    @wired2thebrink @SkyHelpTeam I'm getting other things OK. Just out of synch with a recording from yesterday. Maybe things were down then as I couldn't see subtitles oon things I wanted to record yesterday.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you NW. I will if the subtitles disappear. Sometimes it has been my wifi signal. Sometimes a blip elsewhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam You're sorry I take issue? Take some responsibility please. How rude. I provided information that Playing God is a film on Sky Cinema, see the thread, which I watched in HD and Tony asked which episode it was. A week before Jason replied to thank me for reporting the issue.

    Well it seems like I've sorted our @SkyUK Q Box + Google mesh WiFi daily disconnecting problem. I've had to cable connect the Q box into the mesh pod. Bit of a pain as I had both my games consoles hardwired. Such a pity the two systems don't play nicely together :(

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with TV at the moment? Can’t get any channels. We’re in the TR11 Falmouth Cornwall area. Broadband, Netflix etc working still though.

    @SkyHelpTeam This morning I've hardwired the q box into one of the Google mesh pods to see if that helps. Seems to be bit of a problem looking online.

    @SkyHelpTeam Oh no. Thank you for the warnings. However, I was having this issue with Series 1, which I am rewatching before series 2. It seems as if I have to do a huge route around for each episode. Surely the decision to watch is with viewers to decide what themes are sensitive?

    Example of how I fell for a trap 18-month contract with @SkyHelpTeam. Go to record Inside Number 9. Autoselects HD. I cancelled HD so it would fail. I go to other formats select SD have to cancel HD first to make space. Could it give me choice not steal all that time?

    So @SkySports have done videos of Mesut Ozil’s goals. He’s got some crackers. It’s quite sad, once you see past all the ****. He was may favourite player outside of Arsenal in 2013. Now he virtually means nothing. That feeling changed in an Arsenal shirt. That makes me sad.

    @SkyHelpTeam seriously unhappy with Sky I ordered TV, Talk and BB in early August and still have no BB. A series of delays, confused instructions to Open Reach and now even the Recovery Team cannot resolve. Seriously bad service I wish I had gone elsewhere !

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Becca. I got around the problem, as kept switching to SD but it kept throwing up barriers to entry. Monday morning is not when am focusing on TV viewing so any replies will do later.

    @SkyHelpTeam charging a 20 year customer who is on furlough in a global pandemic and can't afford it 60 quid to cancel sky sports off the contract is a pretty terrible thing to isn't it . What a lovely company you are .

    @SkyHelpTeam He didn’t! Sub-contracted Sky engineers have been up there previously, but apparently Sky employed engineers are not allowed? I’m left with a viewing card, no SkyQ box and no idea what Sky is going to do to resolve issue. I did explain exactly where dish is to the salesperson.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK sort out the download issues with Sky Q! Remote network failure. A number of people I know are having the same issues.

    @g0lfp @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Apparently they are now Sky installers and not sub-contractors. There lies the problem. They want me to pay for a private contractor. Um no! Sky want to bolt a ruddy great pole with a dish on top to the front of my period property in an area full of listed buildings!

    @SkyHelpTeam unbelievably my broadband still not sorted. Been moved to sky boost at extra cost and still download speeds averaging 13 !! Is there no one who can help or I can speak to. Since December nothing but terrible service and me phoning every week — just a disaster
