@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk You are the worst bank. My boyfriend’s card keeps getting duplicated (clearly an inside job!). You left him with no access to cash. You then gave him £200 compensation but have now taken it back! Sickening service.

@santanderuk Your Switch and £130 cash back has turned out to be a huge con!! Filled in the Switch form as directed on your website for an existing account and now being told it had to be an external a/c which had to be closed within 60 days. I can't close an account

@parkx19 @santanderuk I have two cards for two different Santander accounts and both were declined yesterday along with Apple Pay. Card machine said ‘referral a’ and me not shopkeeper had ever seen that. He tried his card as I said it must be his machine and it worked. Must be Santander issue

Is anyone else who has a @santanderuk account, forever having to either order a new card or it stops working because you don’t enter your pin enough? So so annoying. Literally no other bank does this.

@santanderuk I’ve been on hold for half an hour. What is going on?? You really should offer a call back service If hold times are over 5 minutes.
