@SkyHelpTeam They start the same time as me , I don’t get in till after six have my tea then phone sky, speak to someone who puts me through to the people I need to speak to remain on hold till they close great customer service

@SkyHelpTeam Main box just frozen, knocked out one of the other TV’s tried using Wi-Fi to connect the tv to Netflix, poor Wi-Fi, mini box is supposed to be a hot spot and it’s just below the tv? If Q is the latest technology I’d hate to see the worst, one box knocks out all the rest 🤔
