    @SkyHelpTeam trying to install your new My Sky app on my android phone. Was like install > sign in (didn't say for Google or Sky) > password again (enter Google password) > enter code (enter from text) > (tiny screen) So you don't locked out > (back to Google Store) sign in >....

    Well it seems like I've sorted our @SkyUK Q Box + Google mesh WiFi daily disconnecting problem. I've had to cable connect the Q box into the mesh pod. Bit of a pain as I had both my games consoles hardwired. Such a pity the two systems don't play nicely together :(

    @SkyHelpTeam seriously unhappy with Sky I ordered TV, Talk and BB in early August and still have no BB. A series of delays, confused instructions to Open Reach and now even the Recovery Team cannot resolve. Seriously bad service I wish I had gone elsewhere !

    @SkyHelpTeam charging a 20 year customer who is on furlough in a global pandemic and can't afford it 60 quid to cancel sky sports off the contract is a pretty terrible thing to isn't it . What a lovely company you are .

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you NW. I will if the subtitles disappear. Sometimes it has been my wifi signal. Sometimes a blip elsewhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply. I have already checked all of those options but unfortunately it’s @Microsoft who need to sort this issue but I’m not having much help from them 🙁

    Example of how I fell for a trap 18-month contract with @SkyHelpTeam. Go to record Inside Number 9. Autoselects HD. I cancelled HD so it would fail. I go to other formats select SD have to cancel HD first to make space. Could it give me choice not steal all that time?

    @wired2thebrink @SkyHelpTeam I'm getting other things OK. Just out of synch with a recording from yesterday. Maybe things were down then as I couldn't see subtitles oon things I wanted to record yesterday.

    Essential worker but working from home using #skybroadband. Internet has gone, the #mysky app can't do the tests as router not connected. Go through website - tests not working! Phone Sky - all lines closed due to staff training. I need to work! @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK help me pls!

    @SkySports You actually had someone watch the game and give them ratings? Rice a 6 man was up and down more than a prostitutes knickers! Should be an 8. Shaw a 6 the man was all over the place and got an assist. Walker a 6? He done nothing wrong. Infact the back 2 and wing backs was unreal

    @SkySports Pretty spot on to be fair I would drop Sterling down to a 7, scoring a goal shouldn’t boost your rating that much, didn’t do anything the rest of the game!
