    My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

    @northernsky67 @virginmedia Same crap that Susans put up with for 25yrs. There is no advantage in staying. The landline used to be an issue for people migrating back to BT networks but that’s hardly an issue these days. I’m with plusnet. Been with them several times in the last decade

    Okay now I'm beyond pissed. Just noticed they have all 1* reviews on Trustpilot. They have also closed their phone line for the day shortly after telling me my broadband was ready when it isn't. Love that for me. Avoid @Plusnet at all costs - hope I can cancel.

    @Plusnet are you having network issues in the Doncaster area? My signal has suddenly started dropping in and out, I’ve repeatedly had “no service” and I’ve not had more than 2 bars for days. No issues previously.

    I have now complained to @Ofcom regarding @Plusnet and slamming. We are dealing with two vulnerable customers who you have failed to support. This is a total car crash. I am now on hold yet again.

    @Suzanne14606600 @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach I suggest that you get in touch with OFCOM TO COMPLAIN about your internet service provider and about OPENREACH as they are just as responsible who don’t care about the elderly but then it’s a LONDON BASED COMPANY who only care about taking people’s money and doing F.A
