Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.
