  @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

  @ianward2000 @ms__care Thank you but I have a feeling that this is a scam . Look at their page 0 followers and they ask for WhatsApp details . I almost fell for it over my issue with Plusnet , they get very aggressive when you don’t give them your bank details

  @Plusnet Plusnet support couldn't help beyond reading out web pages I'd already visited, so had to use chat on Greenby instead. Actually seem to have got somewhere with that, tho' the solution implemented doesn't reflect well on Plusnet or Greenby.

  @Plusnet Hello, we are having lots of problems with the broadband disconnecting all the time. This has been happening since we signed up but was only here and there before but been almost unusable for the past week.
