@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@PostOffice Thanks Stephen. I've just been told rather firmly at your Orpington branch that they are only allowed to pay in one bag of each denomination. I'd like to take this further as an official complaint. Can you please advise me where I should send it

Great, when you actually need to use it the @PostOffice Travel Money Card is not available, “service unavailable” message. Doesn’t really inspire any confidence at all does it. Cash may not be secure, but it is reliable.

@dexterandpoppy @wrexham @ShellEnergyHome My PostOffice account was allegedly migrated in Feb. Shell then cut off my broadband for 9 days. I had to buy a new router from them, surprise, it didn't work. No compensation, no bill. They can't bill me until June. Is this the worst company on earth ?

@Tussell_UK @fujitsu_uk should be fined 25% of their revenue for 10 years to be paid to the families of those postmasters pilloried, jailed and driven to early death because of the crap Fujitsu software used by the @PostOffice

@ThatAlexWoman I wasn't allowed to transfer my money to my account in UK my friends partner of 8 years can't get into this country,no visa he's a Colombian academic 1 hr to get in Postoffice as banks closed here 1 hr in bank after 1hr call, locking us down it feels like #JohnsonOut38
