@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@theJeremyVine , along with loads of people i know, received the Post Office text. I thought it was a scam so reported to the @PostOffice they said wasn't them and would investigate. Never trust a text, email etc randomly asking for money.

@PostOffice The woman has just said she needs to do self service only. Self service is empty. I’ve complained to the manager and the manager has said she will serve those of us waiting for counter service

@IndiaPostOffice I didnot recieve my parcel however I got a message saying it got delivered. This is highly irresponsible as we cannot even contact the associated postoffice. Either they don't receive the call or its saying the number is out of service.

@PostOffice can you tell me why a post office branch wouldn't accept a parcel that met the size and weight restrictions for "large letter", and would insist on it being sent as a small parcel? They were able to pass it through the template check with no issue
