Our #plusnet ridiculously slow in #sidford #sidmouth today (weds 13th Jan). All devices disconnected bar one. No background updating. Lots of buffering on med quality stream. Anyone else having issues?

@Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

@plusnethelp Broadband switched to Plusnet yesterday, promised seamless transition which is necessary for work and uni classes but no Internet. Been through all troubleshooting yesterday but it's an authorisation issue and now told got to wait till Friday!

@Plusnet please can I pass on I had amazing service from Lidia Duarte after she realised I had a old ADSL router at my new address she solved my problem with my home move so fast and my new router arrived today amazing customer service can’t thank her enough.

@Plusnet I’m guessing the dreadful service we are now receiving from you in recent days, is because you know we are leaving you? Please note everyone... Plusnet are very poor indeed, I would not recommend them at all!
