@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

  • mikesmithsax Mike Smith Sax (@mikesmithsax) reported from Southport, England

WATCH OUT PEOPLE! I have been scammed by someone using a telephone number from @santanderuk. The bank were fast to lock my account down, but the money has gone. Now having to wait 15 days before anything can be looked into. @santanderukhelp @MartinSLewis DON’T TRUST CALLER ID!

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Charlotte DO NOT GIVE UP. This shenanigans from the thief/thieves is exacerbated by the Banks lack of care to You the customer/victim. Check, check & double check. If asked to go to a branch to show I.D take more than you need. Good Luck.

  • gg41r Gertrude Puddleduck (@gg41r) reported

@MorganBroadcast My heart goes out to you. You have been hugely let down by @VirginActiveUK and @santanderuk. Id be taking them both to civil court. They will not like that.

@MorganBroadcast @antanddec are ambassadors for @santanderuk maybe they could help put a bit of pressure on them to adjust their moral compass?

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk How can someone get into your Apple Pay? Genuine question as the way I know it it’s impossible without faceID or your phone password.

@DianeHaywood71 @santanderuk @bancosantander Wanted to share in case anyone else has the app. Just awful. Poor woman.

  • deeokelly1 Deirdre O'Kelly 🕷🎵🇪🇺🇺🇦🇬🇧🇮🇪#FBPE #FBLC (@deeokelly1) reported

@MorganBroadcast This is awful! I hope you get some justice - and your money back... @santanderuk you need to do better than this!

  • Bretheren Steve Smith (@Bretheren) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Sorry to hear about your terrible experience I hope you eventually have some success in finding a satisfactory conclusion with both organisations concerned. Can’t help feeling this has the characteristics of some inside collusion at the gym

  • JohnBache2 John Bache (@JohnBache2) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Oh that’s awful, feel so sorry for you

  • Jen_Illustrates jenny (@Jen_Illustrates) reported

@ArtByEmilyHare @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK It is! To be a victim of organised fraud & yet be blamed by the bank when it’s their fault that they make it easy for PIN numbers to be obtained through their app… and for the place where it happened to not give a ****… frightening stuff.

  • SpinningHugo SpinningHugo (@SpinningHugo) reported

@dlknowles @santanderuk @MorganBroadcast If they want to bring a speculative negligence action against their customer that is up to them, but the first step should be to inform them that none of these transactions were authorised, and to require them to be reveresed. /2
