@santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

@santanderuk - why do you not have more people working?!?’ 4 offices and only 1 with a trainee. 3 teller desks and only 2 working. Avg queue 8+ people. And wait time of 30 mins plus. #EalingBroadway branch.

I think your Sandi chat bot is broken @santanderukhelp @santanderuk keeps going round in circles when trying to close a matured account. Would visit a local branch but it’s closed. Tried calling phones busy for over 30 minutes.

@santanderuk I tried to speak to someone about a potential card security issue today and gave up after my call kept ringing for 1hour and 25 minutes with no human response. Yet you closed down local branches? Very poor customer service.
