@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@PostOffice complaint re telecomms support to vulnerable father in law. Really poor customer service. Who can I contact urgently. Support on phone has been below adequate for someone who lives alone with only a landline which has the same fault again

@PostOffice when you send a card 2 weeks ago for it to turn up with envelope ripped & put in a jiffy.. they copped out didnt they no money sorry.. should clamp down on this it shouldn't be happening this day n age 🤬 absolutely disgusting from grown adults 😤
