@SkyUK BEWARE: The lack of recording is a total joke. Many things aired are not available to watch back due to licensing. It pulls everything from apps and the experience on some is terrible.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes,the line test failed, I’m on Ultrafast, the said there was an outage, however the app reported no faults in my area. The Power network and LAN ONT lights were green. The routers internet light was out. All working again in couple of hours.
