    @Plusnet my broadband goes up and down more times than a yo-yo what is going on ! And yes I called CS help but gave up after 20 mins

    I am currently changing to Plusnet broadband. My internet went down today and hasn’t come back up. Is it being changed over and how much longer will it take? Tried phoning customer services but they say they are overloaded and can’t take anymore calls.

    Having to call @Plusnet every few weeks when you have an on going broadband issue is the worse thing about 2020, and we know how bad this year has been. #AnswerThePhone #EmployMorePeople

    Upside to this @Plusnet @plusnethelp even though no Twitter support either... Customer Support & then the Technician resolved the issue in 90 minutes. #result But PLEASE don’t torture us with 90 mins of Xmas music whilst we wait. My dogs are traumatised!

    @marcg_18 @plusnethelp @Plusnet BT weren’t any better to start with. Having issues moving over from Sky, and BT were the first to **** it up. Now plusnet have stuffed it up another 3 times. 😡🙄

    Getting pissed off with BT with slow Internet. Anyone got any recommendations (plusnet? EE?) Also, anyone had any issues changing supplier but keeping BT email address. Thanks.

    Steer clear of @plusnethelp and @Plusnet Had promise after promise for weeks now that they’d sort my broadband and phone line move, and now, just over a week before Xmas, I’m not left without both, and they just hang up when you try to call them, as they’re too busy!😡😡😡

    @AdrianCoxMusic @TalkTalk Used them for one year 2006-7. Hated it and will never return. If they're not providing the service you're paying for dump them. I've been with @Plusnet happily ever since, including seamless transfer during a house move.
