@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@ian_straughan @PostOffice I spent most of 2019 in between breakdowns haranguing Amanda Jones to prosecute Williams, telling her not to do so is conspiring with the crime. In 2020 they broke their own NDA to call me and say he was gone. Hmmmmmm, only one reason for that, to protect him. How stupid!

@PostOffice The last guy hung up because I wanted to raise another complaint about his colleague who hung up on me before. The advice they give is to wait for the manager to call and tell them.

Not a fan of modernspeak. So some of the execs and civil servants who caused/facilitated the #PostOfficeScandal may not get my points. So here goes: they were paid very well to 'take ownership' of any 'problem situations' @PostOffice. They will be made to so SPMs 'get closure'

The most annoying thing I'd you work customer service at the #PostOffice is customers who feel the none stop need to tap their fingernails on the counter while I'm processing the transaction. No offense but I promise you that 75-85% of the clerks working at your local-

@2_Wheeled_Wolf @Plusnet @PostOffice It was definitely there when I made my annual renewal check last autumn. It's ****** of them to do this obviously, and as I wasn't a customer at that point, I cannot comment on how transparent they were about it, but for me as new customer it was a red flag.
