@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Never ever given a 💩 about existing customers. No loyalty benefits. Their business model appears to be focused on new business. Cancel your contract and take a new one out in your wife's/partner's name getting the cheap rate. Better still, go somewhere else.

@EnglishRhino @SkyHelpTeam My Sky landline has gone down but broadband itself is working - reluctant to reset router at this stage!

@SkyUK is your phone network down for calls? Bristol - unable to make calls out. Texts working fine. No incoming or outgoing calls

@IconicGoal @BarcaUniversal @SkySports We don’t give a **** lol. Y’all still haven’t paid us for Torres. Pay full price or wait. Some things are principle.

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Your all new customers at one point of service, so everyone gets that initial discount. After that, you pay the standard prices, don’t see anything wrong with that.

@eurofootcom @SkySports My heads on ******* mars bro what ******** are we even doing @LFC

  • FouldsAilsa

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve recently left for similar reason, my package going up £3.00 to £23 after I left had a letter saying I could go back & the same package would be £28 & I’d been a customer for 25+ years

@SkyUK are customers going to get compensation for the outage? It has been ongoing for ages. You could give at least £5 compensation per customer.

  • Darren_Tay1
    Darren Tay (@Darren_Tay1) reported

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Best thing you can do is change provider every 2 years, you get all the latest equipment, new customer prices, you just have to play them at their own game, loyalty gets you nowhere these days.

  • sbreame
    sbreame (@sbreame) reported

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I switched to new provider as moving house - When I went to cancel with Sky they offered to drop my bill from £46 a month to £31. They will offer you a better deal when you say you want to leave.
