    @SkyHelpTeam we submitted a complaint about our Sky glass tv and received an automated reply saying we would get a personal reply within 24 hours. This was 31/01/23 and nothing since. It is so difficult to get through to someone so now trying you!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky glass crashed AGAIN today…this is now beyond a joke. If anyone is considering switching / buying glass DON’T. Sky’s max 159mb on my bandwidth can’t cope along with other devices. Never had this problem with Q. You’ve released glass too soon Sky!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Your engineer failed to arrive yesterday. It would seem you message option is down for making a complaint. Your contact number doesn’t accept calls from outside UK. How do I re-arrange the engineer visit in these circumstances?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I'm having trouble linking my auntie's Sky ID to her online account. She doesn't recieve bills by post and she's searched her email and can't find any bills on there either, so not sure where to find her ID number 1/2

    @SkyUK upgraded broadband, TV etc. yesterday - broadband issues for 24 hours plus now, constantly losing connections, no service in many rooms despite paying a premium to guarantee this. Failure to return calls at agreed times, please can some help? Pitiful experience

    @Buntingfootball Totally agree..Middlesbrough away (and an away for them, too) midweek 7.45 is just as bad. @SkySports bang on about ‘for the fans’ it’s about time they proved it.

    @SkyHelpTeam now on day 5 of no broadband AB22 8 area. Repeatedly checking system status and rebooting router just incase. I've done and keep doing all the checks but still no connection. When is the outage going to be fixed!
