    @PaulbernalUK @happyborg @Plusnet oh that's a shame. And re the cheap mob, my main handset that I use as a hotspot needs a battery change (I have to dismantle it) so I recently bought an emergency cheap one purely as a back up hotspot if my handset dies. It's only the Alcatel £40 but it def has a hotspot.

    @Plusnet Just changed my mobile contract to you this week. It hasn't been a good start! I haven't received my sim and already old number has been ported from old provider. I am without mobile connection. This isn't good. Can you please help me

    @Plusnet CS doesn't exist anymore when you have to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to get through to someone about your debit card and then you get cut off before they can fix the issues so this 2 hour bollocks make the sim not fit for purpose

    @Plusnet really disappointed in your service. My daughter joined you last week, firstly you cancelled her direct debit in error and now three days later she still has no 4G. We’ve tried calling every day but just cannot get anyone to pick up the phone.
