@ReitIncome @SkySports There is no doubt that there are many issues that need resolving, and I wish we were able to sort everything easily but we can't/won't. What we can do is lessen burdens when we have a solution, so it is worth trying to.

@SkyHelpTeam It been 2 weeks. I called twice on the day and waited for ages before getting through. I was told the engineer was on their way but no-one came. We have called twice since and both times been on hold for an unreasonable time. Is this the excellent service you advertise @skyUK?

@ReitIncome @SkySports Smallpox, Polio, etc have been eradicated or drastically reduced because of vaccines. While Covid won't be, and you can argue how experimental the vaccine may be, we did it with flu to help us live with it better, so no reason we can't with Covid.

@SkyUK Absolutely disgraceful customer service!!! Rang up to order Ultarfast+ fibre on 25/08, twice the order failed and after hours spent on hold finally I get 3rd excuse from you today saying I you can’t supply because I’d be switching from @NOWTV_It been with you over 10yrs!

@Super6Legend1 @SkySports Well they did help most in the pandemic and they did throw an extra 150 BILLION POUNDS at the NHS to help them deal with Covid. Most people I speak with, think they did a good job on that front

@SkyHelpTeam Over a two week period I have spoken to 3 agents and my issue has been passed to “App tier2” twice. I have been promised a call back from each agent at an agreed time. No calls and issue unresolved. Disgraceful service. Enough.
