Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, EnglandWell it seems like I've sorted our @SkyUK Q Box + Google mesh WiFi daily disconnecting problem. I've had to cable connect the Q box into the mesh pod. Bit of a pain as I had both my games consoles hardwired. Such a pity the two systems don't play nicely together :(

Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam If it's working at source, then I know what to do at this end. As I said, I often report subtitle issues and more often there is a an issue at your end. Please just answer my question. Are subtitles working on The Tiger Rising? I will stop reporting issues if you prefer?
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Previously on many many many occasions, Carole, Jason and many others have told me if there is an issue at source without knowing about my equipment. I'm on Sky Q. I'm not reporting subtitle issues again as it stresses me out repeating the whole, wasteful time consuming process.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Becca. I got around the problem, as kept switching to SD but it kept throwing up barriers to entry. Monday morning is not when am focusing on TV viewing so any replies will do later.
-
Penny Hollywood (@pholly22) reported from Truro, England@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down and I’m working at home for the NHS!!! Please help
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam You're sorry I take issue? Take some responsibility please. How rude. I provided information that Playing God is a film on Sky Cinema, see the thread, which I watched in HD and Tony asked which episode it was. A week before Jason replied to thank me for reporting the issue.
-
Coopsie (@coopsieyid) reported from Penzance, England@SkySportsNews @SkySports what ******** do vegans, or what your (so called) presenters had for lunch, have to do with deadline day? Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to filling air time 🙄
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Thank you NW. I will if the subtitles disappear. Sometimes it has been my wifi signal. Sometimes a blip elsewhere.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Oh no. Thank you for the warnings. However, I was having this issue with Series 1, which I am rewatching before series 2. It seems as if I have to do a huge route around for each episode. Surely the decision to watch is with viewers to decide what themes are sensitive?
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, EnglandThe #subtitles are far out of synch on The Paper Tigers @SkyHelpTeam I notice a silence about more than halving the #SkyCinema service also.
-
Sophie Osborne (@loupop81) reported from Penzance, England@SkyHelpTeam Nobody is answering the phone or you just get directed to sky help which obviously can’t sort out my issue ?
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Thank you Carol, that is great. As feedback, if a subtitle issue is reported to check at source across all equipment before asking questions. I've been asked so many different questions when I report subtitle issues, when this could be a 3 message conversation not 4 hours to sort
-
Claire Irons (@ClaireIrons3) reported from Truro, England@SkyHelpTeam why is my internet down in Cornwall?
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam trying to install your new My Sky app on my android phone. Was like install > sign in (didn't say for Google or Sky) > password again (enter Google password) > enter code (enter from text) > (tiny screen) So you don't locked out > (back to Google Store) sign in >....
-
Richard Drew (@richarddrew788) reported from Redruth, England@DarrenWolves @SkySports Not bad for a Liverpool supporter
-
John Steed MBE (@jsteed773) reported from Helford, England@SkyHelpTeam seriously unhappy with Sky I ordered TV, Talk and BB in early August and still have no BB. A series of delays, confused instructions to Open Reach and now even the Recovery Team cannot resolve. Seriously bad service I wish I had gone elsewhere !
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, thank you for saying that. By giving me the info that the issue was reported previously (by me last week) and subtitles now showing, to delete and download again it would have saved time and stress. My responses are feedback to how you came across. Info before questions
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam OK, then I'm not reporting subtitle issues anymore. If you don't appreciate customers reporting issues enough to check if it is at source, I'm not spending whole evenings on Twitter troubleshooting when I know what to do if it's my end but more often than not it's at source.
-
Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, EnglandHey @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with TV at the moment? Can’t get any channels. We’re in the TR11 Falmouth Cornwall area. Broadband, Netflix etc working still though.
-
✨ 𝕁𝕒𝕔𝕜𝕚 ✨ (@JackiHicks) reported from Hayle, England@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply. I have already checked all of those options but unfortunately it’s @Microsoft who need to sort this issue but I’m not having much help from them 🙁

DemiCFC (@uniquedemi2030) reported@Blue_Footy @ghostgoal @SkySports If we get it right, we have a good opportunity to win the league. It has never been even this open in a while. So many changes in the league. Arsenal are not dominating enough.
-
WALLPAPER GUY DENO🤩 (@Dino12731855) reported@theMadridZone @SkySports Stupid journalism
-
RealDSG (@Gingelltown99) reported@SkyUK Could this be the worst service provider in England? My husband received a phone call from them yesterday advising him of an overdue payment, so he paid the £113 as requested. Today the internet is disconnected and they have now advised him it will remain disconnected for 8 days! He is now having to request the phone call recording - what a shame - we thought England was more advanced than Australia but obviously not!
-
Θτάάrμ Σκμrα 15 (@Leotus15) reported@Xperience_Snr @Dehemsleyy I'm an Arsenal fan... I def ddnt like the message of Rogers to Chelsea, but I will never hate the messenger. I know how it was with them guillem ballague, Jim white and co. at Skysports back then and I definitely don't want to return to that era.
-
Tom Iconic (@TomiconicX) reported@SkySports Football was created by the poor bringing many together and allowing many to attend games but now stolen by the rich trying to monetise every inch of it from high ticket prices to ridiculous shirt prices
-
Kevin (@kev_with_in) reported@theMadridZone @SkySports The one time this account has posted important ****. It's not long before we get back to Rodri posts per second
-
DaveB (@D_BagmanMUFC) reported@SkySports The man's a cancer. Plain and simple. Ruined the World Cup for ad breaks in the guise of player safety. When Sepp Blatter has come out as the voice of reason in football you know youre in trouble.

Edward Reid (@EdwardReid71291) reported@StretfordPaddck @SkySports Tbh he should go , he’s a good player but just to slow for the prem he’ll do better in Italy . Better for all involved

Manchester United Fanhood Survivor (@EraserHeadNeal) reported@theMadridZone @SkySports @_dresmoove the problem w what you said is UEFA hold the leverage. Value of the WC decreases exponentially without them, if they leave the biggest/best game you can market becomes Argentina-Brazil, which you can already get with Copa America
