@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

No info available on whether a different approach was being taken for buildings with fire safety issues, following this statement.

@joriches @Michelle_JML @santanderuk Ridiculous! I can't access my business account the past 5 weeks and I have 60 staff who are on the verge of being unemployed plus can't afford their bills or feed their families But don't worry they said they will look into it for me!!! It's now 5 weeks later.

@santanderuk fuming! Tried to book flights and my card has been blocked and all access online banking blocked . Call centres closed . Now flights have doubled in price . Raging!

@santanderuk what a **** bank. I’ve been standing in a cue for 42 mins waiting to pay in two checks. One person on the counter while the others **** about and there at least 9 persons waiting to be served. Complete bollocks wasting itr time. **** this I’m off

@PeterMa33025602 @santanderuk We are pulling our hair out here mate imagine knowing 60 people haven't been paid and that repo agents are at the door due to lazy staff not bothering to just do their job! I have never seen anything like this! We will see what we can do is not acceptable for me or any customer!
