@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@PostOffice Royal Mail Signed For is a registered service which requires a signature on delivery for First Class or Second Class mail sent in the UK. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

"Campaigners believe that as many as 900 subpostmasters and subpostmistresses may have been prosecuted and convicted between 2000 and 2014. Some went to prison, many were bankrupted, marriages broke down..." Shameful. #PostOffice must pay for this.

@deborahbonham @PostOffice Wondering if there is a perjury case to answer. I guess they'll blame the advice at the time. No number of apologies (normally from a faceless minion) or amount of money can repair this damage. Sling the Post Office bosses inside for a lengthy stretch. Perhaps sewing mailbags

The @PostOffice management should hang their heads in shame. Surely 700 postmasters were never 'on the take'. They put blind faith in a crappy computer system. #justice

@PostOffice should hang their heads in shame, those poor people’s lives absolutely destroyed, family’s ruined, homes lost ,lives taken. I hope you will be compensating them substantially, not that money will ever replace what is lost, but will make their lives easier.

There's a worrying tone in the @PostOffice 'Horizon' story media coverage (esp on @BBCNews) that the problem was the technology. "It was the software." No! It's a story of institutional bullying, lying management, shameless cover up and self-interest. Humans are the villains.

@RevRichardColes Feel so bad for those poor people. Hopefully the @PostOffice will now compensated them immediately and the Gov, who have said they won't prosecute as it was 'too long ago' will look at the 2 soldiers being prosecuted on Mon for bloody Sunday and realise that's nonsense!

@SamJaneBastone @RoyalMail @PostOffice Some of those prosecutions did start under Royal Mail. Interesting bit of blame shifting by the PO chairman suggesting that they did try and stop prosecutions when they became separated as businesses. Awful business all round. Ruined lives for sure.

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice That scandal was absolutely horrendous. Big corporations appear to have lost the run of themselves. More damage from them than benefit. Best wishes to all those decent innocent people who suffered because of this abuse of power.
