@SkyHelpTeam 2. The person I did manage to speak to explained this a known issue with CCA and how this is handled. I’m sure there are consumer protection agencies around financial services that would be interested to know you appear to be willingly compromising your customers.

@ormchancer @SkyUK Hi Craig. I just wanted to know if your issue was fixed. Because I just cannot do out of sync as I am deaf in my left ear and wear headphones. I have an awesome 58" TV on the wall and I use my Firestick mainly. I have been thinking of Sky Glass for a while. But I am unsure. Thx.

@SkyHelpTeam up next......... how sky is making people stay in contract even though they cant afford to pay bcos of the rising cost of living....... sky will break the contract if you want to upgrade your package but if you want to cancel your package they wont let you
