@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyUK I have questions. 1) What if broadband goes down? Can I use my dish as a back-up? 2) Does it support multi-screen? 3) Can I record to it? If so, what is the capacity? My Q box has 2TB. 4) What is the warranty period? The website says 2 years but the tech specs suggest 3.

@SkyHelpTeam It's already connected, has been since 27th Sept, but your team didn't do the basics to ensure it worked. After fixing it it's then been completely disconnected days later, for me to then be told it'll take at least another week to even look at, let alone fix. Awful service.

@SkyHelpTeam Have an egineer in now, been waiting over a week. Surprisingly he cannot find a problem with equipment. As we keep telling Sky its the ancient bt (openreach) hardware in my area - heavy rain = outage as pole box leaks. Drying it & mastic seal only lasts 6 months, then same again.

@SkyHelpTeam That did not happen last Friday as you well know and when one has no internet or phone how the heck would one contact the “tech team “ Yes the outage affected the phone

@SkyHelpTeam Screen is just black when I try and click on any tv channel, or try and watch something recorded. Netflix also doesn’t appear to be working through sky box either. Internet in house is fine as WFH and having no connectivity issues

@SkyHelpTeam I've had the subscription for 10yrs they say all my end was fine they had no idea why it was saying that. Must be a area issue but like I said no1 elase5in my street has any bother
