@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

  • rosail Derek Gallagher (@rosail) reported from Chester, England

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

  • leecarter95 Lee Carter (@leecarter95) reported from Garston, England

@PostOffice Hahaha, asking customers if their own branches are open. Find out yourself and work for your money. **** off Ryan👍🏻

  • Bluebird0309 CllrJillHoulbrook 🌈 (@Bluebird0309) reported from Chester, England

@PostOffice Royal Mail Signed For is a registered service which requires a signature on delivery for First Class or Second Class mail sent in the UK. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

  • addictive_hero Chester_lee (@addictive_hero) reported from Chester, England

took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

  • NewPOGuy Post Office ≠ Royal Mail (@NewPOGuy) reported

@JackCourtez @DWP @PostOffice It doesn't help that a lot of banks make it harder to open accounts at the moment. We have a customer who already has a Natwest savings account yet she couldn't open a current account in branch, only online which she doesn't have access to.

  • hrparsons10 Holly (@hrparsons10) reported

@PostOffice Hi there, I want to get some documents certified via your Document Certification Service. Can you confirm if your branches accept HMRC letters as a document to be certified? The website isn’t clear. Thanks!

  • NewPOGuy Post Office ≠ Royal Mail (@NewPOGuy) reported

@GiTusMaximus @PostOffice The official complaint should be against the other branch who broke the official PO policies and laws we have to follow.

  • AmeticaTeam Team America (@AmeticaTeam) reported

@POTUS @vp Fix the #PostOffice NOW !!! Fire the Board of Governors and Fire Fat Louis NOW before he goes too far and ruins it for ALL #America

  • foldingthings Foldingthings (@foldingthings) reported

  • GiTusMaximus GiTus Maximus (@GiTusMaximus) reported

@PostOffice Only if the contents are dangerous (Which I would never post).

  • BearBitesBack Bearbitesback (@BearBitesBack) reported

@PostOffice Hi Courtney, due to the opening hours 9.30-3.30pm weekdays, any normal working person can't actually get there unless it was Saturday morning. My issue is actually being able to go in the first place. Can running a late Thursday opening be reviewed nationally?

  • ruthm4x 🏁Ruth Maxwell-Hudson🏁 (@ruthm4x) reported

@NewPOGuy @PostOffice You're offering a public service, you have a duty to accept & deliver what the customer has paid for. Anything else is between you & Royal Mail, it should NOT impact the customer.

  • GiTusMaximus GiTus Maximus (@GiTusMaximus) reported

@PostOffice Hello the Post Office. Can you please tell me, when were your rules changed that your Post Office staff MUST know what's in my package I'm sending? This, I believe is a privacy issue. So please, when did your rules come into effect?

  • GiTusMaximus GiTus Maximus (@GiTusMaximus) reported

@NewPOGuy @PostOffice What's the script then if a Post Office member of staff doesn't believe a customer (thinks they are lying)? How should they deal with them?
