2/2 then, they told me that no one could come out evenings or weekdays & advised that I let a neighbour sit in my house & wait for the engineer for me. They told me a manager would call back &they never did. Roll on February. Switching to @Plusnet was the worst thing I ever did.

@Plusnet i have received my new router as you thought this would fix my problem but it has not worked. Still receiving the same issues. Nearly 2 weeks now with no internet. Sort it out or I am out. Simple as.

A week of utter garbage internet yet again from @Plusnet which I doubt is going to get better anytime soon. Barely usable on some sites and a waste of time entirely on others.

@Plusnet I’ve already been on the phone. Some changes made but it’s down to the router, it’s old tech and hopeless. It’s been this way for 10 months

@KirstenTisdale I’ve been with plusnet mobile for a long time. Based on EE but cheaper. Don’t support shortcodes though which can be a bit of a pain sometimes. I’ve not really needed much help apart from an initial voicemail issue in the beginning. Been fine since (kiss of death!)
