    Settling down to Super Sunday on @SkySports & find that I can't get the UHD option up. Never had this issue before. Any ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam Surely you would know if an admin charge is applicable to an existing customer accepting a new a deal regardless of offers available? I’m not changing equipment etc. Only entering a new contract so can’t fathom why I’d be charged £20 for my custom being retained

    @SkySports United gave goals to Everton without Everton putting up a fight.I don’t blame the forward attack they did all to bring us back ,but out two turtle defenders Harry and Lindeof are poor

    @SkySports These so called "experienced" refs are making the same mistakes weekly and they've even got VAR to help them. So 4 refs on the pitch and 3 on VAR between them they all get it wrong,not good enough or hidden agendas?Give young refs a chance or get some from abroad

    @SkyHelpTeam There’s nothing in your Help section dealing with this issue, despite the fact that you’re aware of the problem (“teething problems with the new box”) and getting through on the phone is a nightmare, hence the request to you to see if you can help?

    Terrible customer service from @skytv / @SkyHelpTeam. Agreed 18mth contract but due to various "deals"/"offers" running out they think they can hike my bill by £20 in April, another £30 in May and another £15 in August. Always check your bills! I'll take my £1368 to @virginmedia
