    The #subtitles are far out of synch on The Paper Tigers @SkyHelpTeam I notice a silence about more than halving the #SkyCinema service also.

    @SkyHelpTeam You're sorry I take issue? Take some responsibility please. How rude. I provided information that Playing God is a film on Sky Cinema, see the thread, which I watched in HD and Tony asked which episode it was. A week before Jason replied to thank me for reporting the issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Becca. I got around the problem, as kept switching to SD but it kept throwing up barriers to entry. Monday morning is not when am focusing on TV viewing so any replies will do later.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you Carol, that is great. As feedback, if a subtitle issue is reported to check at source across all equipment before asking questions. I've been asked so many different questions when I report subtitle issues, when this could be a 3 message conversation not 4 hours to sort

    @SkyHelpTeam If it's working at source, then I know what to do at this end. As I said, I often report subtitle issues and more often there is a an issue at your end. Please just answer my question. Are subtitles working on The Tiger Rising? I will stop reporting issues if you prefer?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, thank you for saying that. By giving me the info that the issue was reported previously (by me last week) and subtitles now showing, to delete and download again it would have saved time and stress. My responses are feedback to how you came across. Info before questions

    Pity @SkyUK has decided to bury information about what new films have come out on Sky Cinema. I will be cancelling. This after no price reduction and over half reduction in new premieres. Bad customer UX.

    @SkyHelpTeam OK, then I'm not reporting subtitle issues anymore. If you don't appreciate customers reporting issues enough to check if it is at source, I'm not spending whole evenings on Twitter troubleshooting when I know what to do if it's my end but more often than not it's at source.

    @SkyHelpTeam Had you checked this issue was fixed and then suggested I deleted and downloaded again it would have saved me time and stress. The ability to see this from a customer perspective helps instead of entitlement. Asking format and episode for a film was irrelevant and disrespectful.

    @SkyHelpTeam Previously on many many many occasions, Carole, Jason and many others have told me if there is an issue at source without knowing about my equipment. I'm on Sky Q. I'm not reporting subtitle issues again as it stresses me out repeating the whole, wasteful time consuming process.

    @SkyHelpTeam Oh no. Thank you for the warnings. However, I was having this issue with Series 1, which I am rewatching before series 2. It seems as if I have to do a huge route around for each episode. Surely the decision to watch is with viewers to decide what themes are sensitive?

    @SkyHelpTeam where are new Sky Premieres listed now, then? As someone paying for a service, it is annoying that they aren't labelled, more than halved, no price drop, no heads up and now they're muddled in with old films (Liar Liar) so it takes time to even find new premieres.

    @wired2thebrink @SkyHelpTeam I'm getting other things OK. Just out of synch with a recording from yesterday. Maybe things were down then as I couldn't see subtitles oon things I wanted to record yesterday.

    Once again, truly abysmal service from @SkyUK & @WeAreOpenreach attended on the 23rd to instal FTTP, decided after just 20 mins to put it squarely in the ‘too hard just before Xmas’ box and walked away, done 1/2 a job. @SkyUK blaming OR, and I’m left with no recourse at all.

    @SkyUK is there any reason that you won't allow @Google phones not to use the 5g network that people pay for, just purchased a Pixel 6 and you won't let me use 5g??? Guess me aswel as others will be looking for a new network to ensure we can use our 5g.

    @SkyHelpTeam 1/1. my broadband service stopped working on 24th December. I was promised that it will be up by 30th December. But now, I have been asked to wait till 4th January. This is completely unacceptable and a classic case of #harassment #skybroadband please help ASAP #SKY

    @SkyHelpTeam No internet, 5 hours trying to resolve this to be told that we need an engineer to come to our home but they can’t book one and don’t know why but it’s a fault on our account? Now to 72 hours for someone to call back. Internet is vital for working from home. Help?!

    @SkyUK Been a sky customer for 17 years, just cancelled as moving house and they decided to charge me the full month’s subscription. Customer loyalty at it’s best..not!
