Yet again, I called @SkyUK this afternoon about my ongoing complaint, and was promised a call back tonight and didn't receive one, again. I was also promised (by a supervisor) callbacks and updates on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday... I'm thoroughly disappointed. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam got an issue on my sky q mini box, I can't see the TV schedule it says "waiting for TV schedule" Tried rebooting, turning off power, setting into eco mode, turned router off. Any ideas
