  @HSBC_UK Nothing will change unfortunately. She has accounts with @santanderuk and @AskNationwide and not one of those I’ve had any issues with at all. Unfortunately I will be pulling her out of this account, which is a shame as I’ve banked with yourselves for over 25yrs.

  @santanderuk I have told the payers to use my different names for my business account (they vary slightly). I would not disclose here but could in a DM. But the weird part of this Santander issue is this glitch has only been occurring for 12 months. I have had this account for 22 years!

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
