    @santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

    Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

    @ForeverScept @santanderuk @antanddec Id check out the Martin Lewis website or download his app. There will be a deal to move to another bank and get cash back for doing it. Think my brother just moved to Nationwide for £175.

    @santanderuk Well, after authorising an unsanctioned withdrawal, they now cant give me access to my mobile or online banking! Cowboy banking basically. Customer service or security cant do a thing either!!

    @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.
