@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Becca, there has to a process where you can refer this to your manager. They can then contact the applicable customer service manager. Someone somewhere has the ability to get things going. Calling them appears to be getting me nowhere.

I already pay stupid money, like many, to watch @btsportfootball and @SkySports to find that @primevideosport is covering tonight’s 2 PL games ....... maybe time to call it a day and just stick with Match of the Day....

@seaby13 @LorenzoBrauer @SkySports My son was there, took him 38 minutes to leave the ground and catch a park and ride bus, he said they were singing rude songs about Sky, expect Sky muted the sound when they broadcast the game. Disgraceful way to treat fans.
