Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@wired2thebrink @SkyHelpTeam I'm getting other things OK. Just out of synch with a recording from yesterday. Maybe things were down then as I couldn't see subtitles oon things I wanted to record yesterday.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam You're sorry I take issue? Take some responsibility please. How rude. I provided information that Playing God is a film on Sky Cinema, see the thread, which I watched in HD and Tony asked which episode it was. A week before Jason replied to thank me for reporting the issue.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, EnglandExample of how I fell for a trap 18-month contract with @SkyHelpTeam. Go to record Inside Number 9. Autoselects HD. I cancelled HD so it would fail. I go to other formats select SD have to cancel HD first to make space. Could it give me choice not steal all that time?

Penny Hollywood (@pholly22) reported from Truro, England@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down and I’m working at home for the NHS!!! Please help
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, thank you for saying that. By giving me the info that the issue was reported previously (by me last week) and subtitles now showing, to delete and download again it would have saved time and stress. My responses are feedback to how you came across. Info before questions

-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Oh no. Thank you for the warnings. However, I was having this issue with Series 1, which I am rewatching before series 2. It seems as if I have to do a huge route around for each episode. Surely the decision to watch is with viewers to decide what themes are sensitive?
-
mark (@cornishsportG) reported from Flushing, England@SkyHelpTeam charging a 20 year customer who is on furlough in a global pandemic and can't afford it 60 quid to cancel sky sports off the contract is a pretty terrible thing to isn't it . What a lovely company you are .
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Had you checked this issue was fixed and then suggested I deleted and downloaded again it would have saved me time and stress. The ability to see this from a customer perspective helps instead of entitlement. Asking format and episode for a film was irrelevant and disrespectful.
-
Jeannie Cain (@Jeanniec007) reported from Truro, England@SkyHelpTeam It's resolved now but I had been online and working through your loop never ever to find a phone number to a human or to resolve the issue
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Thank you NW. I will if the subtitles disappear. Sometimes it has been my wifi signal. Sometimes a blip elsewhere.
-

Brad (@Poldisleftpeg) reported from Saint Agnes, EnglandSo @SkySports have done videos of Mesut Ozil’s goals. He’s got some crackers. It’s quite sad, once you see past all the ****. He was may favourite player outside of Arsenal in 2013. Now he virtually means nothing. That feeling changed in an Arsenal shirt. That makes me sad.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, EnglandThe #subtitles are far out of synch on The Paper Tigers @SkyHelpTeam I notice a silence about more than halving the #SkyCinema service also.
-

NW (@Nickeleven) reportedI will never understand Sky allowing Carragher or Neville to commentate on Liverpool or Man Utd games .... so biased they make it unwatchable. With the cost of living going up, people are gonna start finding reasons to cancel things - so sort it out @SkySports

David Jones (@whynotgoglobal) reportedNothing against Everton but when a manager has the guts to go 4-2-4 he deserves a reward. And I'll never stop loving the way this #Liverpool team play. #LIVEVE #skysports

stuart wallace (@stuartwallace1) reported from Preston, England@Johnnyproudlove @SkySports One of many reasons why I binned sky 18 months ago and no regret - never forgot the countdown clock when Bury and Bolton were going to the wall #norespect
