@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

Why postoffice is not working properly. Last two days no employees of post office kvant 3911 70 was setting in their office for work. They says PC not working since week and they don't do adhar update since 2 years. 5 PC & 4 5 employees bt no one do needful work @IndiaPostOffice

@PostOffice Why a simple man is facing problems in investment of his money through NSC? They are not providing checkbook and even if a person wants to invest one lakh then he needs to divide it in five 20000. Who is responsible for this? Should I tweet PMO on this issue?

Amazon has a far superior logistics and tracking service. While the Post Office has been sitting on their hand. @PostOffice my parcel was suppose to be delivered on 6 Jan. tracking is a joke.

@PeteTheGaymer @PostOffice Have they no value or is it the retailer isnt processing them properly? They need to be treated instore as a debit card not a gift card, the customer just needs to let the retailer know the value of the card so they know how much to take off

Appalling service from @PostOffice re an ISA closed 18 months ago (because of previous terrible service). I am now being threatened with court action from a third party, presumably instructed by them - the helpline guy just talks over me. Anyone else had this happen? @RoyalMail

@PostOffice Long queue, just 1 counter. Went for Digital Passport Check. Website clearly says the service includes photos but I was asked to take them at booth & pay in cash. I informed him that was not the case but he did not agree and argued until I showed him the details on website,

@PostOffice THE SERVICE AT THE POST OFFICE IS MEDIOCRE. ON 12/19/22 I MAILED AN ENVELOPE TO ISRAEL AND GOT IT BACK ON 12/23/22 AT MY HOME IN FLORIDA. THE ENVELOPE HAS NOT YET BEEN MAILED. A HUMAN CALAMITY IN THAT GOV. OFFICE. WROTE A LETTER TO WASHIN, DC TO SHARE MY FRUSTRATION.
