@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@PostOffice @leftywoke I just want to express my frustration with the way I have been treated.I subscribed to your broadband since Jan 29,2021,up till now it has not been installed. @PostOffice @leftywoke Another appointment has been rescheduled on the 8th of this month for an engineer to visit.If they can not run the landline cable from outside to inside,they should let me know and cancel the contract. My co-tenants are using landline and broadband.Why can't the engineers fix it?

@groovyblueshed @PostOffice Indeed. I am very aware of this issue, reporting, & (patchy) enforcement. I have reported >200 vehicles over the last year or so. I have seen many fines on vehicles as a result. I hope we can get a sea change in what people think is acceptable. At least a metre must be left.

The real reason the lines in the #postoffice get long is because the customer can't fall simple ******* directions or answer basic yes/no type questions correctly. Don't get me started on folks who show up unprepared with boxes untaped and unlabeled. Get the he'll out morons!
