    @PostOffice Royal Mail Signed For is a registered service which requires a signature on delivery for First Class or Second Class mail sent in the UK. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasnโ€™t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜

    @NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

    took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . โ€œitโ€™s not open todayโ€. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, hereโ€™s a though, cover the 7 days ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

    Still cannot find out what has happened to my parcel being sent from the UK to Ireland; @PostOffice and @rotalks don't want to help and it is made impossible for a visually impaired person to complain, think I'll be contacting @Ofcom

    @bookbird71 @Lindseyy888 @PostOffice Itโ€™s your choice to wait in a long queue, you have no idea what they were doing, or indeed why. You canโ€™t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And Iโ€™ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!

    @bookbird71 @WattenRobbie @PostOffice It depends, if it happens a lot in that branch then Iโ€™d agree. But it was a Wednesday which is a balancing day, maybe they ran into an issue and needed to try problem solve before getting the stock unit back up and running.

    @PostOffice Do you know how you support the use and accessibility of cash? Your partners @coopuk NEVER have anyone available on the Post Office branded till to withdraw cash. All weekend with no access to cash at Areley Kings. Terrible. It should be called fun-Cooperative.

    Why canโ€™t the @PostOffice simply accept that their Camberwell branch has been making repeated errors, that their staff clearly needs proper retraining (and more than just that), and that customers deserve a genuine apology when these incidents happen?

    @ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Calum is there pretending to help to protect his own back. With the exception of one of their own NEDs who told the inquiry she had witnessed remote access in Fujitsu and also sat on a ยฃ65k branch deficit for 3 years, NFSP told everyone 'You're on your own'.
