@plusnethelp Hey Plusnet, I changed my ee sim to a new sim with you, my Plusnet sim hasn’t arrived yet but my current ee sim is inactive. It seems that this isn’t planned very well from your end? Can you help me please? Not a great first impression.

@Plusnet No phone all day internet on and off ....Called in told planned maintenance but yet no warning of this at all ....phone still not useable two lines in same household down ... Why not tell people about it missed very important calls today both of us ...As bad as iD!!!!

@Plusnet I am totally disgusted in the way your company conducts it's billing system, since November of last year I have encountered problems with your systems and the only way to resolve it was to close the account and set up a new one all seemed to be going so well untill today

@Plusnet just wondering if any managers exist in your org. 48 emails 30 phone calls to correct error after error since 14th june when cut off by yourselves. After 15 days lost service 2nd day in service lost again now due to accounting error flagged up you have cut me off again

@KimEdwards48 BT sport was around 12 a month I think with BT but you had to have a year contract. It’s 18 with plusnet but I can cancel anytime so I cancelled for June and July as I only watch football on it, il go back in by mid August.

@Plusnet would come off the next bill this was totally unacceptable, we have ended up canceling the DD which means a failed payment as this was the only way to resolve it, you are a complete waste of time as a service provider roll on the end of my contract

@Plusnet I'm another mobile customer abroad that can only get 2g. Currently in Germany (Berlin), checked the APN is correct but it will only register on o2 2g and not 4g if I manually search for networks. Can you help at all?
