@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam cheers I’ve spoken to Sky team both Twitter and twice by phone regarding this issue to no avail. Both phones in the house have had no service for over three weeks. I’ve been told multiple times by Sky nothing we can do and is @O2 fault Hence digging a bit deeper

@SkyHelpTeam @spurs1206 Dean, just send it back and ask for your money back. I’ve had nothing but problems with Sky Glass since we got it. Now left with no TV (again!) during the festive period. Sky Glass - the TV that is half empty!

@fuse7777 @SkyHelpTeam I was told yesterday that it’s a known issue their end. I spent a good few hours trying all the suggestions about missing listings beforehand. They won’t work 👍🏼
