@Cullercoats11 @SkySports @btsport I’ve cancelled sky a long time ago. I went for a job interview for sky they try all sorts to keep the customer then put prices up once they have signed back up for another term pure greed it’s all about getting that little extra money out of customers and false promises

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah we have tried everything from the help pages and forums but the router is on and shows wireless but no Internet it was fine befor 11 so not sure 😕
