  took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

  @PostOffice Royal Mail Signed For is a registered service which requires a signature on delivery for First Class or Second Class mail sent in the UK. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

  @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

  @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

  @NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

  Get to @PostOffice for 9am. Staff member is 10 minutes late opening counter. Then complains that I have too many parcels (14) and it’s not fair to take that number of parcels to a single handed post office 😳🧐 Same place that I recently witnessed being rude to elderly customer!

  @IndiaPostOffice why it took 10 days to deliver?only when i escalated the matter Postman came and delivered,what action have u taken against Postman & Postoffice Incharge?Send me a warning/memo notice,cut their salaries so that in future they dont repeat,fix accountability.

  @JohnCornyn @voxdotcom That is “People Internet”(People Window) which is State Regulated Internet. We need “Postal Internet” as Public Service as Distributed Infrastructure connecting Communities.Infra Bill can figure out Post Road,21st Century Telegraphy(Post Window)&Mailbox(LogisticsZone/PostOffice).

  @PostOffice Tonight I waited 20 mins in a queue outside a sub office. Got to counter just before 450 was told I couldn't send a letter next daydelivery as it was after 445. No empathy or attempt to be helpful. Outcome poor the attitude appalling .

  @PostOffice Hi Ryan, This relates to my home insurance. Your renewal quote has gone up, and I can do better as a new customer elsewhere, so I want to cancel the auto-renewal. I don't want to be forced to call to do that. That makes me spend my precious time on hold, with no gain to myself
