  @santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

  @santanderuk Well I am not happy. 2K of my money is lost in your system somewhere from an ISA that expired. I went to branch who said call up... they can't tell me more than 'it's a closed account! The Branch manager cannot access what she needed to on the computer. NOT happy.

  @santanderuk - why ask me to call your fraud line and block my account when you don’t have enough operators available to take my call. I have tried twice and been on hold for 15 minutes each time.

  @santanderuk when are you going to Reinstate your Online Customer Alerts for when a new Credit arrives in our ac? I asked this Q two years ago and all I got was ‘yes we’re working on it’. The ‘you’re overdrawn’ alerts still come through unfailingly. Really poor from Santander 👎

  I was told yesterday that it takes upto three working days for someone to get back to you from @santanderuk regards a complaint on my account caused by a member of staff making a mistake. What great service

  @santanderuk @FT how they are even allowed to operate beyond me. DIABOLICAL 0 customer service, whose money are you protecting?????? Block peoples bank and just don’t check what you ask for?? SCUM
