@DannyWoodwad @SkyUK No. Had it in my house and WiFi was awful and didn't like the virgin TV guide. Now back with sky and loving it. Cheers though

@SkyHelpTeam I really need to be working, and its the majority of the street that isnt working. Can you check against the address to see what the problem is as its a wider issue than just my house.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet connection and others in the same street have gone down and at the same time there was a bt openreach engineer doing works. I am working from and need connection. Also the send engineer option isnt working on the my sky app.
