@SkyHelpTeam Tries all of these multiple times, as have all the people commenting on all the forums about the same issue. Clearly it is a hardware or software fault with the latest 1tb Q box. The question was, when will your tech team be fixing this significant problem?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done all of that. As I said there is obviously a problem in and the surrounding areas but as yet nothing from Sky !!! I’m working from home and home schooling. Sky just keeps saying all’s good in your area which it is not

@Carra23 This is a man who sat down, analysed the situation, and reached a conclusion based on that, rather than being a buffoon and making populist, totally untrue comments, about worst ever champions and no players saying we have to win it again. And @skysports are accepting of this?

@SkySports Awful decision, the only positive I can see is the likes of Leicester, Villa & Everton could maybe get in, with the potential extra 2 places up for grabs. The teams need less games not more.

@SkyHelpTeam The service is the same whether locked down or not. Hours on the phone. Hours.
