  • rosail Derek Gallagher (@rosail) reported from Chester, England

@PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@craftybison @KateJon41196503 @PostOffice Not policy. We are covering ourself. The amount of times customers come back saying package didn’t arrive etc and they didn’t choose the right service happens daily. We offer special to stop this happening. Customer can choose to say no if they wish.

.@PostOffice just went into my local branch to get some help from the brilliant staff. Was told this is no longer an option and that I must use the (infuriating) machine. Can I ask where I can feedback how disappointed I am with this change?

  • RichTWarms RTW 🏃🏼🚴🏼 🌍 (@RichTWarms) reported

@PostOffice St Albans. Google Maps says was there 20 minutes - easily enough for some rogue Covid transmission. Not all counters staffed, nobody supporting self-service. Appreciate staff may be down due to Covid, but every counter process takes sooooooo long. New Zealand P.O., takes seconds.
