You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Im about to walk! Crazy service.

A block placed on my account on 2nd September as they wanted proof of residency etc. Papers requested were provided and block lifted. Further paperwork required and another block placed with no notice
