My brand new @santanderuk CC has now been blocked for 3 months 🙃 I’ve done everything they ask, spent hours of my life on the phone, they all promise to investigate and sort it yet no one ever gets back to me! No one even knows why the block is on 🙄

Almost 2 weeks since I've been able to pay in any money to my @santanderuk bank account. Customer service is awful, so since they don't want my money, can someone reccomend a decent bank? I'll be switching asap.

Now, I’d get it if I ever had debt or bad financial history. But I don’t. I paid for my current car every month for 5 years through Santander so you’d think this would help. But nope. Seems a bit extreme @santanderuk ?

So Ive suffered #Transphobia again at the hands of @santanderuk security team after they contacted me. It seems I'm going to have to pay to go to a branch to get my card out of jail .. and no compensation for their error. #Santander @financialombuds
