Settling down to Super Sunday on @SkySports & find that I can't get the UHD option up. Never had this issue before. Any ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband goes down frequently after midnight. I try the sky broadband test and it says it ‘can’t perform the test’ or says my speed is ‘lower than usual’ without telling me the speed. If I look at the speed history it gives a misleading daily speed which is fine.

@SkyHelpTeam When I first had sky the movie channel was free, I’ve had sky over 30 years, once when I phoned up the customer service rep said I have had sky since before she was born, made me feel old !

@SkyHelpTeam I tried all this and still the same thing! Also cannot see any number to call at all. I try going thru the help steps but as I said keeps saying everything looks good and sends me back to the beginning no option to call or contact u! Getting fed up now
