    @NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

    @PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

    took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

    @SurfaceCandy @PostOffice Unless there’s tweets I’ve missed, I think the Twitter guys have provided A1 customer service. I can’t comment on the PO that you used but I’d insist that customers using D&G drop off by lunchtime at the mo if they want same day dispatch. There’s deffo no discrimination though.

    .@PostOffice your staff in the @QuadrantSwansea were under so much pressure today, and pretty much every other day I have been there recently - not everyone is polite to the staff, it's unfair and bad for staff well-being, and I imagine, staff morale too @CWUnews 👍

    @PostOffice According to Courtney she was advised the times by the branch. It is a poor excuse and not listen to me, a daily user of the branch. It is humiliating to be treated so badly!

    @PostOffice Could be any of them really; Ive no desire to see individuals blamed for organisation failings too few offices & staff forced to focus on sale at the cost of service 1 Q tho: why can items miraculously be delivered on time with a 3x payment but not as a given service standard?

    @JeromeMayhew @PostOffice please can you give support to Fakenham town regarding our Post Office. We lost a main branch December last year and now staff are struggling with one till and turned me away. I am a disabled business customer. #DisabledPersons #SmallBusiness
