@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@PostOffice I'm going to the post office in a bit. I've never sent of a package before. It's two mobile phones that needs to be fixed. Am I correct in saying that the post office will provide me with packaging at the post office if I pay for it, this is my first time.

@PostOffice Just don't use the Post Office Digital Check & Send service. Post office clerk put HER details as Applicant on my kid's forms. 16 days later NO ONE can fix it or help, can't get anyone at Passport Office, apps stuck in limbo. Disgusting service

@PostOffice Beveridge Way, Newton Aycliffe. Assistant insisted my parcel was 2mm too big to be charged at £3.85 and forced me to pay £5.35. Parcel was plastic bag, contents didn’t reach end of the bag, so wasn’t too big. Poor customer service

@PostOffice is there any way to find out which POs can do the DVLA Photocard Renewal? Website no real help, and only suggestion seems to be to get to each location and ask!
