    @santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

    @santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage don’t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place 🙄 #banking #ux #cx

    @santanderuk - why do you not have more people working?!?’ 4 offices and only 1 with a trainee. 3 teller desks and only 2 working. Avg queue 8+ people. And wait time of 30 mins plus. #EalingBroadway branch.

    @Hysterix92 @santanderuk health. Laws need to be brought in around advertising mh services like they are for finance services and if people person camt be trusted to use common sense then i think legal definitions need to be put in place for whats an illness whats a health and whats a wellbeing issue.

    @santanderuk Having terrible problems contacting you. Tried to make an online payment this morning and you kept asking 'Are you sure?/ Are you really really sure? And finally I got blocked. Tried phoning your help number but of course no one answers. Awful service guys.

    @santanderuk Requested this charge to be waived as a goodwill gesture due to my incapacity. Rejected! Tomorrow, I will pay balance in full on credit in full then cancel all accounts my wife and myself hold. What a way to treat a customer of some 40 years!

    @santanderuk been fobbed by your customer care team too many times now about trying to book an appointment at your Ealing Broadway branch. Every time they say they’ll get the branch to ring me to arrange a time, still waiting…absolute joke.
