    @santanderuk I'm struggling to get the app to work, keeps crashing when I open it. I'm on a Samsung s21 ultra on the latest update, other banking apps are working fine, but no luck with yours, anything I'm missing, or anyone else having this problem

    Getting increasingly frustrated with @santanderuk - unable perform transactions online and no chat or phone customer service agents available, nor can they help me in branch. A global financial institution should have ways of actually performing financial transactions!
