@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@IndiaPostOffice They postman provide you the wrong information. It is not delivered on 10.04.23. Today on 17.04.23 I have to go to postoffice and taken my parcel personally. This type of system is very bad. Kindly insure that customer should get their parcel at home.

Closing this investigation with no explanation is basically you saying that you’re condoning poor staff behaviour. @PostOffice Never had problems with your branches from anywhere else. They’ve all been amazing - except here.
