CFCSal (@cfcsal94) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam As if people have not realised yet New customer = discount price to gain the business. Renewal = ACTUAL price as you've given them the business. If you cancel, you pay a cancellation fee. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER RENEW! Allow your contract to expire, then move elsewhere.

Andy Middleton (@BremnersBoots) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Just leave and never return... It's that simple
-
Paul Gudgeon 🦊💙 (@paulgudj) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam 💯 I left Sky last month after being a customer for over 30 years. Feel like we are being forced to pay massive rises in prices because they are so desperate to keep the football and have to pay through the nose for it. I’m £130 better off.
-
Puglife69 (@craigybaby42) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Yes but you would also got a new customer offer when you joined sky don't be greedy
-
Christian Holst (@12thcenturymonk) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky service is costly and slow. Never used to be like that. Customer service are now also awful, because a lack of understanding about consumer protection.
-
Tom McCarthy (@TomMcCarthy92) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’m not sure why you’re surprised. This has always been the case with sky. You’re paying £90 a mth to watch the exact same TV that they are advertising the exact same channels to a new customer for £50 per mth. Mind boggling! No customer loyalty at all, yet we all still pay it

Dean Ayass (@DeanAyass) reportedSo @EE have moved my mum's broadband installation date from next week to October, giving her barely any notice. She's an 86 year old widow and this is the second time they've let her down in a year. Her existing deal with @SkyUK is ending soon so she'll have no communication.
-
Mark Hadley (@MarkHadley90) reported@alwaysagooner83 @SkyMobile @SkyUK You can still call emergency services with no signal. It’ll piggy back another number.

「Baldton Greyjoy 🏆」 (@VillageTaker) reported@hanx3sports @eurofootcom @SkySports He had like 1 bad game and he's still young and coachable. Saliba gonna miss months and you can't give all his minutes to Mosquera, it's smart, but let's see if it actually happens
