They've turned into this sensationalism machine pushing negative narratives for engagement a long time ago and United are their biggest cash cow. It's best to not watch them & let the network die.

  gotta love calling @SkyUK about an outage only to be told i can’t find out if there’s an outage unless my name is on the bill even though im asking about the postcode and not an address. they then refuse to transfer me to anyone higher up or give me any reference number for the call. 🙃

  Very poor service from @dpd_courierhelp today. Driver didn’t ring the doorbell then claimed I wasn’t in. Customer service was dismissive when I asked to make a complaint. @SkyHelpTeam you should consider how delivery partners reflect on your service.

  @charlieldrv @SkyHelpTeam Very frustrating last night. Ok till halftime. Then started to replay all of 1st half. Tried to access 2nd half. Got message saying no such service. Eventually came back with 20 minutes left. 🤬🤬🤬
