Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

hey @santanderuk can you fix the ******* online banking. every time i log on to do a bank transfer, it sends me back to log in AGAIN. i have to log into the website at least 5 ******* times before it even lets me do anything

@santanderuk Just tried to use my 123 debit card and it couldn't be recognised by the card machine. This isn't the first time I've had problems and iim not alone. Luckily had another bank card I could use. This is not an old card. What is the problem?

@santanderuk Why do you insist on sending a code when someone applies for a loan.. been waiting 3 days for the code to be posted to me and nothing .. very slow and manual process.. frustrated

@santanderuk @Baddiel @Talkyap would be great if they could make a success of personal banking and customer care prior to such big spends...... sitting in all morning awaiting a call from complaints isn't my ideal way of spending a Saturday.

@TfL @santanderuk have spent 40 mins today on two occasions searching for docking stations (7 on total). Very poor logistics and really poor customer experience.

@santanderuk Are you Crypto friendly? I wont touch a bank who decides what I can or cant do with my choices like they do in Communist China or North Korea so if you dont block transfers to and from Binance then I am very interested
