Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.

He had to phone in but there is long queue so getting on 15 mins waiting. Not good. Postmaster should be able to access help quicker. SORT IT OUT!
