    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    @PostOffice I had to take it another half mile to another office and I'm not strong, when I got there, I collapsed to the ground, almost fainted. When you put times on your website, you MAKE DAMN SURE THE STORES ABIDE BY THEM.

    1/2. If only the @PostOffice & @RoyalMail had some magical way of communicating to their counters that parcels addressed to PO Boxes should NEVER under ANY circumstances be sent through @parcelforce as they DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Maybe a memo?

    @PostOffice I'm still trying to renew my driving licence. I asked a couple of weeks ago and you said it was operational at the East Kilbride Cornwall way post office - when we went again they said the system was down still. Any update when this the system will be fully operational?

    @ArgosHelpers So multiple packages are going missing and this doesn’t bother you as a business the @PostOffice has a signed for delivery and @eBay_UK has to deal with the issue?

    @Titzo1991 @PostOffice @Alex_Sapz They don't even put any signs up saying service out of order you can't ring a branch I don't mind travelling somewhere but u won't know until you get there if it's working.....joke

    @PostOffice order euros for collection. Never got confirmation email. Have been told that they cannot be picked up of no reference. How do I cancel order, payment has gone through on credit card. Apparently name, address means nothing w/o ref
