    @Plusnet Is the fibre activation date given in your emails an estimate, because we're set up as of yesterday (the date) but still receiving typically poor broadband speeds.

    Outage continues, affecting also the local convenience store/post office et al. If @Plusnet rely on @BT_Openreach to swap out dead batteries from roadside cabinets and they in turn rely on the power company to provide uninterrupted power , who is the power company?
