Waiting for over 30 min on website live chat, still waiting. The CHAPS details your provided are not recognised by the bank. This is absolutely insane!

Tina Walsh (@tmw1000) reported@MorganBroadcast Always been a bit nervous about banking with @santanderuk, had a few problems with them, including cashier insisting it took 45 days to clear a cheque (manager had to whisper in their ear that it was '4 to 5'), think it's time to look elsewhere. Hope you get your money back.
