    @plusnethelp have migrated from Sky to Plusnet today. Sky turned off my service. Plusnet haven’t sent a router. Currently without service with two people working from home. Please help!

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet are you going to keep leaving us with substandard service and expect payment?? Fix the issues we have had since installation not ignore them and bury it. I have never had so much drama with any internet company in the last 17 years!!

    @plusnethelp Our broadband is terrible right now. Ping takes ages and running a zoom session and video stream isn't possible. What's occurring? @Plusnet
