@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@MrClyfar @PostOffice The fact that the number of issues was so high (over an order of magnitude higher than what would be expected) should have been caught early and fixed before too much damage was done. Instead they doubled down, and hid this information from the victims and courts.

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Chairman should go and look at current flagship cases. You should be ashamed as a Chairman and the CEO. Post Office management should be ashamed of their cover ups. Your legal teams should hang their heads in shame intimidating people who raise complaints. The Press are watching

@PostOffice Although I'm certain that your top brass/the cowardly/irresponsible, incompetents who've ruined people's lives thru this awful calamity will NEVER suffer, from now on, & whenever possible, even if it means spending more, I will avoid using your service.

@davidallengreen The #PostOffice should pay out compensation for the many shattered lives. I gather there are more who need help?

A key issue in today’s Court of Appeal @PostOffice judgment is that PO - like some other bodies like HSE or RSPCA - acts as a Private Prosecutor. Given emerging issues with the Horizon IT system, it is more likely that a police/ @cpsuk investigation would not have led to charges
-
viren2468
(@viren2468) reported
@jamiesont The post office should now be prosecuted for fraud entry bringing these cases as they knows it was their system at fault and still blamed these poor postmasters a Shame on you @postoffice You are a disgrace expensive ans useless company

What gets me is the Post Office knew their new accounting software had bugs and faults but they released it anyway and didn’t figure that any accounting anomalies must be down to the system but chose to blame innocent people #postoffice #courtofappeal #39postmasters

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice No they are not postmasters They are sub post officers male and female. Postmistress like the pregnant lady who was sent to jail. You think compensation is the one solution? Accountability is better. Read your flagship cases.

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice That scandal was absolutely horrendous. Big corporations appear to have lost the run of themselves. More damage from them than benefit. Best wishes to all those decent innocent people who suffered because of this abuse of power.

Who are the #PostOffice directors and senior managers that doubled down after IT glitches were first identified? What actions were taken, or will now be taken, against them for their roles in the #PostOfficeScandal?
