@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

Houston I have a problem. Broadband speed of 0.07mps download and 0.03mps upload. @bt_uk help via Newcastle office extremely helpful with new kit being sent overnight. In the meantime I'm off to buy some stamps from the @PostOffice if I can remember where it is 🙄 #technology

@PostieMcPost @craftybison @PostOffice & Customers often complain that they weren’t told by PO Staff that the signed for service is not tracked. We now write “customer advised” on certificates of posting as evidence that we have done our job correctly.

How many Covid infections and app pings are down to the ludicrous slowness of waiting to do anything in a @PostOffice? Unintended public consequences - save on staffing, but costs businesses and NHS money. @RoyalMail needs lockers for small stuff, not red card missed deliveries.

@DVLAgovuk @PostOffice If you could please inform your staff in Belfast that postal orders for a provisional licence are to be made out for the D.V.A and not the DVLNI. I'm now stuck with a useless postal order for £62.50 and zero direct way to contact the branch to fix this.

Bed: ed. The King's own. Never see him dressed up as a fireman or a bobby. A mason, yes. He strolled out of the postoffice and turned to the right. Talk: as if that would mend matters.
