    @santanderuk OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE ! Santander has made a huge mess with my daughters ISA. THEY DIDN'T PROCESS the transfer properly. And now my daughter has lost 2 years interest. They can't put me onto a manger to over see the smooth run of the process. Disgusted.

    I really don't understand how the @santanderuk customer service line has been open since 8am..so 12 minutes...yet here I am sitting on a 9 minute hold..

    @santanderuk Your online service is increasingly unreliable. Logged in to set up a new payee, but part way through got a message saying online banking is unavailable. Logged in again, repeated the above, but after four attempts hadn't received an OTP, so cancelled the payment.

    @santanderuk your online telephone service is absolutly unforgivable.. you have cancelled a £13,800 cheque and given me no explanation, or a customer service person to speak to, blaming covid.. really
