@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@lucyallan @PostOffice Hang on Lucy Don't you remember that it was your Party that changed legal aid so that more people would have to fund their own legal costs if accused of something they didn't do ... and then potentially be unable to get those costs back when found innocent. YOUR PARTY!

@lucyallan @PostOffice You insult me by thinking I'm too stupid to realise that you and your party deliberately cut legal aid, making justice EVEN HARDER.

@Saggydaddy @lucyallan @PostOffice The damage caused to these totally innocent people (some dead before this 'victory') means we need a judge-led public inquiry with power to charge/imprison the person/people directly responsible for continuing with prosecutions after it became obvious there was an IT problem.
