So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasnβt even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, hereβs a though, cover the 7 days π‘

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace π π π

Just imagine,so many elders from rural areas come to postoffice for so many works, they dont know anything except Bengali, they have so much problems for simple works in post office.

Why then would an appt be needed if no other customer required a service. Poor customer service. Swansea branch helped them. Staff were lazy
