@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

@santanderuk I have experienced extremely bad service from Santander since Wednesday this week whilst trying to move money from my account. It has taken 3 days to date and the money has still not moved. This has now resulted in significant expense to me.
