@plusnethelp very disappointed in plusnet, I've rang twice on landlines (plusnet) kept cutting me off, rang from mobile, I spoke to a lady couldn't help, put me on hold then cut me off. No call back. Very bad customer service.

@ColSkye I'm with Plusnet atm. I'm switching to BT this week i was with BT for 10 years, very happy with the service, but I got fed up seeing great deals for new customers, but only price hikes for existing ones. 20thC Customer Retention Marketing hasn't reached @bt_uk yet

@Plusnet @SkintDad Left Plusnet after it took six months to fix a faulty wire outside our house, kept telling them every time it heated up in the sun it cut out... “No, no” laughed the multiple engineers that came out, “that’s not it..!”
