They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

I sent First Class Signed For which is Tracked, accept your Receipts do not give the Tracking Number, just the Session Number. How do I proceed to track ?

Try taking responsibility for the service you offer. The only people who recognise the company distinction is you guys coz it serves your purpose. Just Like BT & open reach.
