    @ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

    @SkyUK just received a letter from you saying my Sky subscription is to increase again, that’s the final straw I’ll be phoning to cancel Sky completely.

    @SkyUK My broadband sucks!! Averaging between 10.3 & 23mbs can't stream watch anything and yes I've rebooted my router 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Currently not able to connect to internet albeit the internet light on router is showing steady green. Voice light is orange and telephone is down. Based near Peterborough. Is this consistent with the issues/location you are reporting?
