  Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

  @santanderuk Absolutely shocking customer service. I should not have to be chasing my own money, endless calls, emails and last resort is reaching out here. All I keep being told is to constantly email, and I never get a reply. It’s been 2 weeks and being given the run around

  @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.
