    @santanderukhelp The customer relations around this whole technical issue have been a complete fiasco @santanderuk and @santanderukhelp and I sincerely hope the plonker responsible for destroying thousands of peoples plans today is looking for another job on Monday morning !!

    @santanderuk 7 miles to Corporation Street branch - neither ATMs accepting deposits - 7 miles home - waste of time. Rubbish service as per normal.

    @santanderuk Hello. Payments on our Zero Credit Card have stopped working today. Can't get through to anyone on the phone. We're abroad and card keeps being declined in shops for no reason. Can you help please? Was working all last week.

    @santanderuk We're going round in circles & with 6 hours on hold and 2 visits to a branch to get some help with my son opening a student account; still not resolved. Pls can you explain why nowhere in the process are the UCAS bank codes asked for & how to get straightforward help

    @NewtonApple132 @santanderuk Thats really awful 😞I could barely get over it when they stole my money,I was able to talk to michal_skyfii on Instagram for help. he's the best on cyber theft recovery right now

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Terrible service..doing a house renovation. Told Sant (joint account). First new payment, blocked. 30mins on hold to unblock. Next payment, blocked. Wouldn't unblock over phone (40mins hold) told to go in branch. Not possible. Changing banks

    @santanderukhelp Not a huge amount of help. @santanderuk perhaps you will do something to correct the unavailable number on the error screen. That might stop vulnerable customers being hijacked on this channel? I will give my business to someone who actually offers some meaningful support.

    @santanderuk 57 minutes and counting, on hold to sort out a security problem linking my bank card to Google pay WTF is going on? This happens every time and has done for a few years now!!!! Had a fkn Nuff
