@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

@PostOffice Lawrence Weston. In the co op. Caroline did as much as she could in order to give me as much info as possible. But she was also confused too. Do you know if it is still okay to send the mail in the post box or is that a royal mail issue to discuss?

@PostOffice post office counter staff member refused to hand a parcel back to me after not hearing me say I wanted it tracked he said I done it now and can’t cancel it which led to a stand off me not having the parcel I was sending and him not giving it back

@PostOffice - appalled! Service from your travel insurance @collinsoninsurance crap! Claim (straightforward) received by them 23/4, docs produced 10/5, pay in 7 days promised 20/6 still no payment 11/7!! 3 hour call today- SLAs crap feels like theft!! #shouldhavegonetobarclays

OK, so...@PostOffice delivered a special delivery package to 131 instead of 113 where I live. The guy at 131 handed the package back to the driver saying, Try a few doors down. (Obviously) Now the Post Office appears to have lost the package. Just hopeless! #postoffice
