Richard Drew (@richarddrew788) reported from Redruth, England@DarrenWolves @SkySports Not bad for a Liverpool supporter
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Thank you Carol, that is great. As feedback, if a subtitle issue is reported to check at source across all equipment before asking questions. I've been asked so many different questions when I report subtitle issues, when this could be a 3 message conversation not 4 hours to sort
-
Claire Irons (@ClaireIrons3) reported from Truro, England@SkyHelpTeam why is my internet down in Cornwall?
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam If it's working at source, then I know what to do at this end. As I said, I often report subtitle issues and more often there is a an issue at your end. Please just answer my question. Are subtitles working on The Tiger Rising? I will stop reporting issues if you prefer?
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, thank you for saying that. By giving me the info that the issue was reported previously (by me last week) and subtitles now showing, to delete and download again it would have saved time and stress. My responses are feedback to how you came across. Info before questions
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Oh no. Thank you for the warnings. However, I was having this issue with Series 1, which I am rewatching before series 2. It seems as if I have to do a huge route around for each episode. Surely the decision to watch is with viewers to decide what themes are sensitive?
-
Jacob Wells (@J4Kes93) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam @nowtvhelp please stop telling people to check there routers, think it’s pretty obvious this is an issue your end. Can’t even log into the now tv website now.
-
John Steed MBE (@jsteed773) reported from Helford, England@SkyHelpTeam seriously unhappy with Sky I ordered TV, Talk and BB in early August and still have no BB. A series of delays, confused instructions to Open Reach and now even the Recovery Team cannot resolve. Seriously bad service I wish I had gone elsewhere !
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Had you checked this issue was fixed and then suggested I deleted and downloaded again it would have saved me time and stress. The ability to see this from a customer perspective helps instead of entitlement. Asking format and episode for a film was irrelevant and disrespectful.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Becca. I got around the problem, as kept switching to SD but it kept throwing up barriers to entry. Monday morning is not when am focusing on TV viewing so any replies will do later.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam trying to install your new My Sky app on my android phone. Was like install > sign in (didn't say for Google or Sky) > password again (enter Google password) > enter code (enter from text) > (tiny screen) So you don't locked out > (back to Google Store) sign in >....
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Thank you NW. I will if the subtitles disappear. Sometimes it has been my wifi signal. Sometimes a blip elsewhere.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, EnglandPity @SkyUK has decided to bury information about what new films have come out on Sky Cinema. I will be cancelling. This after no price reduction and over half reduction in new premieres. Bad customer UX.
-
Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, EnglandWell it seems like I've sorted our @SkyUK Q Box + Google mesh WiFi daily disconnecting problem. I've had to cable connect the Q box into the mesh pod. Bit of a pain as I had both my games consoles hardwired. Such a pity the two systems don't play nicely together :(
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi Stephanie, thanks for letting me know there aren't issues at your end. Is the program still available to re-download? I recorded it but need to delete and re-download.
-
Claire Irons (@ClaireIrons3) reported from Truro, England@SkyHelpTeam why is my internet down again...Truro in Cornwall?
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam where are new Sky Premieres listed now, then? As someone paying for a service, it is annoying that they aren't labelled, more than halved, no price drop, no heads up and now they're muddled in with old films (Liar Liar) so it takes time to even find new premieres.
-
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England@SkyHelpTeam Previously on many many many occasions, Carole, Jason and many others have told me if there is an issue at source without knowing about my equipment. I'm on Sky Q. I'm not reporting subtitle issues again as it stresses me out repeating the whole, wasteful time consuming process.
-
Stephen Bedser (@DigiPRman) reported from Redruth, EnglandSadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless 😞

-
Rob Wilding (@jasaru44) reported@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Disappointing lack of response to a formal complaint. This is not a standard support issue – it’s a time-critical network risk before pavement reinstatement. I’ve already been through tech support. Who can actually take ownership of this?
-
Ben Pedley (@ben_pedley) reported@F1Media @SkyGroup @SkySports Nooooooooooooooooooooo !!!!!!! Stop making terrible decisions!!!! Absolute morons!! For a change, Listen to your fans and not the sound of ***** sky money landing in your wallets.

-

-
Bonaventure (@ainyangetoh) reportedSkysports: The Bayern vs PSG game was super, that was proper football. NONSENSE And I watched that rubbish today Stupid hypocrites
-
L4 (@TPybis) reported@SkyHelpTeam wifi gone down again happens every night put security of my home at risk cctv as wifi down again .checked for problem on sky app and app checker says my WiFi broadband in fine ?
-
fduffy (@fduffy123) reported@SkySports Bottom line is, he bullied his way to play 1 event less than others. Extra fines he incurred is a very flimsy excuse for DPWT to agree to this. It all about being forced to play extra events. A solution was much easier to find because they don't have to worry about next year.
-
Denislov Lietnev (@Denoxyl) reported@TheEngancheEra I bet that question came from Skysports. No wonder it's over half a century without England winning the world cup with their press always looking down on their players with hit job articles.
