@SkyHelpTeam I did try all steps before. Power reset your sky hub several times and the internet light is always OFF. I am not able to sign in my account in your website either. It showed access denied so I cannot test my connection.

@SkyHelpTeam No because I am watching the race live and don't want to miss anything and because of the signal been jumpy as he'll just missed a crucial pass with Lewis Hamilton not happy at all I pay alot of money and expect better
