-
Stephen Bedser (@DigiPRman) reported from Redruth, EnglandSadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless 😞

Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam If it's working at source, then I know what to do at this end. As I said, I often report subtitle issues and more often there is a an issue at your end. Please just answer my question. Are subtitles working on The Tiger Rising? I will stop reporting issues if you prefer?
-
Mike Kent (@MikecityKent) reported from Redruth, England@JimmyMuratt @WalkerCup It would be nice to watch it the UK. Poor from @SkySports, surely could have been on sports mix
-
Brad (@Poldisleftpeg) reported from Saint Agnes, EnglandSo @SkySports have done videos of Mesut Ozil’s goals. He’s got some crackers. It’s quite sad, once you see past all the ****. He was may favourite player outside of Arsenal in 2013. Now he virtually means nothing. That feeling changed in an Arsenal shirt. That makes me sad.

Penny Hollywood (@pholly22) reported from Truro, England@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down and I’m working at home for the NHS!!! Please help
-
Nick Jaye (@NickJaye1) reported from Probus, England@SkySports I agree never heard anything so one sided in Liverpool’s favour
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Becca. I got around the problem, as kept switching to SD but it kept throwing up barriers to entry. Monday morning is not when am focusing on TV viewing so any replies will do later.

Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam trying to install your new My Sky app on my android phone. Was like install > sign in (didn't say for Google or Sky) > password again (enter Google password) > enter code (enter from text) > (tiny screen) So you don't locked out > (back to Google Store) sign in >....
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Oh no. Thank you for the warnings. However, I was having this issue with Series 1, which I am rewatching before series 2. It seems as if I have to do a huge route around for each episode. Surely the decision to watch is with viewers to decide what themes are sensitive?
-
Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam This morning I've hardwired the q box into one of the Google mesh pods to see if that helps. Seems to be bit of a problem looking online.
-
Claire Irons (@ClaireIrons3) reported from Truro, England@SkyHelpTeam why is my internet down again...Truro in Cornwall?
-
simon gillings (@gillings76) reported from Newquay, England@SkyUK a very letdown 20 plus year customer increasing my bill by over 45% as out of contract with no communication whatsoever - but it’s ok to send me multiple emails about your products all the time #disgrace
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, EnglandPity @SkyUK has decided to bury information about what new films have come out on Sky Cinema. I will be cancelling. This after no price reduction and over half reduction in new premieres. Bad customer UX.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Had you checked this issue was fixed and then suggested I deleted and downloaded again it would have saved me time and stress. The ability to see this from a customer perspective helps instead of entitlement. Asking format and episode for a film was irrelevant and disrespectful.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam You're sorry I take issue? Take some responsibility please. How rude. I provided information that Playing God is a film on Sky Cinema, see the thread, which I watched in HD and Tony asked which episode it was. A week before Jason replied to thank me for reporting the issue.
-
Jeannie Cain (@Jeanniec007) reported from Truro, England@SkyHelpTeam It's resolved now but I had been online and working through your loop never ever to find a phone number to a human or to resolve the issue
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam where are new Sky Premieres listed now, then? As someone paying for a service, it is annoying that they aren't labelled, more than halved, no price drop, no heads up and now they're muddled in with old films (Liar Liar) so it takes time to even find new premieres.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, EnglandThe #subtitles are far out of synch on The Paper Tigers @SkyHelpTeam I notice a silence about more than halving the #SkyCinema service also.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Please check if it's working at your end before asking me irrelevant questions. Are subtitles on this film working at source? I report subtitles issues often and it ALWAYS turns out I'm reporting a blip so please respect my time and just answer my question.

chris atherley (@AtherleyChris) reported@SkyUK I absolutely 100% hate sky. Was conned into having your **** broadband, was told sky TV works better with Sky broadband 🤔 what a load of crap. Customers are just free engineer's for a crap system
-
Karim Abdelrahman (@sausagey666) reported@TouchlineX @SkySports 0 shots in a final = 100 rating how to spot a retard 101
-
Michael Harte (@mharte18) reportedNo Broadband service, the troubleshooter online tool is unavailable and no one to speak to over the phone/help chat, how am I supposed to fix my Broadband so that I can work?? @SkyUK ?!
-
Paul Johnston (@mothball69) reportedWhy is the Women's Golf Scottish open, getting more coverage than the Senior open? @skysports surely this never used to be the case? Not a criticism just an observation 👍
-
RealDSG (@Gingelltown99) reported@SkyUK Could this be the worst service provider in England? My husband received a phone call from them yesterday advising him of an overdue payment, so he immediately paid the £115 as requested. Today the internet is disconnected and they have now advised him it will remain disconnected for 8 days, and there will be additional charges for the connection! He is now having to request the phone call recording, and a discussion with the manager, and may need to get ombudsman involvement - what a shame. We should have just gone with @Starlink. If we can switch now we certainly will try!
-
Stuart Woodger (@Woodgy) reportedFIFA please **** off with your tinpot halftime show. It doesn’t work for football. #fifa #worldcup2026 @BBCSport @talkSPORT @SkySports
-
Geert Beerens (@geertbeerens) reported@6thumbs @joethomlinson @SkySports Which is the worst possible answer to the question. The one thing that could have saved England in the second half against Argentina was pace and dangerous counter attacks. Absolutely unforgivable to not put either Saka or Rashford on.
-
TARUN (@TarunKhatta) reported@DeadlineDayLive @SkySports Damn
-
Cliff Mahoney (@cliffscab) reported@SkyHelpTeam Now there’s a surprise no customer service!!!
