    @santanderuk Hi can anyone help please . My daughters had her card and phone stolen at uni and has no way of cancelling her card. I’ve tried to do it for her via my phone but am unable to do so . She has no ID with her as that was in her bag as well how can we freeze her card ??

    @santanderukhelp Emailed but no response. Looks like @santanderuk aren’t going to help nor are they going to send us our money in time. Thanks to @santanderuk our wedding is not going to be made any easier. Especially after 2 years of waiting and postponements.

    @santanderuk is there a problem with on line banking. Logging on and keep loosing connection. Not happening with other websites

    @santanderuk WTF, phone numbers have disappeared from your website and it's literally impossible to find a way to speak to a human being with a quick query. And your chat bots are useless. No amount of rephrasing got me close to an answer.

    @santanderuk Hi, I waited half an hour on your phone line to update my mobile number to allow me to login to your online services on Saturday. My old mobile number is still showing on the website on Sunday. When will this be updated please?

    @santanderuk cancelled all my cards thus preventing me from transferring my account to @AskNationwide . Given that the reason i went into the branch to resolve an issue relating to an account switch. The person i dealt knowingly did that or does not know how to do her job.

    @financialombuds please advise. Went into @santanderuk to speak to a lady about a problem with an account switch. She cancelled all my cards,now i cannot transfer to @AskNationwide . Second time they have thrown a roadblock. There is a guarantee that account switch takes 7 days
