You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Corinna Reilly (@corinnareilly) reported from Old Windsor, England@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

When I give my bank details to a client, they get the ‘we don’t recognise this account’. Even when it’s a Santander to Santander transfer! This issue has been going on for at least 1 year 👎
