  Please don’t bank with @santanderuk. They have currently restricted my account so I can’t access my money. They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.

  @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.
