  @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

  @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

  Another month of lockdown... another month of no postoffice..... another month of no walks in my favourite zoo, outdoors(!) (but I can go for a walk in any park... WTF is that about then??? Another month...will they make it through?? They better! We need a new government... NOW

  @RoyalMail @PostOffice I didn't appreciate a postal worker coming into Culcheth Post Office, to quietly call another customer in the queue a "******" whilst collecting the post. Then deny it when confronted, when we all heard it!

  Gutted that my local shop which housed a post office has had to alter the post office counter opening times. It will no longer be open after 5.30 weekdays or 12.30 on a Saturday. Another handy service removed by @PostOffice @Royalmail

  it wasnt very nice in side the post office any way when we went in thier it look very old looking i think it look better now that they take the old postoffice down and build it up as a new fish chips shop it look so much better i think any way and at least we can now buy fish chi

  The #PostOffice is so screwed up! Yearly PO Box rent due 1/31 for $226. I send in my payment 1/26. Today I received payment back w notation “rates increased 1/24, resubmit correct payment” no new amount given. Go the PO to find out WTF is going on. Told new amount is $286!

  @PostOffice All good.I stopped using the branch in Gwersyllt 8 months ago. I was told by a member of staff that my business cost them too much to process. Have met loads of people in Llay since that complain about the service there.

  @parcelforce I used your service via @PostOffice and not online, so therefore I was trusted the post masters knowledge who guaranteed 4 working day delivery and was more than happy to take my money.
