    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    @PostOffice What going on with Post Office reference numbers?I am sending packages to France and USA and the next day telling me they are ''DELIVERED'' Obviously a glitch. My PO doesn't care telling me effectively it's my problem and to contact the Royal Mail- so what's happening

    @PostOffice Yeah, your recorded message says that you are busy. A standard response for being undermanned, I guess! FYI, the currency I ordered never arrived, and your colleagues couldn't help, so I have cancelled and gone elsewhere. Poor show considering that I travel tomorrow.

    @PostOffice Can you please do something to sort out the lack of staff and consequent poor service at Sutton Post Office. 40 minutes to return a parcel! Staff doing their best but they need help.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Except its @PostOffice website it directs you to. Great example of how disjointed this 'service' is. No responsibility for anything. My point is the lack of options and forcing people to pay a fee is a ransom.
