@maria_dawson91 @SkyHelpTeam Its not on Sky to provide you the ability to WFH on a domestic broadband service nor is it their problem that your particular house has poor mobile signal. Its on you to have back ups in place in case of an emergency seeing as its your life you melon

@virginmedia I cant get through, being persuaded away from @SkyUK to @virginmedia and now waiting nearly 48 hours after the original agreed install date is not acceptable and extremely poor customer service.
