@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

@santanderuk This is the first time I have ever had an issue with @santanderuk Just went to checkout my online Tesco shop for delivery tomorrow & I am unable to. I rely on my shopping being delivered as I am disabled & housebound. I really hope this issue is resolved in the next hour😡

I have a big issue with this as a parent I would never let it get to ur dependent on money being paid on a certain day. Buy some before u need it simple
