    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    @PostOffice Royal Mail Signed For is a registered service which requires a signature on delivery for First Class or Second Class mail sent in the UK. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

    @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

    I sent a parcel back 12/11 i am yet to receive confirmation that you have had it or any refund!? I have receipt for proof from @PostOffice @verynetwork please help

    @PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

    @NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

    took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

    @PostOffice read that there's going to be mail delays to be honest since the pandemic the service has got slower but more costly what the hell are you doing with all that extra money you raise every year

    The fact that they wanted to dismiss my complaint without even issuing a proper apology for the abuse I experienced speaks volumes. It really shows the @PostOffice as an organisation is more concerned with protecting its operations than addressing serious issues. This is reflected in the 61% of complaints closed as ‘Tactical Closure’ effectively a way of gatekeeping the branch to keep it running, rather than acknowledging or resolving the problems customers face.

    @DonaldPond6 @DebsPoint @PostOffice Your post is a complete lie. No Royal Mail post service has an 11 pound price difference for online versus post office.

    The post in London is utterly broken. I get post maybe once a week. Weekly magazines, supposed to arrive on a Friday for the weekend, arrive on Saturday or even Monday afterwards. Letters take a week to travel down the road. Something needs to change. @RoyalMail @PostOffice

    Extremely disappointed with DTDC service. A medicine parcel dispatched on 16th March was expected by 20th, then delayed to 23rd, and still not delivered. This is not just a delay—it’s about someone’s health. Urgent action needed. @DTDCIndia @PostOffice #DTDC

    @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice I am hundred percent sure, that it could be a few penny’s difference but it could never be 11 pounds. Your item might be weighing more than what you have entered online. Its expensive no doubt but dont make it up to 11 quids.

    @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice i had a similar experience once at National Express Coach Office. The online price was a fraction of the price if i'd bought the same ticket from the office. The person behind the counter was rude, as well

    @IndiaPostOffice I have proper address but Dewas post office is not delivering the item, they are even closing my complaint without resolution. Please escalate against the worthless employee of Dewas postoffice. Complaint # 2794319349

    @PostOffice it doesn’t give me the full year on the dates selection and of course you want to charge a significant additional fee….. ( another 25%) is this really how you want to treat customers ?
