    @SkyHelpTeam Maybe you should consider a callback as good practice and proper etiquette when customer has been informed “If you cover this part of the balance, your phone will not be barred” What do you think Jason?

    @SkyHelpTeam No I don’t want to be held in a queue for 40 minutes again plus your engineer said he was going to call at 8pm and didn’t 13 years as a customer and this is the service I get

    @SkyHelpTeam i cannot understand how this can possibly happen, given that the clocks change every six months and you *know* when it's going to happen years in advance. And four DAYS to fix?!
