@Plusnet Too late. I'm leaving for a supplier that supports wi-fi calling, since I doubt I'll ever persuade you that my signal is rubbish. And it wasn't broadband -- it was mobile! I wouldn't say 'signal' for broadband.

  • shianne_br Shianne (@shianne_br) reported

@Plusnet possibly the worst internet provider? Had no internet for the week and no updates ?! 🤔

  • JoshCorley14 Josh Corley (@JoshCorley14) reported

@Plusnet Hello Jess, our wifi has gone down completely now. Honestly this service is so so poor. When you call back I would like to discuss the breach of contract.

  • Normantweets Jamie Norman (@Normantweets) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

The good thing about today's 7-hour-and-counting @SkyHelpTeam outage is that it's the final nail in a wearying road, giving me the push to swap contract to @Plusnet, who appear to be offering better speeds at almost half the price...

  • MrsFLester Fiona Lester (@MrsFLester) reported

@Plusnet total blackout for me for 24 hours... what gives?

  • roxmking rOXANNE KING (@roxmking) reported

@Plusnet i want to cancel the sim I ordered and get a refund plse. Can someone help me

  • TulaDyer Tula Dyer (@TulaDyer) reported

@Plusnet They are welcome to call again today. Forgive me for not gushing with gratitude after 16 weeks and five days and a huge disruption to my job without adequate service

  • thraxar Thraxar (@thraxar) reported

@Plusnet No, because it'll take hours for a response and by the time you run me through the "turn it off and on again - are you plugged in" routine it'll be back to acceptable (still well below minimum) speeds. I'm done with you - service has deteriorated since I joined.

@ComplainingCow Trouble is, there's very little manoeuvre for them now. We were with Plusnet for 8 years, Always able to wangle a decent deal at negotiation time, then one year they wouldn't budge, so we had to walk. I'm looking forward to "Home 5G" rolling out as that'll be real competition.

  • Borderboy Colin Deakins (@Borderboy) reported

@Plusnet help! I cannot get my call direct to work even thogh I am being charged for it
