Sadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless 😞

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam This issue does not appear to be resolved, we are still experiencing issues with making call, sending messages etc. additionally there is an issue with our internet, which is not receiving the minimum download speeds. I tried to call your help desk but can’t make calls!!!

@robwww @SkyHelpTeam I’ve reset my network settings and rebooted my phone and no luck can’t make calls or text. Checked service and there’s no outage in area either.
