Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

Actual fee to avoid Dig ID shenanigans + Postal order + Fee + £15 for photos + postage❓ £44.08

Crap customer service because they’re a crap company to work for. For clarity I was a post master for 17 years.
