Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

@santanderukhelp The customer relations around this whole technical issue have been a complete fiasco @santanderuk and @santanderukhelp and I sincerely hope the plonker responsible for destroying thousands of peoples plans today is looking for another job on Monday morning !!

Do NOT use @santanderuk for your mortgage.Errors happen and then they don’t rectify even though it’s URGENT. They ruin house sales and lack professionalism and compassion. Do your job @santanderukhelp #donotusesantander

@robertsimms @santanderuk Coincidence, I’ve just had a message from a friend of mine who works for Santander to say he had the most horrible customer on the phone about 3 hours ago who was complaining non-stop so he passed him around 4 of his colleagues for 1.5 hours

@santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

@santanderuk so here we are 14 days on!! 14 calls, 2 bank visits, 4 emails, 8 tweets AND STILL NO PHONE CALL AND BLOCKED FROM MY EARNINGS. Fined again by school! No one bank with Santander, NOONE. They block accounts and leave you penniless and lie FACT
