    @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    @PostOffice On 23/12/21 I paid £200 cash into my Co-op bank account at a PO counter. It never arrived in my account. I believe your staff stole the money. You've ignored my emails for a month now & deleted my FB post to you about it. Why won't you engage with me to discuss this?

    @HSBC_UK when you walk into your bank as a business customer and find out you can’t get change for your business you have to go to the local @PostOffice instead, what’s the point in banking with you I might as well just open up a @PostOffice account!

    @PostOffice Ref: 23732563. I still have not received details of the request for the contact details of the 1 or more of the 12 Directors of Post Office Insurance. I wouldn't have expected an "update" simply a response. What help can you offer me now ?

    @PostOffice I'm not asking to choose denominations? But I've never had a currency order which is purely in big notes, that is just crazy. How do you spend that? You can't just walk up to every small retailer with a big bill and expect it to be OK.

    I go to the @PostOffice to renew passport by their digital click and send service, only to be told the service is down, nationwide, till next week. Seemingly no announcement of this on their website, leaving me wondering about the value of time, money and carbon wasted.

    @PostOffice Every time I attend Walsall Post Office, there’s never a queue shorter than 15-20 people with a wait time of no less than 30 mins. Any chance you could support the two harassed-looking members of staff behind the counter by employing another person?
