    Settling down to Super Sunday on @SkySports & find that I can't get the UHD option up. Never had this issue before. Any ideas?

    @Russats @SkyHelpTeam They've just clarified to me that it's not permanent in fairness - moved UHD to Main Event for this game only because of a tech issue.

    @SkyUK could you please update customers on the problems with broadband in poole, we have not had WiFi since this afternoon and can't get through to anyone to try and fix it!

    Same old @SpursOfficial unfortunately, big games we don’t turn up. Poor defensive mistakes , not great going forward . Where’s consistency @FA_PGMOL , yesterday a red card and a penalty for very similar challenges. #Tottenham #SkySports @GNev2

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Tony. I tried your Live Chat service. It told me I was in a queue but didn’t give me a queue position and received no further updates after about 30mins so I gave up. I’ll try again tomorrow.

    @RealSoupyTwist @SkyUK All I require from Sky is the ability to watch my Sky package on a second TV in 4K. I have 2 mini boxes, they’re both in SD … one in the bedroom is fine, partner doesn’t care much about quality. The one in my gaming room is utterly useless. I can’t watch Sky in SD. It’s ****.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem in the NW region? Our boxes keep disconnecting from the WiFi with an error message mr106, activation server problem. Rebooted router and boxes three times now. Please help. Its very frustrating. :-(
