@SkyHelpTeam as usual my Internet is not working. This has been going off 2 to 4 times a day since the big issue in September. No, it's not my broadband, its affecting loads of people across the country. It's a disgusting service considering I've been a customer for over 22 yrs

@SkyHelpTeam my sky q mini says “no satellite signal” but I can watch recordings and Netflix/prime etc. Main box got signal, no issue. I’ve rebooted router, main box and mini box several times. What’s the issue? How do I fix it? Thanks.

The Dolby atmos sound on @SkySports UHD is never great but it’s a whole other level of crap today. Volume going up and down, completely dropping out and can’t hear the commentators. I’ve switched off DD+ in Sky Q box audio settings for now but it’s only marginally better in DD
