Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Sadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless 😞

3 PM blackout is so bad if you want to go and watch a game you will go and watch a game all you do by taking games off tv is take the opportunity for fans who are unable to attend/ and or live in Rural areas from supporting there team time for this ancient rule to go @SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam Unless someone high in IT can fix whatever routing issues are broken your end, it’s unlikely the scripted switch it off and on again people are able to fix.

@SilverstoneUK @SkyUK Yesterday at the MotoGP in Silverstone, there was no 4G and limited signal for Sky mobile customers inside the circuit. The moment we stepped into the car park areas 4G resumed. I don’t know if other customers had the same issue but 4 of us did.

@SkyUK why have you broke sky q networking AGAIN about 18 months of stability then you role out the Q160 update and all the old problems are back of having to rejoin every sky q box to wireless network every day!!!!!
