@laurenmorton9 @SkyHelpTeam I've got my broadband up and running but my landline is out. I don't have the best mobile signal strength here so it's really worrying. No use of landline since Sunday.

@SkyHelpTeam What we want is you to raise it as an outage in Melton Mowbray. I’ve already raised it and informed it was just my property which isn’t true. The engineer is due in up to 5 days!
