    So 32 days after I gave @Sky 31 days notice of me leaving I'm still being billed, they still tried to take money out of my account that I don't owe them, @SkyHelpTeam are still of very little use and I've filed a complaint. This after it took them 3 months and multiple calls

    So my Sky Q box is playing up again @SkyHelpTeam blue flashing light for hours, then a software update for a while longer, every day! I DM’d you but got your auto response system. Would rather chat to an actual person about this issue if possible please.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have to wait two days to get my broadband internet as you can’t fix it the same day ? your prices are going up this month aswell and you expect me to pay the full amount

    So after being lied too by two @SkyHelpTeam on the phone last night and today regarding a downgrade to a cheaper package, I’ve now been placed on hold to speak to a fourth person as the last one can’t help apparently. 90 mins on hold and counting - #notgoodenough @MartinSLewis

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope, still says there is a fault with transmitter, check back today. 3 of in our house, all on sky mobile and no signal unless connecter to WiFi. Getting ridiculous
