@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@MC_GWMC What a pathetic condition of road from Warangal chowrasta to postoffice. When will this work be completed. The road from post office to pochamma maidan is worst condition.

@PostOffice Will you also be referring to the opposite behaviour you inflicted on scores of sub-postmasters by knowingly pursuing fraudulent financial demands, some of whom were driven to death as a result? Privatisation sucks doesn't it?

@PostOffice I have a better solution. Get rid of banks and centralised finance. They are the ones who close branches and don’t give a damn about those who are excluded from the current financial system.

@duncanr2 @PostOffice Exactly my first thoughts. ‘In an abusive relationship - save money with the post office’ terrible marketing.

@PostOffice I’d happily never use cash again. We maybe need to help teach people how to manage their money better instead of sticking with the easy always been ways

@PostOffice I disagree. The Post Office has closed down hundreds of Crown offices and given them to WH Smith to run. If that isn't privatisation I don't know what is

@Paddytastic_123 @PostOffice If vending machines can go contactless, then most businesses can. Unless it’s for “Tax” reasons… Banks were good when you had checks, cash deposits and no online or limited phone customer services. The world is moving on. We still need physical post offices though.

@MediaWeasel @PostOffice You can pay delivery tips with your card. You can pay for taxis with your card. Almost all charity shops take card. If a high street shop dosent take card they are at a huge disadvantage and a bad business decision not to take card, ive also never been to a shop/restaurant /bar

@PostOffice Moaning about bank closures when you've done exactly the same and stuffed your PO into Smiths. Smiths multi award winning worst customer service on the high Street who as I tweet are gutting stores of postal clerks so they've someone to put their padded bags out. HYPOCRITES.

@siany_d @PostOffice Sian, it should be sufficient to prevent damage if handled normally. The force taken to split both front and back hard covers as well as distorting every page in the book is beyond anything you would expect , particularly as the padded envelope and bubble wrap were intact !!
