@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the quick reply. Tried that, it initially says there’s an outage that should be fixed in a few hours. But, the service checker says there are no known issues. Not sure how often that’s updated.

Getting really fed up with @SkyHelpTeam broadband keeps dropping out every 5 minutes. Done all the checks they suggest. Starting to think me declining an upgrade may be at the base of these issues.

@SkyHelpTeam We have tried those steps and still nothing. I was in hold for nearly 90 minutes before being cut off. It is not just me, 2 of my neighbours have the same problem also.
