@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

WATCH OUT PEOPLE! I have been scammed by someone using a telephone number from @santanderuk. The bank were fast to lock my account down, but the money has gone. Now having to wait 15 days before anything can be looked into. @santanderukhelp @MartinSLewis DON’T TRUST CALLER ID!

@santanderuk problems after problems with this bank card payments not working again this is a regular thing with this bank it’s happened to me at least 4 times in 6 months so monday my account with u shall be closed full stop it’s embarrassing and im not happy

@santanderuk my husbands card has been declined with available funds. Waiting to talk to customer services for 1.5 hours with an extra cut off for good measure - shocking customer services.

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I've now been cut off 8 times including once when finally getting through to speak to somebody and they didn't the basic customer service to call me back when it was them who lost the call???
