@santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

@santanderukhelp Apparently sending photo id is not sufficient and I have to attend in person. I am disgusted with the customer service @santanderuk provides. I have been with you for 35 years and this is how one gets treated!!!

i genuinely have never gone over 6 months without @santanderuk allowing some **** to take hundreds of pounds out of my bank account without my consent. How is a company this terrible at security still allowed to function.

@LloydsBank 2 of 3 side because it was counted by two @santanderuk employees as I withdrew from there (next door branch). Either your machine has taken it or your colleague. Is this what you call your customer service? I have heard this happen to people before also.
