@Plusnet Not a good start to my time as a Plusnet customer. I chose Tuesday to change providers as that day suits me. You changed it to Monday meaning I had to set up the router, align all computers and so was late for work.

Would not advise anyone to ever deal with @plusnet the service is abysmal. Half the staff are clueless, trying to resign me up when I've cancelled already. Being charged near £37 when I signed a contract at £22.99 For the love of God do not bother with this shambles of a company

@plusnethelp Had problems connecting to plusnet broadband tonight and yesterday at roughly the same time 21:00 till 22:45 hrs . Done the resets but the error is still occurring. The router has just reset it self again. Can you help. It's becoming a pain!
