I’ve had to call @Plusnet twice today. First guy was rude and miserable, later on, the second guy (Jon Dennis) was brilliant, helpful, professional and did all he could to try and escalate the matter with @OpenreachHelp (who still couldn’t be bothered to get in touch today).

@Plusnet what’s going on? We’ve had no internet for 5 days now and can’t process card payments. You said it would be sorted by midnight last night and we’re still without internet. All of the support numbers on your site are not recognised by the operator…. What a shambles
