  @SkyUK 11 days without broadband. Sky’s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.

  @charlieldrv @SkyHelpTeam What on earth are you doing to it. I’ve never had a single channel freeze on Q. I’m on stream now and so far so good too. You say sky +. Which doesn’t exist anymore. Are you actually on the old white box? If so. You’re being robbed get off it and get Q installed.

  @charlieldrv @SkyHelpTeam Had the same with our full package, sky fibre coverage of Pompey vs Rams.. skipping back, slowing than dial-up internet. Would’ve been a better service if they’d just taken photos and faxed them to me.
