As someone paying for a service, it is annoying that they aren't labelled, more than halved, no price drop, no heads up and now they're muddled in with old films (Liar Liar) so it takes time to even find new premieres.

I'm on Sky Q. I'm not reporting subtitle issues again as it stresses me out repeating the whole, wasteful time consuming process.

It seems as if I have to do a huge route around for each episode. Surely the decision to watch is with viewers to decide what themes are sensitive?

I cancelled HD so it would fail. I go to other formats select SD have to cancel HD first to make space. Could it give me choice not steal all that time?

By giving me the info that the issue was reported previously (by me last week) and subtitles now showing, to delete and download again it would have saved time and stress. The ability to see this from a customer perspective helps instead of entitlement. Asking format and episode for a film was irrelevant and disrespectful.
