    Anyone who banks with @santanderuk having issues with payments declining due to the 3D authentication failing, but it’s not actually giving you an OTP or asking you to authorise the payment on the santander app? Don’t know what to do 🫠

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I have just shown her your tweet and she has sensibly decided against an account with @santanderuk . The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

    @santanderuk I have been with Girobank/Alliance & Leicester/Santander for more years than I care to remember, using Visa without any problems. Santander switches to MasterCard and lo and behold there are problems. I think there is a lesson there.

    @santanderuk my gf has been waiting to speak to someone to report a fraud for more than 2hours now. Brilliant customer service! It’s a joke! We have been scam by a travel agent (@lastminute_com 👀) and now the bank is useless

    @santanderuk Took me an hour to resolve an issue this morning. Well, try to. It’s still not resolve. I’ve actually rang 3 times trying to resolve it and put the phone down after half an hour each time.

    @santanderuk would have been nice to had a communication about why our replacement debit mastercard cards contactless feature isn't working. Followed correct proceedure to activate card, and still contactless payments get rejected, tut tut very poor

    @santanderuk You should have put this message up on your website as soon as you were aware of the problem. It would have saved me and many others a long phone wait, and spared your call centre staff many irate customers.
