My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

@Nemesis3000 Best in the area for us is plusnet tons of people I know are on them. Better service speeds and when there is an issue they actually sort it

@theroyalfactor @Plusnet I can think of one where they insisted you use FB Messenger to contact customer services, then suddenly they can't reply on that anymore so you have to email. Maybe it was to do with all the customers they were blocking on Facebook for highlighting their 8 tentacled shadiness.

@Plusnet I believe the minimum speed was added AFTER installation and after I contacted you. You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.

@ajayjagota @GBNEWS @LloydsBank Agree. All the major banks seem as bad. I phoned Plusnet though this year... 45 mins.. Sorry our it system is down call back tomorrow. When I called back... Today we are honouring or covid hero's and support is closed! I swore quite a lot.

@Plusnet There is a known issue on EE but we have had no info from Plusnet. No info on your website either. It is supposed to be put right by this evening but it has taken much too long to fix
