    @santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

    Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

    @santanderuk If it was the customer having problems with their account, & we said to Santander that we were sorry and "working hard to fix the issue", that wouldn't cut it, we would be charged.🤬But if it's the other way round...!🤬

    @santanderuk Its a blessing in disguise as out of 6 different banks i have used, your website is the least useful. So just called, after 3 minutes of your IVA talking rubbish, it asks if i want to setup voice confirmation, i press for no, now prompted to record a voice confirmation!
