@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@PostOffice It was around midday today and I find that a 45 minute plus wait to get a stamp got a letter is totally unacceptable. I also feel that is was unfair the sole member of staff having to deal with so many people and having no support! Shame on the management or lack of!

@siany_d @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Definitely no one suggested staff are not human i have the best postman in the service but if you don't deliver a decent service then reduce prices instead of increasing them until the pandemic is over

@PostOffice what a shambles of a service three days later and first class letter still hasn't arrived. Full postage and address given what is the difference between 1st and 2nd class apart from huge increase in prices Time there was proper competition

@PostOffice When are royal mail going to stop using the pandemic as an excuse for shocking service? ...1st failed delivery was failed at 3pm (yep, 2hrs after the 'guranteed' time and 2nd one today, when I was sitting at home... No card left, no knock on door. It's disgusting.

@PostOffice @dasmithofficial Hi David the sorry you get means nothing ,,I was Assaulted in their Plymouth Store and the Staff failed to follow Protocall because their Equipment was broken ,, And they wanted to cover it up I would have had a 100% conviction to the other person but due to WHSmith's its not so
