When you did get up on hold they guilt trip you to hang up by saying they are trying to priorities key workers.... For... Sky... Tv... Iucky I wanted rid becouse f1 was postponed an not that we couldn't afford it

@SkyHelpTeam The problem was sorted yesterday but today it keeps cutting off which is annoying when you are trying to do work and listening to internet radio and checking on the app the speed is miles away from what I’m paying for 😩

@SkyHelpTeam That is all well and good saying sorry but all the start times for the Live sport is now all wrong and I am not very happy either that the issue will not be fixed until Thursday which is quite simply not good enough.

@SkyUK @DPDgroup_news @SkyMobileCorp have re contacted financial ombudsman and Watchdog will be contacting the police again tomorrow. NOBODY get a contract from sky it’s the worst customer service we have been made out to be liars and thieves!!!!
