5 ar student (@5arstudent) reported@santanderuk have literally blocked my current account after switching to them and are not sending me any updates despite me calling them 4 times. Dave Moss (@DavidMoss315) reported@santanderuk applied for an Edge Credit Card and asked that the credit limit from my 123 card be transferred over. Told in branch this wouldn't be a problem. Two weeks later after numerous calls/ assurances it would be done I'm still waiting. Getting beyond a joke now.
