took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

  • rosail Derek Gallagher (@rosail) reported from Chester, England

@PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

  • leecarter95 Lee Carter (@leecarter95) reported from Garston, England

@PostOffice Hahaha, asking customers if their own branches are open. Find out yourself and work for your money. **** off Ryan👍🏻

  • Bluebird0309 CllrJillHoulbrook 🌈 (@Bluebird0309) reported from Chester, England

@PostOffice Royal Mail Signed For is a registered service which requires a signature on delivery for First Class or Second Class mail sent in the UK. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

  • BrendanB2 Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported

@PostOffice @WhichUK @ConsumerCouncil so my annual travel insurance premium increases by over 11% yet my cover is reduced; cover for cancellation, baggage loss etc down 50%. Cover for WHO defined pandemic removed. So your asking me to pay more for less!

  • JennyCaronHall Jennifer Caron Hall (@JennyCaronHall) reported

@PostOffice I bought two boxes and tape. He pretended he didn’t know how much they cost. He asked me to look on the shelves and I read out the only prices there. He said I was having a laugh. He repeated he’d have to close (15 minutes remained). Obstructive. I’ve made a formal complaint.

  • __DrBitchcraft Hannah (@__DrBitchcraft) reported

@PostOffice I would love to know why there isn't an option to cancel my broadband contract renewal online, & why I can't cancel it via email, & why I can't even get through on the phone number your customer service rep provided me when she told me I couldn't cancel by email! Scam

  • talk2bis IAmBA (@talk2bis) reported

@PostOffice another day, another line broke and my broadband out for minimum 4 days.. 👏🏻👏🏻 for your quality service

  • migratingartco migratingartco (@migratingartco) reported

@PostOffice Why not offer to call me? I mean I’m sure you’d all be interested if it was against your staff...... but you try making a complaint online, it’s impossible, but we can send you compliments with one click! 🙄

  • DetroitPizzaNYC Scott (@DetroitPizzaNYC) reported

@MichaelRapaport Give it to CVS and Walgreens- GOV cant manage ****-Postoffice.

  • leftywoke Gabriel Earnest and Florence (@leftywoke) reported

hasn't worked. I have had no problem with you in the few years I've been paying for your internet but when something goes wrong then that's the time you find out if the company you are paying is good or dire so far you've been dire and I wouldn't recommend @PostOffice internet.

  • eunos1 Biloxi Slovac (@eunos1) reported

@PostOffice paid £79 for a redirection service only for you to barely redirect any mail to our new address. I do not advise customers to use this service as the Post Office do not actually redirect you mail.

  • bayrud23 𝘿𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙙 𝙂 (@bayrud23) reported

@PostOffice Never mind - I’ll use one of the courier companies instead

  • JennyCaronHall Jennifer Caron Hall (@JennyCaronHall) reported

@PostOffice In my opinion Saxmundham Post Office is run by an obstructive, rude, misogynist bully @PostOffice and I advise anyone thinking of using it, especially women, to avoid it.
