    Example of how I fell for a trap 18-month contract with @SkyHelpTeam. Go to record Inside Number 9. Autoselects HD. I cancelled HD so it would fail. I go to other formats select SD have to cancel HD first to make space. Could it give me choice not steal all that time?

    @SkyHelpTeam If it's working at source, then I know what to do at this end. As I said, I often report subtitle issues and more often there is a an issue at your end. Please just answer my question. Are subtitles working on The Tiger Rising? I will stop reporting issues if you prefer?

    @SkyHelpTeam where are new Sky Premieres listed now, then? As someone paying for a service, it is annoying that they aren't labelled, more than halved, no price drop, no heads up and now they're muddled in with old films (Liar Liar) so it takes time to even find new premieres.

    Sadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless ๐Ÿ˜ž

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, thank you for saying that. By giving me the info that the issue was reported previously (by me last week) and subtitles now showing, to delete and download again it would have saved time and stress. My responses are feedback to how you came across. Info before questions

    @SkyHelpTeam charging a 20 year customer who is on furlough in a global pandemic and can't afford it 60 quid to cancel sky sports off the contract is a pretty terrible thing to isn't it . What a lovely company you are .

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Becca. I got around the problem, as kept switching to SD but it kept throwing up barriers to entry. Monday morning is not when am focusing on TV viewing so any replies will do later.

    @SkyUK a very letdown 20 plus year customer increasing my bill by over 45% as out of contract with no communication whatsoever - but itโ€™s ok to send me multiple emails about your products all the time #disgrace

    Well it seems like I've sorted our @SkyUK Q Box + Google mesh WiFi daily disconnecting problem. I've had to cable connect the Q box into the mesh pod. Bit of a pain as I had both my games consoles hardwired. Such a pity the two systems don't play nicely together :(

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you Carol, that is great. As feedback, if a subtitle issue is reported to check at source across all equipment before asking questions. I've been asked so many different questions when I report subtitle issues, when this could be a 3 message conversation not 4 hours to sort

    @SkyHelpTeam OK, then I'm not reporting subtitle issues anymore. If you don't appreciate customers reporting issues enough to check if it is at source, I'm not spending whole evenings on Twitter troubleshooting when I know what to do if it's my end but more often than not it's at source.

    @Martin47155779 @DeadlineDayLive @SkySports Never getting ยฃ20m in the last year of his contract, Celtic should be holding out and hoping for a bidding war. My own preference would gave been to ask him to run down his contract and give him a proper send off, allow him to negotiate his on deal.
