    @SkyHelpTeam it appears that broadband is down again. We have all 3 green lights on our hub but no wifi connection. Also heard from others around #Cornwall that theirs is down too.

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to install your new My Sky app on my android phone. Was like install > sign in (didn't say for Google or Sky) > password again (enter Google password) > enter code (enter from text) > (tiny screen) So you don't locked out > (back to Google Store) sign in >....

    So @SkySports have done videos of Mesut Ozil’s goals. He’s got some crackers. It’s quite sad, once you see past all the ****. He was may favourite player outside of Arsenal in 2013. Now he virtually means nothing. That feeling changed in an Arsenal shirt. That makes me sad.

    @SkyHelpTeam seriously unhappy with Sky I ordered TV, Talk and BB in early August and still have no BB. A series of delays, confused instructions to Open Reach and now even the Recovery Team cannot resolve. Seriously bad service I wish I had gone elsewhere !

    Sadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless 😞

    Example of how I fell for a trap 18-month contract with @SkyHelpTeam. Go to record Inside Number 9. Autoselects HD. I cancelled HD so it would fail. I go to other formats select SD have to cancel HD first to make space. Could it give me choice not steal all that time?

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with TV at the moment? Can’t get any channels. We’re in the TR11 Falmouth Cornwall area. Broadband, Netflix etc working still though.

    @SkyUK a very letdown 20 plus year customer increasing my bill by over 45% as out of contract with no communication whatsoever - but it’s ok to send me multiple emails about your products all the time #disgrace

    @SkyHelpTeam charging a 20 year customer who is on furlough in a global pandemic and can't afford it 60 quid to cancel sky sports off the contract is a pretty terrible thing to isn't it . What a lovely company you are .

    Well it seems like I've sorted our @SkyUK Q Box + Google mesh WiFi daily disconnecting problem. I've had to cable connect the Q box into the mesh pod. Bit of a pain as I had both my games consoles hardwired. Such a pity the two systems don't play nicely together :(

    @SkyHelpTeam As of today, we’ll be cancelling our contract. What we get isn’t great as it is, but a four day wait for subpar internet and a 3/10 customer service is the final straw. You guys should remove broadband as an offering.

    @SkyHelpTeam So you are saying until she pays for a product she was mis sold and does not want then she can’t do anything? Sounds like theft to me. She has been a customer with you for 20+ years she called because her broadband was suddenly £60+ now you’re charging her over £100!!!!??

    @SkyUK I’ve logged a complaint over 2 weeks ago promised a call back yet no call has been returned. This is appalling. I wanted to cancel my sky and reassured it would be done!

    @SkyNews @SkyUK The funny thing is you phone them and tell them, the package your on is cheaper to become a new customer, but then they say with all your discounts on your account we can’t do nothing. So much for being a sky vip
