If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up ๐คฌ Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.

Giving you a digital photo id is useless unless you can also view my face.

Geronimog (@geronimo2497) reported@David90shaw This is already happening if you use mobile banking apps, with the threat of restricted access to said app if you don't comply and upload photo id, thus forcing you into branches that are closing on a daily basis @santanderuk the latest do this.

Edward Terry (@iamedterry) reported@santanderuk I think you should review that. When they take 8+ hours to respond, then tell you theyโre multitasking so might not respond immediately, but expect you to drop everything in your life to respond is a bit unreasonable. My experience = chat support is a waste of time.
