  @PostOffice @flyingpig167 Agree totally! My wife walked in Tuesday, and now away on holiday and the card isn’t working! Pointless rubbish service!

  @DVLAgovuk I didn't expect you could. Thanks for the reply though! Appreciate it. 1. Webchat tells me to ring number I've been trying. Tried it again. Line still closed. 2. @PostOffice lady filled in V890 but noted the errors presenting online will cause difficulties. Pack posted anyhow.

  Horrendous from the @PostOffice I'm home waiting for a delivery, then recieve a text saying: "Simon attempted to deliver today your parcel but no one answered". Yeah, because he didn't ring the bell. I've been charged to rearrange the delivery. Disgusting service #postoffice

  Can anyone help me actually speak to a human being at HM Passport Service? @ukhomeoffice It's a mistake not of my making and all I get is automated services. Am beyond frantic. Help! @PostOffice did my online application & got my name wrong & now it's beyond complicated. 😡

  @PostOffice your travel cards are a nightmare to obtain over the counter . Staff unable to issue me with a card because it wasn’t verified. Didn’t tell me why. Got home and called up, Likely because they didn’t ask me for 2 forms of ID 🙄

  @PostOffice @getyoti Have you any idea how crass you sound? POL committed these crimes as they desperately wanted to protect the ‘brand’! Yet their actions since has done far more damage than sorting the issues in the first place would ever have done!

  how on earth can my local @PostOffice lose my parcel INSIDE their branch?! 😳😫 it’s been two weeks since i posted it & the ref no. says it hasn’t even left the building?? WHAT? 🥴 can you please help me?? i have a very unhappy buyer!
