    @santanderuk why does your website say your fraud team is open 24 hours a day when the phone line is actually closed? I've just had an unauthorised transaction that I was able to cancel on the app but am unable to call immediately as advised as the phone line is closed

    @santanderuk absolutely appalling service. We have PA for my mother & have tried to get access to this account & now wish to close it. Nothing, no response what so ever!!! This will be escalated!!!

    Pretty rubbish that @LloydsBank is too busy to take phone calls to open a new personal bank account as apparently, they are too busy! If that's their service now, I'd rather go elsewhere immediately! Hello @santanderuk
