    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I have just shown her your tweet and she has sensibly decided against an account with @santanderuk . The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

    Anyone who banks with @santanderuk having issues with payments declining due to the 3D authentication failing, but it’s not actually giving you an OTP or asking you to authorise the payment on the santander app? Don’t know what to do 🫠

    @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.

    @santanderuk I think that’s symptomatic of a bigger issue. Having to wait 8 hours for text support says many things about your systems. 1) The AI chat assistant doesn’t deliver; 2) There are fundamental underlying issues that are causing so many people to need support (the bigger issue).
