Thought I'd lost my pension. Distraught.Made me ill.

    @santanderuk how do I find my mortgage sort code number so I can register for online banking? Can’t find on the web site, Sandi tells me to log on to online banking, had my call to the Call Centre dropped 3 times while trying to speak to a person…

    @santanderuk appalling time scale waiting for the security team on the phone. 1hr 30 and then gets cut off!!!! My account is blocked and cannot access my funds terrible customer service

    @santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

    @santanderuk why is it impossible to report a lost or stolen credit/debit card when you’re abroad & not using your uk mobile phone number so can’t receive code to log onto online banking?

    @NickJB1970 @AdmiralUK @santanderuk I said to the agent, it’s just greedy. You have a loyal customer whose been on your books for years. And you (the company) are choosing to make zero money and lose repeat business, instead of some money and a longstanding customer. Do you I guess but I’m not accepting that.

    @santanderuk been trying to use the Sandi service on my app since yesterday afternoon but it keeps advising me that it’s experiencing some issues and to try again later. Is this a known problem? I’ve done recent update, cache clear and reinstalled. Also tried this on laptop

    @santanderuk @TSB Letting elderly customers down badly..My dad's local branch was shut down so I drove 10miles to the next so he could withdraw cash while waiting for a new card. Shut for refurb!.Only that I was able to give him cash myself to tide him over he would be stuck 😡

    @santanderuk so disappointed that during a period of crisis the only support you can give a loyal customer of 10+ years is to put them in to debt. Please do better.
