  @JohnHann0404 Can't speak for NatWest but @santanderuk also have this in their app: Select 'Menu' in the top right at login, then 'My Money Manager' and there it is 'Carbon footprint'. Can't screenshot due to app restrictions.

  @santanderuk - why ask me to call your fraud line and block my account when you don’t have enough operators available to take my call. I have tried twice and been on hold for 15 minutes each time.

  @santanderuk Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy 👎

  @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!
