Settling down to Super Sunday on @SkySports & find that I can't get the UHD option up. Never had this issue before. Any ideas?

Just got off the phone from @SkyIreland @SkyHelpTeam awful experience. I have good broadband from #sky but only in one room. I called to get a booster and was advised I would need to get the tv package. So my monthly repayments would increase from 55 to over 100.Calling #Vodafone

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband been on/off for 24hrs now in Flintshire. Varying speeds from Nothing to 100mb max when paying for 900mb. Wifi not working either; Hub not assigning IP addresses or dropping devices constantly. What’s going on?!! Showed major outage yesterday but clear now.

@SkyHelpTeam Still missing the point by an absolute mile. Sky broke the connection to my entire town and now want to charge me to come to my house to fix my connection or make me go without Internet for 6 days. I work from home.

@SkyHelpTeam An engineer is coming out to switch me to a different provider in 2 days and they are not charging me for it. There is no excuse for you creating a two tier system to fix a service that we already pay you to provide. It's just scummy profiteering.
