@Plusnet Thank you. I have emailed a complaint to no avail. Its really causing us problems - we can't use security cameras, Alexa devices or watch TV in different rooms. Not what I pay for.

@plusnethelp Longstanding customer. Signed for new contract in Feb with estimated download speeds of 4-9Mb, 2 emails from PlusNet confirmed this. Now that contract has started got another email from you which now states estimated download speeds of 1-3Mb. Annoyed at untruths.

@DoncasterTSS I contracted phone+ ISP for dad via @MSE_Deals with @Plusnet he's 82. He was offered a connection + hub+ installation (Given 3 optional dates) Now Tom at #PlusNet says dad has to self install and if we wants to cancel he has to phone. He's confused, disgusting.
