@Plusnet it's bad enough having to work during the best weather ever seen up north, but patchy internet signal dropping every 5 seconds is making it soooo much worse. Whats going on? are the lines made of chocolate?

@rodakthered @Plusnet I think it is because they only have 3G partners and many countries are turning this service off as they have 4 and 5G. I found this out the hard way in Germany recently…

  • littlemsgooner Hazel (@littlemsgooner) reported

@Plusnet when is the mobile service going to be fixed ? day 2 without service & it's the same for EE the other company that BT owns 😤

  • tigger_tim TimM (@tigger_tim) reported

@PCkeepswimming @Plusnet @BritishGas I agree. I was having an intermittent connection problem, and it was resolved by a real human being taking a look at the technical log and realising my router was failing.

@thecraigmurray love your comedy, never knew you were the face of plusnet wtf!

  • orchard_end Ian Watson (@orchard_end) reported

@Plusnet Only been a customer for three and utterly brassed off with Plusnet. Why on earth don't you warn people up front that if they include a PAC code in the order there is a great chance their number will be ported and so cut them off while waiting for the new SIM to arrive.
