@PostOffice This happens all the time the lady that works there is rude and unreliable closes when she feels like it. like she's on flexi hours just picks and chooses. We generally have no idea when this place is open or closed. this as this is the worst service ever for a massive company

@PostOffice Hayes branch severely understaffed, causing very slow service. Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

@king_reinhardt in all seriousness, I had to buy my bus tickets at the local postoffice. Literally no other shop sold them. Then, for a month, as the bus service changed its ticketing system i had to go to another town, to buy the busticket i needed to get to another town....

My 92 yr old mom still drives. She has agreed not to drive outside of her small town though. She goes to the bank, church, grocer, postoffice, gets her own gas, local car dealership for infrequent maintenance [where they treat her like royalty btw] She takes food to funeral dinners and diapers to new moms. Makes cookies for local bake sales and youth events. I'm so grateful.
