Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

Problem with @santanderuk STILL not resolved (Mortgage offer issued on WRONG address 10/11/21). Complaint handler @santanderukhelp has escalated. We are considering our options now, not least because this has exacerbated my anxiety issues & triggered IBS.

@santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.
