@SkyHelpTeam day 5 of no broadband. Despite calling sky twice and being told it would be fixed by now. I now face another day of calling and listening to fake promises. This is the service given to a customer of 9 years.

@SkyHelpTeam ... I've been a sky tv customer for nearly 22 years, pay for everything apart from sport, diamond vip member...upgrade whenever you bring new tech out and still no email to let me buy the new sky glass package.. disappointing

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I'm a pre registered diamond customer, the whole system is a shambles, i have already been quoted 2 different prices for the same glass package by sky and both times they assured me that would be the total cost and it wasn't

@SkyHelpTeam am really surprised that your more interested in looking after your existing customers, dont you think getting new customers should be top priority. I was a sky customer for 25 years left because I moved and large trees prevented me getting a satellite dish.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt, yep brand new sky q on Saturday, worked fine then, yesterday and now today says no satalite signal
