My @SkyUK broadband is terrible. Been dropping randomly for days. Called yesterday no fix so ended up upgrading to fibre as it's cheaper than what I'm paying now. Have to wait two weeks though. Can I cope that long?? @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam That's exactly the issue. It's ok for periods of time and then drops. Fine at present but likely to drop again if the last couple of days are anything to go by. Will call if it drops later and hope it can be resolved.

@SkyHelpTeam why has my TV bill gone up £5 this month? My service hasn’t improved, the products haven’t improved, its got worse, more repeats, the same footy match on 3 channels at the same time. For £6 more a month i can get broadband tv and phone with virgin #ripoffsky
