    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    @santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk Shocking customer service wasting hours of peoples time either queuing on phone lines closing local branches reduced opening hours hours. Treat customers with absolute contempt

    Disgusted with the @LloydsBank service, transferred to 6 or 7 different individuals before they finally hung the phone up on me. No customer service, absolutely appauled @Barclays @santanderuk your service is much better

    .@santanderuk atm just took my cash deposit and then froze. Said there was an error and spat my card back out, but the cash has not been deposited? What am I supposed to do

    @santanderuk Once again. Please tell me the point of the physical branch if you can’t access the same services as telephone banking? Close them down and invest the money in enough phone staff to answer sooner than 45mins!!! #endoftraditionalbanking
