@SkyUK thank you for great customer service today. From the time I reported the fault to you this morning, to the time your engineer left having replaced my SkyQ box and tested and reconfigured my system was less than 3 hours! Amazing!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s just slow when downloading stuff from SKY Q to SKY GO, then sometimes the app crashes out on me - bit rude don’t you think?! Then the Download process begins all over again when I go back into the app again 🙈
