    Settling down to Super Sunday on @SkySports & find that I can't get the UHD option up. Never had this issue before. Any ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I have tried this. It says my connection is ‘back up and running’ at the end when it isn’t. The ‘things to try at home’ section also doesn’t show my issue as the orange internet light is on but this isn’t listed. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Called the advised number online, automated message stating there's a known issue and I'll be advised... 30 hours and counting. Guess no tests will be carried out then?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hey, my router is showing orange for the internet & I can’t get online. I’ve followed the online steps and it tells me my router is up and running but it’s still not. It’s been like this since last night. No issues in the area. What can I do? Thanks.
