@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice They said they've never done it, don't know how to do it and have never heard of it! They found the service on their system and told me what my card balance was but still refused to help me. Ridiculous.

the postoffice... was a nightmare... we walked in and immediately noped tf out. all bins were too full to open, the machine was down, the line was wrapped around the building... hell naw

@PostOffice shocking service - rude post office staff refusing my parcel more than 30 minute wait time on the phone to complain and an online form that doesn’t work (error 503 if you’re interested) that’s what happens when you have a monopoly!

@Lindsey1acnh @PostOffice I’m not being rude. I’m just stating the fact that this is becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter, with or without a pandemic! So something needs to be changed either more staff need to be employed or retrain to better standards and quicker serving.

@PostOffice hi - are post offices not currently accepting post to canada? I've sent items to france and germany over the past few days but now told today that the canadian borders are closed? your site isn't much help as it hasn't been updated for canada since the 22nd?

It’s down to the owner of the post office to ensure that they have enough employees Retraining staff will definitely help because the staff will be kept up to date on how to use the different services which will speed up the customer service

@Karishamgrover @PostOffice It's a regular problem with a lot of post offices but it's not the fault of the staff that work there that they don't have enough employees to help with the queues. Retraining won't help when people come in with large amounts of parcels of need to use a service that takes time.
