@PostOffice Royal Mail Signed For is a registered service which requires a signature on delivery for First Class or Second Class mail sent in the UK. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasnโ€™t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜

I believe the PostOffice is in the Constitution, itโ€™s not designed to make money itโ€™s a service for the people โ€ฆoh, thatโ€™s right, weโ€™ve trashed democracy & ripped up the Constitution. People donโ€™t need a means of communication that doesnโ€™t make someone morbidly rich. @cspanwj

@PostOffice Travel insurance claim: raised claim and a complaint early March, chased weekly, promised updates but nothing. No manager, no callback, no escalation. What are you doing about this? @Collinson

  • artbookreviews
Malty, but nice ๐Ÿ˜ป๐Ÿง (@artbookreviews) reported

@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Online is cheaper, but that's a massive difference. Are you sure it was the same service (letter vs packet)? Counters sometimes manage (๐Ÿค”) to offer the most expensive option.

@GBNEWS There is something seriously wrong with Ed Davey. It seems he has not grown up and acting like a spoiled little kid. He should never have title Sir and be MP He is a complete looney he is not fit and does not deserve it? Remember Postoffice scandal? We do yes Mr Davey we do?

@DonaldPond6 @JohnCaveAusten @PostOffice It wouldnโ€™t have been the same service, whilst services are cheaper online it isnโ€™t that much cheaper. Also if we want to keep post offices open, we need to use them. They are all small businesses who are struggling.

@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Because customer service went out the window as wages have gone up, time is money... More employees is less profit.
