Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

@santanderuk @BBCNews HELP! I have been constantly receiving letters for the previous owner, last 11 years, and I would return to sender. I eventually opened one and it was a demand. What do I need to do so you stop sending them to my address? I DO NOT KNOW THIS PERSON!
