@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

This is the last straw, I am sick of your poor service and I will be changing banks. I shouldn't have to take a day off to go to the bank in the week! The staff member told me to go to the @PostOffice, I did, and they do not offer that service there so I wasted more time!

@narendramodi Sir, postoffice services are very much poor and people are getting frustrated. Establish 1 Helpdesk at each p.o. and give him authority to resolve all grivences. it would not only helpful but would create many jobs also or otherwise request u to do privatization

@PostOffice But are we talking another month to fix or longer? Is there any other way to do this or do I drive around with an expired license??! Surely you can understand frustrations given how long the PO have been saying its being fixed

Pay @PostOffice for Guaranteed next day delivery on Wednesday, no delivery or updates of any kind on Thursday. Friday “address inaccessible”. It’s a city centre office block. Sure worth the extra expense, great peace of mind service. Maybe it should be called “Guaranteed”
