    @Plusnet So how can I find out my usage? It seems anti-competitive to deny me access to that information since it means I can’t make informed choices about whether a competitors capped service offers better value for money.

    My sister was in dispute with @Plusnet over an offer via the @MartinSLewis site they refused to honour - glad to say Martin and his team acted swiftly and offered a resolution, even though they had no obligation to do so. Martin, you are a top man. Plusnet you are the pits.

    @Plusnet my home WiFi connection gets disconnected from the Internet frequently only to reconnect after a few seconds. It affects my VOIP calls that drop out & require calling back. If this is a permanent tech issue or a company policy for load management I will change provider

    @McAfee_Help Thanks, it's driving me nuts! Plusnet Protect is what I should have received but no-one seems to be able to give me a correct link to even get the download, never mind install it;-) Cheers John
