    @SkyHelpTeam If it's working at source, then I know what to do at this end. As I said, I often report subtitle issues and more often there is a an issue at your end. Please just answer my question. Are subtitles working on The Tiger Rising? I will stop reporting issues if you prefer?

    @SkyHelpTeam Oh no. Thank you for the warnings. However, I was having this issue with Series 1, which I am rewatching before series 2. It seems as if I have to do a huge route around for each episode. Surely the decision to watch is with viewers to decide what themes are sensitive?

    @SkyHelpTeam Had you checked this issue was fixed and then suggested I deleted and downloaded again it would have saved me time and stress. The ability to see this from a customer perspective helps instead of entitlement. Asking format and episode for a film was irrelevant and disrespectful.

    @SkyHelpTeam Previously on many many many occasions, Carole, Jason and many others have told me if there is an issue at source without knowing about my equipment. I'm on Sky Q. I'm not reporting subtitle issues again as it stresses me out repeating the whole, wasteful time consuming process.

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with TV at the moment? Can’t get any channels. We’re in the TR11 Falmouth Cornwall area. Broadband, Netflix etc working still though.

    @SkyHelpTeam Please check if it's working at your end before asking me irrelevant questions. Are subtitles on this film working at source? I report subtitles issues often and it ALWAYS turns out I'm reporting a blip so please respect my time and just answer my question.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you NW. I will if the subtitles disappear. Sometimes it has been my wifi signal. Sometimes a blip elsewhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam You're sorry I take issue? Take some responsibility please. How rude. I provided information that Playing God is a film on Sky Cinema, see the thread, which I watched in HD and Tony asked which episode it was. A week before Jason replied to thank me for reporting the issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry, I haven't heard this angle before and have reported subtitle problems for years! Usually they are at source so relate to all sky equipment.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, thank you for saying that. By giving me the info that the issue was reported previously (by me last week) and subtitles now showing, to delete and download again it would have saved time and stress. My responses are feedback to how you came across. Info before questions

    @SkyHelpTeam charging a 20 year customer who is on furlough in a global pandemic and can't afford it 60 quid to cancel sky sports off the contract is a pretty terrible thing to isn't it . What a lovely company you are .

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Becca. I got around the problem, as kept switching to SD but it kept throwing up barriers to entry. Monday morning is not when am focusing on TV viewing so any replies will do later.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you Carol, that is great. As feedback, if a subtitle issue is reported to check at source across all equipment before asking questions. I've been asked so many different questions when I report subtitle issues, when this could be a 3 message conversation not 4 hours to sort

    The #subtitles are far out of synch on The Paper Tigers @SkyHelpTeam I notice a silence about more than halving the #SkyCinema service also.

    Example of how I fell for a trap 18-month contract with @SkyHelpTeam. Go to record Inside Number 9. Autoselects HD. I cancelled HD so it would fail. I go to other formats select SD have to cancel HD first to make space. Could it give me choice not steal all that time?

    @SkyUK I am having serious broadband issues and not been able to get in touch with someone from Sky. I have ran the test from the sky app then it has put me through to sky but no answer. This has been occurring for a few days now!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, it’s defo mine. No IP blocker or anything either so correct area. Next door having the exact same issue. I can do, yes, but on 4g. Thanks for this help. Is there away to defo check it’s the local exchange?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’ve ran diagnostics and it seems my broadband issue is here at home. Was told there was an issue where I live, Lowton, Wigan 01942 WA3, but on service update, outages are London. Guy on the phone says North, South, but that’s London and unclear. Can you help?

    @SkyUK I’m not happy. I’ve been a customer for over 21 years however if I was a New customer I would be getter a better deal.. Think it’s time to shop elsewhere to get New customer deals
