@SkyUK £60 to cancel movie package, he asked why, I said I was in financial hardship, he went away and came back with the reply: yes we can cancel your movie pass today but we will add £60 to your next bill. Disgusting praying on people during this crisis. Zero compassion 🖕

So @mjquinnhq have been doing work in #Edwinstowe in the mornings and now have no internet access from @SkyHelpTeam but has been escalated to @OpenreachHelp. Hope it gets fixed soon as I don’t want to be paying for a service I’m not receiving.

@SkyHelpTeam Getting nowhere, I guess no engineers have started any work, I doesn't take 3 days to fix a fault at all. My son builds servers, he can assemble a massive system from scratch himself in 2 days. So basically SKY do not care do they, lets be honest.
