@SkyHelpTeam Realistically, you're not going to be able to. I know you're just doing your job in social/customer care, but the issues run far deeper. Sky's Broadband is consistently weak, you guys get pushed to the front line rather than an easy helpline and David Rey shouldn't be in a job.

@SkySports its a sad state of affairs when the public resort to this level of intimidation for something to be done about poor refereeing. The league and referees should have done something about this to avoid the poor performance in the first place. no change to points or bans?

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Was lied to two weeks ago about a new 18-month contract price, made a complaint, was told I'd get called back in late January, nothing happened. Called up today and agreed another new price for an 18-month contract, checked at least 6 times that all discounts

@MightyBronan @Brandon_Downes @SkySports It is when AJ knocked down Ruiz seconds before , then he got up and threw a punch to keep AJ away and AJ tried to duck to avoid it and he got caught behind his ear. Which made his equilibrium go and he couldn’t recover and therefore he eventually got stopped.
