  Anyone who banks with @santanderuk having issues with payments declining due to the 3D authentication failing, but it’s not actually giving you an OTP or asking you to authorise the payment on the santander app? Don’t know what to do 🫠

  @santanderuk @TSB I was approved for a credit card, received the physical card and activation info, but it’s now blocked/declining legitimate transactions with no clear explanation. Please fix this urgently and confirm it won’t affect my credit file. Ref: OLA0107788949

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk It’s not even the lack of advanced notice (which is horrific) it’s the fact that I’ve apparently not had access to my money since 18th yet nothing has been said to me, nor does the app reflect this. I’ve called the number & that hasn’t helped. I’m switching my bank.

  @santanderuk Still awaiting meaningful contact or resolution from Santander regarding my fraud case after 13 calls in one week and repeated requests for vulnerable customer support while stranded in Hungary without access to funds. Despite being told somebody would contact me.
