    @santanderuk @MoneySavingExp Still not sorted.After 3 useless letters, 8 calls.10hrs spent.Every Customer Service Agent telling me the last Agent had given me the wrong information (6 of them in total) No call back from Complaints 2 days after registering. Thought I'd lost my pension. Distraught.Made me ill.

    @santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

    @santanderuk how do I find my mortgage sort code number so I can register for online banking? Canโ€™t find on the web site, Sandi tells me to log on to online banking, had my call to the Call Centre dropped 3 times while trying to speak to a personโ€ฆ

    @santanderuk @santanderuk ?Criminal Customer Service.Voted worst bank by @MoneySavingExp.I concur.Opened EasyAccessSaver to add to Mortgage Acct.Sent my whole Pension pot.Their mistakes locked me out.Didn't even know if it got there for 2 weeks.10 hrs.8 phone calls. Zero service.Don't bother

    @santanderuk appalling time scale waiting for the security team on the phone. 1hr 30 and then gets cut off!!!! My account is blocked and cannot access my funds terrible customer service

    @santanderuk never known a phone service so shocking in all my life. Sat on hold for 45 minutes to get through, for the person to tell me โ€˜your details havenโ€™t been registered with our machine, youโ€™ll have to call backโ€™. Thereโ€™s fraud activity on my account. This is an Emergancy!

    @santanderuk really disappointed in your mortgage team. Have a deadline for completion but earliest you can get a valuation survey is 3 weeks?? I got a structural arranged in 5 days. When I talk to your team about it they are unable to offer any solutions or help at all ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿคฌ
