They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

appleblossomB (@appleblossomBe) reported@PostOffice I sent a registered letter to HMRC on the 11th March . HMRC says they haven’t received it . Tracking only says it was posted and no confirmation of HMRC signing for it or receiving it . Can you please help ?

I would not bother if it was just once or twice. Lastly there are plenty of things that can be done to improve services.

Actual fee to avoid Dig ID shenanigans + Postal order + Fee + £15 for photos + postage❓ £44.08
