@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

  • rosail Derek Gallagher (@rosail) reported from Chester, England

@PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

@benjaminbutter @PostOffice @RoyalMail Staff shortages and Covid (!) apparently. It's been terrible all year but worse in the Christmas rush.

  • whitemaremma Fresca (@whitemaremma) reported

@PostOffice I'd have done the same only the 'system' at my local P.O. was down and the shop side only had 5 first class stamps behind the till so locals got them hand delivered. At 95p each, doubt I'll bother posting any next year. Merry Xmas.

  • hannah15mini Hannah Packman (@hannah15mini) reported

@PostOffice hello I hope you can help, I posted a parcel 21/11/2022 to go to my friends in Germany & it hasn’t arrived. I have managed to find the receipt to show International postage I paid.I have only posted 1 parcel internationally this year but it doesn’t have a tracking no.

@IndiaPostOffice GOPAL CHANDRA GHORAI works in MAHISHADAL POST OFFICE (S.O) PA, state -west Bengal, district-purba medinipur, PIN-721628. That person use very rough and unofficial language to customer, I already send mail against him before SP of postoffice tamluk.

  • Visualiser1 Russ (@Visualiser1) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Trying to get a response from @RoyalMailHelp is like pulling teeth. No engagement at all. Painful. I understand the strike action is causing massive disruption. But level of service is shockingly dire.

  • YoungDuck1984 Young Duck (@YoungDuck1984) reported

@benjaminbutter @PostOffice @RoyalMail It seems your issue is you don't like the disruption caused by strike action. Are you prepared to criticise the strikers?

  • avfc_bucko M bucko 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@avfc_bucko) reported

@PostOffice why did you sell us a Royal Mail special delivery guarantee by 1pm next day then take 5 working days to deliver and will not refund us as you have not completed the service you miss sold us then have told us it’s our own fault we should of known about you striking

  • MissyARH1990 Arlene Rae-Hewitt (@MissyARH1990) reported

@PostOffice That's a big difference and really bad that the difference should be so great. Good way to scam people that. Complete farce. Will be recommending my dad uses his bank from now on!

  • Simoncitizen Simon Smith (@Simoncitizen) reported

Next operative tells me my #ChristmasCards are too big (18.5 centimetres) for first class £1.10p. I say: “I will be using the post office less and less next year”. Some of us are not interested in #JobsWorth from the #PostOffice. They are clearly being paid to shut service down.
