    @santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

    Well @santanderuk @santanderukhelp please, please pass on my thanks to Melissa in your contact centre. She was absolutely brilliant, after four times of not getting a proper answer from your chat service (I talked to humans not the bot) she was brilliant and has made my day.

    @santanderuk - why ask me to call your fraud line and block my account when you donโ€™t have enough operators available to take my call. I have tried twice and been on hold for 15 minutes each time.

    @santanderuk @TSB I HAVE NOW HAD TO SPEND ALMOST ยฃ100 OF MY MOTHERS MONEY, ON A NEW PHONE, JUST SO THAT WE CAN GET SIGNAL TO GET OUR SHOPPING. SHE HAS ALZHEIMERS AND WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING, WE WOULD NOT EAT. IM HER FULL TIME CARER WHICH IS WHY I HAD TO USE HER MONEY, AS BENEFITS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

    Appalling service at @santanderuk in #Oxford Ridiculous and unclear โ€˜queuingโ€™ system for the counters. Left waiting despite there being no other customers.

    @santanderuk @TSB First experience of using the new payment screens in the Santander Connect account to import a file with multiple payments. You have taken something that was world class and replaced it with something terrible whilst attempting to tell your customers that this is an improvement.

    @santanderuk I hope your ******* branches go up in flames Iโ€™m not even joking Imagine receiving a payment 3 days ago. Using that money. Then going to use more today for a block to be on my account. Two kids and I canโ€™t access my money for โ€œ10 working daysโ€ die you bastards.
