    @SkyHelpTeam It is also the green cabinet on the street that is our issue as it has been taken out by a car! So if we bypass it using our fibre to door we won’t have an issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why has your SkyQ made all these issues? My service was completely fine before. Forget the communal dish, get your engineers out give me my own dish. Like the rest of the 2 other flats in my block.

    @SkyHelpTeam Would love to but now waiting another 2 weeks for an engineer as new sky q still not working. Installed on 5th august, already one engineer visit and require another one! Terrible service while still expected to pay!

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam our broadband is constantly pretty intermittent and patchy - we’ve got a brilliant extender but it’s still iffy… I think it might be the router that’s the problem - how do we go about replacing it? Otherwise our toddler might insist we change providers!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've done that, it says there's an issue then takes me through the steps. Unplug everything etc then Sat's it's fixed but it's not as I have to keep doing it every week.

    @SkyHelpTeam According to your terms and conditions we qualify for compensation at a daily rate until fixed under the Automatic compensation code for complete loss of broadband service.

    @SkyUK you absolute crooks! Just seen what you’ve been charging my mum and exploiting her elderly vulnerability. £100 for non existent broadband, upping her bill without consent - awful.
