@SkyHelpTeam we upgraded our broadband today and your installers seem to have broken our entire internet. Been told it might take up to 72 hrs to escalate it! How are we supposed to work? Or do much of anything these days without internet???

Another £60 wings it way to @skyuk with no obvious improvement to the service, in fact they have less mainstream sports these days 😕. Might have to give them a call tomorrow.

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried both, unfortunately. Spent the evening logging back into everything after the cache/cookies clearing and when it didn't work I tried it on my phone which didn't work either. 8( It's an issue with the site not bringing up my account number digits. Not sure why.
