    @SkyHelpTeam trying to install your new My Sky app on my android phone. Was like install > sign in (didn't say for Google or Sky) > password again (enter Google password) > enter code (enter from text) > (tiny screen) So you don't locked out > (back to Google Store) sign in >....

    @SkyHelpTeam seriously unhappy with Sky I ordered TV, Talk and BB in early August and still have no BB. A series of delays, confused instructions to Open Reach and now even the Recovery Team cannot resolve. Seriously bad service I wish I had gone elsewhere !

    @SkyHelpTeam charging a 20 year customer who is on furlough in a global pandemic and can't afford it 60 quid to cancel sky sports off the contract is a pretty terrible thing to isn't it . What a lovely company you are .

    Example of how I fell for a trap 18-month contract with @SkyHelpTeam. Go to record Inside Number 9. Autoselects HD. I cancelled HD so it would fail. I go to other formats select SD have to cancel HD first to make space. Could it give me choice not steal all that time?

    So my total @SkyUK bill is going up by £8/month. Two weeks notice given. That's over a 10% rise on my previous bills. Time to cancel I think :(

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you NW. I will if the subtitles disappear. Sometimes it has been my wifi signal. Sometimes a blip elsewhere.

    Well it seems like I've sorted our @SkyUK Q Box + Google mesh WiFi daily disconnecting problem. I've had to cable connect the Q box into the mesh pod. Bit of a pain as I had both my games consoles hardwired. Such a pity the two systems don't play nicely together :(

    @SkyHelpTeam This morning I've hardwired the q box into one of the Google mesh pods to see if that helps. Seems to be bit of a problem looking online.

    Sadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless 😞

    So @SkySports have done videos of Mesut Ozil’s goals. He’s got some crackers. It’s quite sad, once you see past all the ****. He was may favourite player outside of Arsenal in 2013. Now he virtually means nothing. That feeling changed in an Arsenal shirt. That makes me sad.

    @SkyUK this isn’t the only time happening but after I looked at how bad sky is for other people then I guess it’s tactical for you guys, when people call you to try and fix it,u give them an offer and they buy that, which makes you guys money

    @SkyHelpTeam why is there a 3 day wait to speak to your network team? you sent someone out last friday they found a fault, openreach came on monday and couldn't fix it. Why am i now being made to wait an additional 3 days for you get back to me with the next step?

    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to explain to my daughter why she cannot watch her favourite program tonight as Sky is not working. Time to move provider. Is there any way to do it via email and I cannot be bothered waisting my time on the phone.

    @krismclean2208 @SkyUK @lionsofficial Adding it will probably come with a 31 day cooling off period mate. If that’s the case, keep it for a month and cancel.
