@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk It is absolutely ridiculous. As an IT person myself, whenever I am working on a database or a database driven system, I have a backup and a contingency sat there waiting to put in place if I’m unable to complete the job in the allocated time. It’s basic IT preparation!

Hmm, closing branches, shonky IT maintenance... I may need to rethink who I bank with @santanderuk. Very frustrating customer experience. In the meantime, I would be grateful if online banking was fixed asap, Saturday am is the only time I get to catch up with admin.

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I’d seen the messages in your app stating you were doing maintenance of the app, however I think your maintenance has broken the app, I keep getting a sorry something went wrong message when it tried to load, will there be a fix for this please?
