@PostOffice Royal Mail Signed For is a registered service which requires a signature on delivery for First Class or Second Class mail sent in the UK. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

  • rosail Derek Gallagher (@rosail) reported from Chester, England

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

  • AntGeorgetwo Antony (@AntGeorgetwo) reported from Neston, England

@NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

  • addictive_hero Chester_lee (@addictive_hero) reported from Chester, England

took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

  • Niciaholman Nicia holman (@Niciaholman) reported from Heswall, England

I sent a parcel back 12/11 i am yet to receive confirmation that you have had it or any refund!? I have receipt for proof from @PostOffice @verynetwork please help

  • rosail Derek Gallagher (@rosail) reported from Chester, England

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

  • leecarter95 Lee Carter (@leecarter95) reported from Garston, England

@PostOffice Hahaha, asking customers if their own branches are open. Find out yourself and work for your money. **** off Ryan👍🏻

  • rosail Derek Gallagher (@rosail) reported from Chester, England

@PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

  • markdavies33 Voice for Melon Usk 💙🇪🇺🇺🇦🌻 (@markdavies33) reported

@PostOffice just used self service to buy stamps for a small parcel avoiding the queue as the poster says. The parcel post box is too narrow to accept a small parcel so now having to stand in the queue just to post it! Think you've got bigger problems than Saturday deliveries!

  • DanielleReade Dani (@DanielleReade) reported

@PostOffice disgusting customer service received from your Wolverhampton branch.

  • martindodonnell Martin (@martindodonnell) reported

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @ofcom what's this about my local post office manager advising me that my mail will all have to be manifested come the new year and won't be accepting bulk mail and providing individual proof of posting? WTF!

  • CEB97783359 Tripping Gauntlet (@CEB97783359) reported

I see that @PostOffice customer service is about as reliable as their branches. Both advertise opening hours or response times and neither keeps them. A reminder to ring the branch before you go as advertised hours mean nothing and won't guarantee they will actually be open 🙄

  • JoshuaHepple Josh Hepple (@JoshuaHepple) reported

@AmazonHelp @PostOffice terrible service with staff refusing to take returns pretending scanner broken but fine when pushed. Who do I complain to?

  • f1mrfox Ian: Team McLaren 🇺🇦 (@f1mrfox) reported

Dear @PostOffice your insurance company underwriters "Market studies" are an absolute disgrace, I've been on the phone for over half an hour to them and they've passed me over 3 times, I've never dealt with such plain reluctance to give a sh*t from any company. 🤬

  • siany_d Siâny D (@siany_d) reported

@SharmanPrince @PostOffice Parcelforce express 48 is the only 48hr tracked service offered in a po branch, you automatically get £100 compensation includes in the basic price

@OfAthenry @TheIOGuy Who ******** is hatin on PostOffice Malone?

  • top1percentile Nigel Bennett (@top1percentile) reported

@paullewismoney How many £millions has the @PostOffice spent on this obsession about an infinitesimal issue? Machine sorting with stamp values being read automatically has been around for decades; so, the barcodes were not required for that!
