@NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

@PostOffice @postoffice has passed the job to @OpenreachHelp & will update tomorrow. This was already supposed to have been done. Doesn’t sound hopeful for getting problem fixed tomorrow so mom will remain #AtRisk without her #careline & landline with no idea when it will get fixed 😔😖

Oh @PostOffice,when will you do something about the lack of a main office in #Congleton?Waited 45 mins to be served today & those poor women who work in the West Heath branch are run off their feet! Madness that a town this size only has 2 tiny offices to serve it #dontblamecovid

@PostOffice we have recently received two separate birthday cards for my son. The senders put £20 in each card but they arrived empty. We don’t have the first envelope but the second one has been very carefully opened and glued back down.

@PostOffice hi I ordered an item from a Sheffield a business in Deepcar, it was posted/tracked on 1st Dec Togo to Doncaster, still not arrived, have you problems with deliveries in that area

@PostOffice Hi Jess, this isn’t a criticism of that branch so please don’t raise the feedback as a complaint. My issue is that the main town Post Office was closed down and in 2 years, another one hasn’t been established. 4 tills to serve 26,000 people doesn’t seem quite enough?

@postoffice you are failing a whole town, not just my business. If I wait in line and pay for post it gets processed on the ONE till. Customers tut at me! I used drop and go to alleviate the stress and my post was left for days. As you said MAKE LIFE EASIER FOR BRANCH & CUSTOMER
