Mike Foster (@MikeFos80837729) reported@Plusnet All sorted with BT what took you 3 months and £350 to get no where just cost me £9.99 and sorted on 13th sept with BT. Refund given but nothing for stress, bad service, wasted months, my time, phone calls out of my allowance. Plenty of not believed apologies though.

One reason I’m still with Plusnet after 11 years is that so far all issues have been minor and they’ve fixed them super super quickly!
