Sadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless 😞

@SkyHelpTeam Sky engineers been out. Pinpointed the problem in the green BT boxes. BT engineers been out to it. The port is knackered. Been scheduled to be repaired by dec 31st!!! Been without internet for nearly 2 wks. No on demand etc either. Partner cant work from home. Not good

@SkyHelpTeam Well, they weren’t available. I finally got through. It was to change the address on the home move. My estate agent got the number wrong. But your colleague just told me I had to cancel the whole thing and rebook it. Probably going to give me a new date in about a month I bet🙁

@alan_keena @Birdcarl @SkyHelpTeam I will see if Sky will actually install today as they can't come in my home. That will be a problem as I have lots of walls and doors before getting into the living room. This will be interesting. I have a feeling it will be cancelled! Sky's Covid rules for installation is weird!

@SkyHelpTeam Ordered TV & BB package. Broadband delayed, called to chase & told would be updated in 24-48 hours. I had to call 5 days later and have been told Sky have to cancel my order. TV engineer drilled a hole in my wall then told me they can’t install. Unfathomably bad service

@SkyHelpTeam TV: That I would need to pay to dig up and channel wires underground to a point 20m away to fit the dish or chop down trees. BB: That I would need to wait 24 hours to allow cancellation and then place a new order.
