Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam The boxes were reset and all worked ok in the end. What I’m asking is why should a hardwired box get connectivity problems needing a reset. Error MR102.

@SkyHelpTeam Don't buy this hunk of crap paying for 500mbs getting 98 at most and it cuts out once to twice per day at random times. if you or anyone play games in the house this will get you banned from certain games and will make online play feel like it did in 2007

@SkyHelpTeam That’s the issue. I can’t . The customer service number is sending me round in circles &I can’t get to speak to anyone, and when I do they’re saying there is no fault present as it’s reset. It’s like Groundhog Day
