My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

If you are thinking of moving over to @plusnet then don't. It is the worst service you could possibly use. The customer service is just as bad as the broadband. Purchasing plusnet will be the biggest mistake you will ever make

@OpenMindMH If speed is an issue it could be an OpenReach thing, so you should avoid NOW/BT/TalkTalk/Plusnet etc Sometimes if your router is on an "auto" channel it can get interference from your neighbours' routers which can make the internet cut out.

@supertanskiii Had slow Plusnet broadband AND poor WiFi distance. Bought an old BT router off eBay (as recommended on forums) for £6 two years ago and perfect. Never had a problem with things like watching streamed UHD etc. since.
