They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

Today I received payment back w notation βrates increased 1/24, resubmit correct paymentβ no new amount given. Go the PO to find out WTF is going on. Told new amount is $286!
