    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

    @NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

    took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

    @PostOffice Royal Mail Signed For is a registered service which requires a signature on delivery for First Class or Second Class mail sent in the UK. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

    I sent a parcel back 12/11 i am yet to receive confirmation that you have had it or any refund!? I have receipt for proof from @PostOffice @verynetwork please help

    @PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

    Just received this reply from @PostOffice (Charlotte) however interestingly given me a new complaint number (CAS-4652456-F5T0K2). They’ve only acknowledged receipt and say a Complaint Handler will be assigned within 15 working days. Until then, further replies won’t be monitored. What’s funny though is this came through just 15 minutes after I tweeted about the situation, I tweeted last one at 8:37am they sent the email at 8:52 am! Coincidence or not, the timing is interesting. All my other email was for not to dispute the appeal decision but request for a fuller explanation of the appeal outcome so it’s interesting that request is being treated as a brand new complaint, and also other part of that request was asking for information if they’re part of a ADR and the contact details, but when I clearly provided the original case number (CAS-4564626-W1G1F8) With 96 complaints as I say in 5 years at Camberwell branch (61.5% tactically closed), this slow, dismissive process is exactly why people lose faith. And I know @PostOffice sees my tweets. It’s time @PostOffice up their game. Either resolve this properly with a reasonable solution and apology, or respect my rights including my right to full transparency and the right to escalate this to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. Why should I have to accept someone getting away with verbal abuse? No justice whatsoever. Otherwise, we’re just going to continue this very public spat for as long as it takes.     @DonaldPond6 @SurfaceSkimmer @PostOffice Imagine you had a monopoly then sat on your hands whilst upstart companies muscled in on your turf, offering a cheaper faster service and you increased prices and reduced your services. Now, just what moron would do that?

    If you want to see the ancient india you must visit a #postoffice and that so in delhi only, slow server, crowded, employees are trying their best to do but no results, government should close it or at least privatise them, no point spending 2much on d failed system #postoffice

    The fact that they wanted to dismiss my complaint without even issuing a proper apology for the abuse I experienced speaks volumes. It really shows the @PostOffice as an organisation is more concerned with protecting its operations than addressing serious issues. This is reflected in the 61% of complaints closed as ‘Tactical Closure’ effectively a way of gatekeeping the branch to keep it running, rather than acknowledging or resolving the problems customers face.

    @mehtabhuvnesh01 R/sir Booking counter at Tosham SO is operational till 1500 hours. As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. In this regard, if complainant have some evidence in support of his/her allegation then please provide with complaint so that matter can be inquired accordingly.

    @STILLTish The entire company @PostOffice are shamelessly keeping their heads down. They ALL knew, either taking part with zeal, or intentionally not raising a complaint about malpractice, as they watched millions gouged every month from victims. CEO should prosecute them all!!!
