WATCH OUT PEOPLE! I have been scammed by someone using a telephone number from @santanderuk. The bank were fast to lock my account down, but the money has gone. Now having to wait 15 days before anything can be looked into. @santanderukhelp @MartinSLewis DON’T TRUST CALLER ID!

Well thanks @santanderuk @santanderukhelp just had to abandon the weekly shop as your crapp wasn’t working nor could I call anyone or use the online web chat. What a great bank! Sort your **** out

Hmm, closing branches, shonky IT maintenance... I may need to rethink who I bank with @santanderuk. Very frustrating customer experience. In the meantime, I would be grateful if online banking was fixed asap, Saturday am is the only time I get to catch up with admin.
