Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

One can get pp in 2 weeks after applying at USPS and pay expedite fee... unless your office is making this happen without any fee. Just wondering.

peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@vas_ssy @PostOffice @RoyalMail If it was 1st or 2nd class signed for, it isnt tracked so the only updates will be at the Post Office and when it has been signed fpr by the recipient. Your issue is with Royal Mail.
