@SkyHelpTeam Online steps can't fix it as we have copper wiring. I'm asking if there is anything that can be done to help boost the signal so it doesn't buffer! Trying to watch anything is a nightmare, even with only one device connected.

@SkyHelpTeam Problem is when I called they said “we can’t do anything” and then proceed to blame outreach and say they couldn’t get hold of them. I got hold of them instantly so an absolute lie. Costing 100s of people weeks of work / money losing £1000s what’s going to fix that @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam We had one device connected. One! Is there anything that can be done to boost the signal. Paying for WiFi and then having to buy 4 decent mobile packages to enable us to use our phones to go online.
