@McGuv @Jade_Taylor93 @SkyHelpTeam Mine too! Incredibly frustrating. Cant even access terrestrial tv, nor setup to try to revert and as you say reboot doesn't work. If it helps in reducing your stress a few percent, I eventually found I could use voice control to select the news.

@SkyHelpTeam digging being done outside my house yesterday around the telecoms pole since it started I have been without internet, wasn't informed by anyone that there would be a loss of service due to works, my wife works from home and requires the internet. Any eta? WS11

@SkyHelpTeam Not really sure how you'll "keep me updated in the meantime" - you've no idea who I am / where I live?!! (Not going to share anything here). So really no help at all. We want an explanation, and someone to handle our complaint properly. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
