@NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@_BecRx @PostOffice It’s been down for over 5 hours in Berkshire and impossible to get updates. Customer Services have no information and NOTHING on web site or when you log in to account. Good luck - I’ll be changing ISP first chance I get.

@WhichUK @RoyalMail I get them all the time. Never responded yet, never missed an expected parcel delivery. If a retired police officer fell for it that is his problem. It is so obviously NOT from the PostOffice.

@PostOffice Service is a waste of time over half an hour on hold and not spoke to anyone yet my parcel has gone missing. That fact that the post said they delivered it to me and I never got it. Im@not going to complain about it if I already had it would I.

@EmilyKoch @PostOffice The service is called "freepost name" -- the whole idea is that a postcode is not required. So use the image of the receipt to show the staff at your post office how to complete the cert of posting.
