@bristolren @bt_uk All communication providers be that BT, Sky, EE, Plusnet, TalkTalk, Virgin media, Zen (list goes on) will only be able to provide a digital (Internet based) voice service from 2023 and everyone moved off the current PSTN network you are on today as that is closing by 2025

@Plusnet Hi Adam, thanks for reaching out, The local network was fine. I just gave the router a hard reset and after a long reboot I was back online. No worries.

@Plusnet can anyone tell me why I am have to reset my router regularly again please ? As much as I like the speed and price, I've had more issues in my 1st year than the rest of my years as a customer elsewhere 😫
