At a time of a cost of living crisis, with people having to make cutbacks on non-essentials I can’t help but wonder how @SkyUK can justify charging customers £60 per add on when cancelling these? To save £43 a month I first have to pay £120 @SkyHelpTeam

Most of my working week has been spent dealing with the broken office phone line. @SkyHelpTeam sent @openreachhelp to look at a different problem than the one I have. He spoke to Sky. They asked me to ring. So far 1hr 11minutes on hold with a call handler.
