I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

Then complains that I have too many parcels (14) and it’s not fair to take that number of parcels to a single handed post office 😳🧐 Same place that I recently witnessed being rude to elderly customer!

Grenville Williams (@TrentBridge1) reported@PostOffice Tonight I waited 20 mins in a queue outside a sub office. Got to counter just before 450 was told I couldn't send a letter next daydelivery as it was after 445. No empathy or attempt to be helpful. Outcome poor the attitude appalling .

Your renewal quote has gone up, and I can do better as a new customer elsewhere, so I want to cancel the auto-renewal. I don't want to be forced to call to do that.
