Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

Worst .@santanderuk call handler ever took 25 minutes over a 5 minute query and at one point I had to keep repeating 8th March back to him and he couldn't see why I had a problem with a deposit into our accout on that date.

How are you meant to run a business when you bank with @santanderuk - bank card doesn’t work, replaced and still not working. Tried depositing cheques and cash twice this week & machine won’t allow me to. Terrible business bank!

@santanderuk finding it impossible to get any kinda of mortgage advice from you. Phoned 3 different phone numbers and turns out you can't get mortgage appointment in store and it has to be all done online? It's a mortgage! Why on earth can I not interact with a human being???

25 years of banking with HSBC without a single issue. I've been with @santanderuk 3 weeks and for the past week now I haven't been able to access a single penny from my account. Amazing service that. Thank you. It seriously takes you a week to reset an account?

Just tried registering for online banking @santanderuk. Not only would the website not let me but the helpline it told me to phone is no longer in use and when I eventually got through to a human he put the phone down on me! Thinking of closing my accounts now.
