    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk Shocking customer service wasting hours of peoples time either queuing on phone lines closing local branches reduced opening hours hours. Treat customers with absolute contempt

    @santanderuk I've come up with a better idea as a long standing Santander customer. When I change my bank to to any of the big UK banks they will give me £140.

    @santanderuk is quite possibly the hardest app to log into! Customer number... pin number, pass number.... we text you a number...locked my self out in the end. I'm all for security but it should take an hour just to log in #annoyedcustomer

    @santanderuk How about you hire more staff? Leaving a 'customer' 50 minutes to make a bank transfer is appalling service, truly appalling.

    on the phone all day @santanderuk because of you lost a car sale and customer service lies. I own my car you have it as being on finance. I have never had it on finance
