    @SkyHelpTeam Had you checked this issue was fixed and then suggested I deleted and downloaded again it would have saved me time and stress. The ability to see this from a customer perspective helps instead of entitlement. Asking format and episode for a film was irrelevant and disrespectful.

    @SkyHelpTeam charging a 20 year customer who is on furlough in a global pandemic and can't afford it 60 quid to cancel sky sports off the contract is a pretty terrible thing to isn't it . What a lovely company you are .

    @SkyHelpTeam Previously on many many many occasions, Carole, Jason and many others have told me if there is an issue at source without knowing about my equipment. I'm on Sky Q. I'm not reporting subtitle issues again as it stresses me out repeating the whole, wasteful time consuming process.

Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam where are new Sky Premieres listed now, then? As someone paying for a service, it is annoying that they aren't labelled, more than halved, no price drop, no heads up and now they're muddled in with old films (Liar Liar) so it takes time to even find new premieres.

    Example of how I fell for a trap 18-month contract with @SkyHelpTeam. Go to record Inside Number 9. Autoselects HD. I cancelled HD so it would fail. I go to other formats select SD have to cancel HD first to make space. Could it give me choice not steal all that time?

    @DavidHenigUK @SkySports I know many PL fans that also attend non-league too, like myself & frankly, it’s more enjoyable than paying extortionate prices to watch sideways & backwards Pep lite crap surrounded by tourists who spend much more to watch the game through their phones

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Just cancel it. You have 14 days to do so without penalty (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). The make sure that you remove any further business from them. Ringing and being aggressive will just have your call terminated by them.

    @SkyHelpTeam I changed provider from Tesco mobile to sky mobile earlier this year the reception I receive is shocking around Worcester. Can barely make phone calls! Why is it so bad?

    @SkySports Not exactly something to get excited about... first time in my 30+ years of watching F1 that I haven't been interested in the races because of the awful manufactured bullshit racing that the new regs have caused. It's just terrible. I pray they sort it out ASAP
