@Plusnet This company gave me a 14 day notice to pay a bill and then when I called within the notice period they told me it had been passed to a debt collectors?! No way to speak to the manager just an endless trail of customer service reps who can’t help.

@Plusnet no broadband service, keeps dropping constantly. Download speed 0.45 Upload 0.54. This seems to be a continuous issue. Postcode IP33. Please look into this. Thank you

@TOrynski Switched from Sky to Plusnet, to Shell over last 5 years. Major hassles cancelling Sky and Plusnet. Looks like it's going to be the same when I cancel Shell. Might not bother, will be moving back to Ireland so I don't care if they try to collect money from closed UK bank account.
