Sadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless 😞

@SkyUK hi had sky installed this afternoon! Was working fine moved the tv and now not receiving any satellite!! 30 minute que on the phone! Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam Its a wired connection to PC, worked fine until a couple of days ago when you posted about problems in Suffolk area and thats when it started going down constantly, and still is despite you saying its been fixed in this area

@SkyHelpTeam having bad internet issues signal keeps dropping in and out. Did the online connection test saying we do have an issue an engineer is booked but that can take 2-5 days. Is there anything that can be done sooner to help this issue as cannot rely on internet at all?

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah that doesn't really help when the internet is down AGAIN when it's back up it says there's no problem in my area which is bollocks- how do i book someone to come out and take a look in this convoluted mess of a website? The contact details are there *somewhere* isn't helpful
