simon gillings (@gillings76) reported from Newquay, England@SkyUK a very letdown 20 plus year customer increasing my bill by over 45% as out of contract with no communication whatsoever - but it’s ok to send me multiple emails about your products all the time #disgrace
-

-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Oh no. Thank you for the warnings. However, I was having this issue with Series 1, which I am rewatching before series 2. It seems as if I have to do a huge route around for each episode. Surely the decision to watch is with viewers to decide what themes are sensitive?
-
JeremySquibb 💙💛 (@JeremySquibb) reported from Helston, England@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports
-
Matt Thomas (@DuchyOvenClean) reported from St Mewan, England@SkyHelpTeam it appears that broadband is down again. We have all 3 green lights on our hub but no wifi connection. Also heard from others around #Cornwall that theirs is down too.
-
Very Grumpy Girdle🇪🇺🏴🇫🇷 (@TanyaAGT) reported from Grampound, England@Raphaelite_Girl @GadgetInvestor @SkyUK Charge ridiculous amount, don't make any programs, get huge money in from ads, then spend nothing on customer service
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Had you checked this issue was fixed and then suggested I deleted and downloaded again it would have saved me time and stress. The ability to see this from a customer perspective helps instead of entitlement. Asking format and episode for a film was irrelevant and disrespectful.
-
Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, EnglandHey @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with TV at the moment? Can’t get any channels. We’re in the TR11 Falmouth Cornwall area. Broadband, Netflix etc working still though.
-
Dermot O Callaghan (@Omodon) reported from Quintrell Downs, EnglandHow awful is Soccer AM on @SkySports now, waiting for the @Carabao_Cup draw and can’t watch these idiots anymore, will catch up on who @LCFC face in the next round on here later..
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Please check if it's working at your end before asking me irrelevant questions. Are subtitles on this film working at source? I report subtitles issues often and it ALWAYS turns out I'm reporting a blip so please respect my time and just answer my question.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Sorry, I haven't heard this angle before and have reported subtitle problems for years! Usually they are at source so relate to all sky equipment.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam You're sorry I take issue? Take some responsibility please. How rude. I provided information that Playing God is a film on Sky Cinema, see the thread, which I watched in HD and Tony asked which episode it was. A week before Jason replied to thank me for reporting the issue.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, EnglandExample of how I fell for a trap 18-month contract with @SkyHelpTeam. Go to record Inside Number 9. Autoselects HD. I cancelled HD so it would fail. I go to other formats select SD have to cancel HD first to make space. Could it give me choice not steal all that time?
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@wired2thebrink @SkyHelpTeam I'm getting other things OK. Just out of synch with a recording from yesterday. Maybe things were down then as I couldn't see subtitles oon things I wanted to record yesterday.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam OK, then I'm not reporting subtitle issues anymore. If you don't appreciate customers reporting issues enough to check if it is at source, I'm not spending whole evenings on Twitter troubleshooting when I know what to do if it's my end but more often than not it's at source.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Becca. I got around the problem, as kept switching to SD but it kept throwing up barriers to entry. Monday morning is not when am focusing on TV viewing so any replies will do later.
-
Nick Jaye (@NickJaye1) reported from Probus, England@SkySports I agree never heard anything so one sided in Liverpool’s favour
-
Brad (@Poldisleftpeg) reported from Saint Agnes, EnglandSo @SkySports have done videos of Mesut Ozil’s goals. He’s got some crackers. It’s quite sad, once you see past all the ****. He was may favourite player outside of Arsenal in 2013. Now he virtually means nothing. That feeling changed in an Arsenal shirt. That makes me sad.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Thank you NW. I will if the subtitles disappear. Sometimes it has been my wifi signal. Sometimes a blip elsewhere.
