@JustCallMeAms @RoseDAnnor @SkyHelpTeam What all of you seem to not fathom is that every provider uses Openreach. You are receiving EXACTLY the same broadband through your line you are just paying a different company for it. If you have an issue on the line you would have the exact same issue regardless of the provider

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK absolutely shameful company. Ongoing broadband and TV issues for 3 weeks. Hours spent on the phone/online to customer care. Only to be told to speak to the Value team and sign up to XYZ then it’ll fix my wifi. What an absolute liberty. Bye

While I’m on one. @SkyHelpTeam what’s the next solution to my wifi/tv dropping in and out? 3 times I’ve followed your instructions to “turn it on and off” and still the same thing every time. Just about ready to hoy the router into the garden now

@emseditorial It's not a bad thing really,for those of us who have Prime and won't pay Sky's ridiculous prices. You can still cancel SkySports and get a much cheaper Prime.👍

@SkyUK - you should be absolutely bloody ashamed at yourselves - elderly parents 89 & 90, severely immobile and phone and care line down - and the best you can do is get an e gunner out on Tuesday and also tell them they need increase their use age - WOW how disgusting
