@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

Omg, the @ups & the #postoffice keep leaving our freaking Mail at the wrong house/leave it on our lawn, not even the front door. Wtf is wrong with your delivery people in the area of Islip,NY? A literal bank check for over $10,000 laying around my front lawn as if it were trash.

@PostOffice It’s Station Road Kiveton Park S26 it’s pretty poor availability and the only excuse they use is COVID but no other shop in the village gives such poor service

@IndiaPostOffice Respected sir or mem, The post office in your area opens very early. As well as early closure. So please fix the post office time. My pincode is 395004. Current postoffice Time 07 Am TO 01 Pm Please Chenge Time To 10 Am to 6 Pm

@Peggy3637 @postoffice won't be able to help as they don't collect mail, nor do they operate in the US. You'd need to contact the relevant carrier if you need assistance. Hope you get it sorted.

@PostOffice at your branch on Prestonpans high street. Only one person serving and she is chatting to people. 10 people waiting at one point with some being told they had to leave and wait outside. Not good enough-bad customer service!

@PostOffice Think your Bushbury Lane Wolverhampton store needs education. Had never heard of BFPO and tried to charge me £10 to send a small parcel recently. Would not even listen to me saying it was wrong. Ended up with more travel to another location for correct service.
