    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

    @PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

    @PostOffice Royal Mail Signed For is a registered service which requires a signature on delivery for First Class or Second Class mail sent in the UK. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

    @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

    @NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

    My poor dad, 83 year old, was a bit distressed and fearful today after going into Colwyn Avenue @PostOffice, Swansea, and finding that neither the family running the Post Office nor the other half a dozen people in the queue were wearing any face-coverings! Not good! 😡

    Going to try physically resetting via #SIM pinhole again. Seems to have better results than web interface based #software reset of #DSL line. Have to say @PostOffice my internet's been terrible at night recently.

    @PostOffice whats the chances of u looking at opening hours. as a nurse i couldnt get to post office for over a week as its shuts at 2 and doesnt open at all on saturdays due to covid. this week on annual leave, the queue has been 7 deep every time ive passed. help us out here

    @SurfaceCandy @PostOffice It is impossible to process drop and go in between a never ending queue, hence why you were probably asked to drop it off at a QUIETER TIME when it could be processed for same day dispatch.

    Your taking the absolute piss out of me. Firstly you change the company of my credit card to something that sounds like it should be in Star Wars. Then when I want to cancel it I wait 15 minutes after spelling every word out to be told I’ll get a letter. @PostOffice #jajashite

    @PostOffice Half hour so far. I've queued less at Disneyland. Its not the pandemic, its never staffed. One of the tills has moss on it its been untouched for so long.
