@SkyUK After recommending you to my mother your installers have damaged her CCTV and fixings to the wall. Now she is being passed from pillar to post with your team so can't get it fixed. I also now only get robots on your chat system. V Poor!!

@SkyUK what an absolute disgusting service -I need to pay for an engineer to come and look at the line I rent from you paid with money -so glad I cancelled after using 70gb of mobile data to get me here. I was a long term customer and have just reduced my TV too #sky #badservice

@SkyHelpTeam It would have been the same but when I tried to reset the p/w it said there wasn’t an account. It also said it looked like an existing customer when we tried a different email address.

@SkyHelpTeam for the THIRD time this week my Sky Q Mini box won't join our network and is showing error code MR102. This is getting beyond a joke now. It's only my mini box that keeps doing it and the online help pages offer no help at all. Any help from real people appreciated!

Takes 9 days to get Openreach to dig up my drive to lay fibre to my house! But takes 4 weeks to wait for internal install!! Sky Glass waiting but can’t use it due to poor broadband! Completely mismanaged by @SkyHelpTeam #whatajoke #shouldhaveusedvirgin #jokers
