You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Im about to walk! Crazy service.

Why have you frozen business accounts with ZERO warning? You have already admitted you have made 3 mistakes and yet STILL refuse to release th funds and open the accounts.
