-
Edward Terry (@iamedterry) reported@santanderuk As a systems and process specialist I can see there’s a deeper issue that needs addressing. And removing telephone support was not a smart move either. Why are you making it so hard to get support? Do you want to lose customers? It wouldn’t surprise me if you are.
-
@roadworksauditoruk (@roadworkauditor) reported@santanderuk As you can imagine having her stuff stolen in the first place was very distressing then to be let down by her own bank was the final straw !
-
KM (@KEM0901) reported@santanderuk hi, please can we have some way of getting support for my daughter who is trying to set up a student account. We can’t phone as she doesn’t currently have an account.
-
AniaK (@AnAgedBrummie) reported@HWarlow @santanderuk The bureaucratic nightmare after a bereavement is so awful. I hope you've got some support to navigate it all.

Elizabeth Tillyer (@ElizabethT34440) reported@santanderuk So, Dad opened his account 8th June (Shipley) 1-3pm. but the clerk failed to enter Dads address correctly. After weeks of frustration and no sight of the money, I'm disgusted this clerk bragged about 'have been doing this all week' Today the error was rectified.
-
OldishBird (@oldishbird1) reported@SandraF74372594 @santanderuk I waited for 30 minutes then decided it was pointless. Some of their staff on X have admitted there’s an outage even though their official status page claims not.
-
AP (@andyparsons3) reported@santanderuk I was expecting that response, and I get to pay for the poor service too with a monthly fee yay!
-
Lee Hayward (@vibedcoder) reported@santanderuk holding my accounts hostage on the mobile banking app. Until I provide them with a bunch of personal information they have no right asking for. It's finally happening. Just as the conspiracy theorists warned. Santander want to know how much money I make, employment status, photo ID, national insurance number etc. Wonder if they'll cut me off from my money if I keep refusing? They already restricted my access to the mobile app. I've been with them for over 20 years, they can see where my money is coming from and going to, they already have my up to date information... So why all of a sudden do they want me to fill out an online form like I'm some kind of suspect? ****.

Nick (@petch_nic) reported@santanderuk Why is your chat service not transferring me to a human agent? What is the problem
