@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk wonderful service… tell them I’m travelling abroad well in advance and then have my card declined when I arrive! Call them internationally and hold for 45mins+ and no answer. Wonderful service 😡😡😡

Hello @santanderuk / @santanderukhelp, what on earth is going on with the customer 'service' in your Corporate Bank? Their incompetence is beyond belief. Even letters to Mike Regnier appear ignored, and what I hoped would be a smooth transition to @LloydsBank is a nightmare....

Dear @santanderuk thanks for fixing your IT issue. As you decided we are to work late, does this mean our proc fee is now at double rate? Surely you could have kept the rates open tomorrow morning for an extra 2 hours instead? Thanks from all of us.
