Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

My parents attempted a high value transaction which got suspended for fraud checks (absolutely fine), got through to an agent on the phone who suspended the account (1)
