    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    @IndiaPostOffice Thank you for updating. Would be good if the land has your own distribution hub instead of rented building in HAL premises. People won't throw garbage if there is fully operational zone or postoffice.

    Needed something delivered by @AmazonUK while on holiday unfortunately they dont deliver to the address we are staying at so we thought we would use the nearest collection point @costcutter @PostOffice been served by very rude staff & we have tried to collected twice now

    @SaveBrontePO @PostOffice @coopuk Wouldn't any serious attempt to "improve the customer experience" not mean keeping the post office that actually looks after people rather than the one that apparently doesn't?

    @PostOffice You closed down the proper PO and moved it into WHSmith with promises of extended hours (Sundays/eves) and then the hours have been whittled down until it is barely open and badly understaffed when it is. Then PO & WHS blame each other and customers are left stranded. Monopoly.

    @rpomumbai We already visited the Videsh Bhavan office today. We have been asked to get the Lost PCC letter from Postoffice. We request you to please help us get the Duplicate Copy. As the date of her course is very close and just because of this we can't apply for Visa.

    @PostOffice My local post office refused over the counter for £250 said it had to be £500 , I shall go elsewhere with better customer service thank you

    @devusinh bhilwara 311001 ,kashipuri postoffice not taking any speed post for foreign ,why ? The lady is sitting there is not taking well care of customer ,immedaite suspend her and appoint a new staff there
