What is a diamond member of 21 years worth @SkyUK? not a lot apparently. Always thought your customer service @SkyHelpTeam was second to none and that’s why my mum stayed. Today cancelled TV, broadband and phone. I’ll be following suit as soon as my contract is finished.

The only times I hear or see @KellyCates on @SkySports is always just before advertisements, without fail. That's awful because she is by far one of the best presenters on Sky. Sort it out @SkySports 😡

@liamstephen_ @SkyHelpTeam Our WiFi is incredible, have no issues at all. We only got sky glass because our TV broke and we were ordered the upgrade so just made sense. Wish we hadn't bothered, it's like living in 1998
