@SkyHelpTeam It attempts to run the diagnostics test and defaults to a Call Us contact page. Just to note - reports of other Sky BB customers in my local area FB community group also without Sky Broadband, so it looks like a network issue rather than an individual issue?

@SkyHelpTeam hey so just upgraded my phone to iPhone13 and my 4g now sucks, getting 6mbps max, earlier it was only 0.6 I didn’t have this problem with my iPhone 11, what’s going on? I’m paying for a better phone not worse …
