Been taking my work post to the local @PostOffice since March. This week their stance is that postage is "unnecessary" and you have to do it by self service or not at all. The counter staff are only there for Amazon etc returns with QR codes. Absolutely nonsensical. 😡

Impossible to get help from @PostOffice for my elderly mother in law's phone account... they insist she logs in online to see bill details but she doesn't have broadband and no login info. Go online: no-one on chat. Call: they keep cutting me off. How is this customer friendly?

Hi @PostOffice my grans wifi has been down for 2 days now She is 84 and home alone. She has tried to reboot several times and still nothing what is going on ? When will this be fixed ?? The area is Glenrothes, fife. I have raised a problem ticket for this aswell #postoffice

@PostOffice I've had a very bad experience with one of your branches. It was a breach of health and safety by a member of your post office staff. I complained three weeks ago. Not heard back. When should I expect a reply? Do you take health and safety seriously?
