So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

Orthoterminator (@orthoterminator) reported@PostOffice Stuck at Wraysbury Post Office. Travel money has arrived but postmaster says system refuses to release it. He had to phone in but there is long queue so getting on 15 mins waiting. Not good. Postmaster should be able to access help quicker. SORT IT OUT!

However once someone knows that there is a problem then it makes hacking easier to cover - that's for certain. BUT the problems in Ayrshire certainly weren't to do with 'high-value, high footfall' There is of course the possibility that some people in Westminster wished to close Post offices completely - that's a conspiracy theory of course:-)

(@JonathonWi68729) reported@pplrstupid977 @PostOffice Sometimes things do happen, but the problem is they are happening very frequently these days, which is why I complained. I would not bother if it was just once or twice. Lastly there are plenty of things that can be done to improve services.

No WIFI for services, Long queues, Only 1 person serving whilst other staff were just hanging around, the entrance door was making a scraping noise every time it opened and closed. Third world staff, third world service.
