Sky Broadband are so bad. Rarely works and the customer service is so bad and unhelpful. I’m continually left with no broadband and they don’t seem bothered. Bet they would be if I stopped my direct debit. I would recommend people after broadband avoid @SkyUK where possible

Sky Broadband absolutely hopeless. Exactly the same problem that they supposedly fixed. Not been impressed with Sky. @SkyHelpTeam
