    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    @santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage don’t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place 🙄 #banking #ux #cx

    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    Anyone working in the security team at @Santanderuk? You’ve blocked my account and asked me to call. I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours. After the 1st 70 mins an auto line picked up and hung up on me and I had to call back.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp for over 14 months i have been telling you that your customer moved out of my address in 2020. Emailed you. Called you. Returned the mail. And yet today I get more mail addressed to them. What can i do to get you to stop sending their mail to me?

    @santanderuk just had the phone put down on me whilst trying to ask for a replacement letter for my 13 year old daughters mini account! Was on hold for 40 mins before getting through! This is very poor customer service, when only need letter 1 of 1 reissuing! NOT GOOD Santander!

    @ChutneyRebel @santanderuk Sorry to hear in my case I left the queue but Santander is performing crap customer services. They should at least tell you your position on the queue. Of course, they spent money on executives, parties and whatever.....

    Hi @santanderuk I went to branch in December before Xmas to change my address and have since had letters to my new address. Today I’ve had a letter (redirected by Royal Mail) that was sent to my old address, it’s dated 10th Jan. Can you help please?

    @santanderuk Didn't get so much as a letter or email to tell me my local branch had closed forced to go to NatWest to deposit a cheque. Customer service should of informed customers 🙄

    @santanderuk why do you block my account access when I'm transferring money to another bank account of mine? I can't reach your security team via phone, your online bot doesn't understand "blocked access", your branch can't fix the problem either. Traditional banks are a joke...
