WATCH OUT PEOPLE! I have been scammed by someone using a telephone number from @santanderuk. The bank were fast to lock my account down, but the money has gone. Now having to wait 15 days before anything can be looked into. @santanderukhelp @MartinSLewis DON’T TRUST CALLER ID!

@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

@santanderuk loan headline rate = 3.0%. Rate offered on website during application = 3.0%. Actual rate buried under pages and pages of fine print in the contract = 10.9%. This is just the kind of sharp practice @TheFCA needs to crack down on.

@santanderuk You are still having issues and the problems have not been resolved. 2 grand for flights, payment pending in your system, detected as rejected by the airline, tickets issued, but checking booking says I need to pay within 14 hours. What am I supposed to do?
