    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    @santanderuk I have still not received a payment I was waiting for and with it being bank holiday tomorrow time is running out for me to actually get this issue sorted before it ruins my bank holiday plans

    @santanderuk been on hold for 60 minutes now and not spoke to anyone about my issue. My local bank can’t help me. I know everywhere is short staffed but this is ridiculous.

    So because @santanderuk refuse to accept that some people live outside of the UK I need to go and see them when I'm back. Luckily there's a bit of the website "designed" for this. Screen after screen of entirely useless information to fill in first but I finally did it.

    Have been on the phone to @santanderuk for over 2 hours now 🙃 A lot of sat in silence either on hold or whilst things are ‘processing’. Exhausting on your ‘day off’ to have to spend so much of it on the phone for a problem you didn’t cause.

    @santanderuk A faster payment to my account is showing but not cleared yet. Is this going to be cleared before the long bank holiday? This is a huge issue!
