    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had “no satellite signal” on my Sky Q hub since 11am? I’ve tried restarting it, but not sure if there’s a known issue on your end or if there’s a problem with my box or satellite?

    @SkyHelpTeam why am i having problems with skyq last few days over night recordings say power cut, losing mini box connections now cant access apps like netflix , discovery plus and disney please explain why i pay alot for the service and it rubbish at present.

    @SkyHelpTeam WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Automated voice on all customer service lines saying “our staff are in training”... hopefully that training is in CUSTOMER SERVICE as my internet is down, my business effected and there is NO support from you as I CAN’T SPEAK TO ANYONE

    @SkyHelpTeam i’ve done all this, i’ve been on the phone twice with your sky team and they say the exact thing your website says. there’s clearly an issue somewhere and i want it sorting as soon as possible.
