    @SkyHelpTeam I was supposed to get a call back from your broadband technical help today. You did not port my home number to sky talk from BT. please provide progress of this complaint. This is has caused great disruption and distress.

    @welshfreak @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam We asked to upgrade to super quick speed. Box came. Engineer came. He couldn't go up pole without a hoist. No hoist. He went. So did our service. We await a hoisted engineer. No sign yet. We are being reviewed Thursday. Deep joy. Expecting Broadband by Xmas along with no turkey!

    Having to use phone data in your own house because @SkyUK can't provide a service we pay an extortionate amount for, sort it out.
