    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    @santanderuk Shocking customer service wasting hours of peoples time either queuing on phone lines closing local branches reduced opening hours hours. Treat customers with absolute contempt

    @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

    @wideawake_media As a @santanderuk @santanderukhelp customer, I would like an explanation about this video, and put the banks' side of the story forward. I currently have a six figure sum in a savings account with Santander and need to know that this won't happen to me? #concerned

    @santanderuk I have to verify my identity to get back into the app but the scanning ofy passport is terrible. Just won't work. Why have you made it so hard? Surely my email and phone number should be enough to verify myself?

    @Factor50JSA @santanderuk Hiya @Factor50JSA Hope you're well. ..and what could have been pension contributions are going into maintaining the freeholder's property asset value: defect-fixing, inflated service charges, commissions, permission and assignment fees, admin charges and mark-ups.

    @santanderuk when are you going to Reinstate your Online Customer Alerts for when a new Credit arrives in our ac? I asked this Q two years ago and all I got was ‘yes we’re working on it’. The ‘you’re overdrawn’ alerts still come through unfailingly. Really poor from Santander 👎
