@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

WATCH OUT PEOPLE! I have been scammed by someone using a telephone number from @santanderuk. The bank were fast to lock my account down, but the money has gone. Now having to wait 15 days before anything can be looked into. @santanderukhelp @MartinSLewis DON’T TRUST CALLER ID!

Can’t believe how useless @santanderuk have been in repaying people scammed by easy tickets / simple ticketing / mb promotions. Completely different with @HalifaxBank and they could not have been more helpful. The same issue resolved in opposite ways. Speaks volumes.

Thanks @santanderuk your 'recent activity checks' are particularly useless when you've been in a queue for an hour at bag drop in Mexican airport & you block the payment for my luggage. Why not reinstate me being able to tell you which countries I'm visiting so you know it's me?

@santanderuk While I appreciate the efforts to protect my account from potential fraud by blocking access to my mobile banking. I don't appreciate phoning persistently for two full days now and not yet being able to speak to anyone to unblock my account! I need this resolved

Recently opened an account with @santanderuk. Had issues setting up online banking. Called their help desk. 20 minutes of being told I would be connected and then just cut off. Appalling first experience of ‘customer service’
