@SkyHelpTeam now been trying unsuccessfully to contact you for days to discuss my sky account. So I cancel DD & get snotty email telling me to contact you or get £10 charge added to my bill. I've even tried FB messenger route through app & been waiting over 4 hours for response

@Leosault @SkySports Disagree. All to help the PL clubs who have huge squads.EFL clubs are not having their leasing cup, league cup games reduced. Only premier league clubs that moan about cup replays.

@SkyHelpTeam I have done this and all they have told me to do is upgrade to ‘broadband boost’ as its a WiFi issue. I have followed the steps numerous times but it fixes nothing. I didn’t have this ‘fix my broadband’ issues until the sky engineer came out last week.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm getting fed up with this now... It doesn't matter what I do or try via your online help or your troubleshooting pages, my "Superfast" Sky Broadband isn't getting anywhere near the speeds I was promised when signing up in March... I'm disabled and need it atm

@SkyHelpTeam Please can you help to track our broadband engineer? They were due between 1-6pm and the app says no engineer assigned? We have had no contact. We’re waiting especially for this visit at a house we don’t yet live in so it would be helpful to know what’s going on.
