@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk problems after problems with this bank card payments not working again this is a regular thing with this bank it’s happened to me at least 4 times in 6 months so monday my account with u shall be closed full stop it’s embarrassing and im not happy

@santanderuk my husbands card has been declined with available funds. Waiting to talk to customer services for 1.5 hours with an extra cut off for good measure - shocking customer services.

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I've now been cut off 8 times including once when finally getting through to speak to somebody and they didn't the basic customer service to call me back when it was them who lost the call???
