As I said, I often report subtitle issues and more often there is a an issue at your end. Please just answer my question. Are subtitles working on The Tiger Rising? I will stop reporting issues if you prefer?

I'm on Sky Q. I'm not reporting subtitle issues again as it stresses me out repeating the whole, wasteful time consuming process.

If you don't appreciate customers reporting issues enough to check if it is at source, I'm not spending whole evenings on Twitter troubleshooting when I know what to do if it's my end but more often than not it's at source.

The ability to see this from a customer perspective helps instead of entitlement. Asking format and episode for a film was irrelevant and disrespectful.

A series of delays, confused instructions to Open Reach and now even the Recovery Team cannot resolve. Seriously bad service I wish I had gone elsewhere !
