Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Im about to walk! Crazy service.

Her closest branch is 10miles away! She has been waiting for her card for 10 “working days” two wks in the real world! No card, no local bank?

I have no means to replace my broken mobile phone because every online payment method other than debit card uses phone verification! 😡😡
