and it looks like it first failed 6:22pm today. We are both dependent upon this for work. Please help!

@Plusnet It was down for 30-40 mins last night. Router lost connection but reconnected straight away but obviously something further down the line was wrong as web access and netflix just were not working. Obvs affected more than us but your service status did not show problem.

I had to call Plusnet cause our broadband went down, and when I was testing it to see if it was back on, the technician on the phone said "Google cats in hats" and I really liked that. I hope she's having a good shift.

@Plusnet My Business Broadband is far too slow making it impossible to run my shop. Please can you improve this. I have already called you several times about this, run all of the tests, reset router etc. Nothing works. Opening an excel spreadsheet makes music pause.

@Plusnet Just to add, phone line works fine, WiFi and lan is also fine, it's the broadband login account being refused. Modem and router have been rebooted and showing no errors, aside from the Internet connection saying "Invalid account or password".

@Plusnet internet speed has been super slow since waking up, gone from 75mb download to 3 if we're lucky, i've checked all cables and reset the router but it's not improved at all ): any problems in the sheffield s10 area ?

@Plusnet This feels like a game of cat and mouse. Because my internet is so slow, messages sometimes just fail to go, even though they appear as if they have. The email specifically asked me to reply to it. I give up.

Hopefully that's us finished with the Plusnet catalogue of errors and incompetence for good now. The final straw was being issued with a cancellation fee of circa £150 for our original account last night despite it actually being them who cancelled that particular account!🙄🤬
