@nw_nicholas @Plusnet Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to get a call from someone claiming to be from Virgin Media? I’ve had them on an almost daily basis for the last couple of weeks. He and, occasionally she, even offered to help me with my computer settings!

My WiFi hub is now being used as a paper weight. I have accepted no help from the higher ups are coming. Plusnet engineers have quite their jobs knowing they'll never get more money out of me and have retired in barbados
