    @SkyHelpTeam charging a 20 year customer who is on furlough in a global pandemic and can't afford it 60 quid to cancel sky sports off the contract is a pretty terrible thing to isn't it . What a lovely company you are .

    @SkyHelpTeam Please check if it's working at your end before asking me irrelevant questions. Are subtitles on this film working at source? I report subtitles issues often and it ALWAYS turns out I'm reporting a blip so please respect my time and just answer my question.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you Carol, that is great. As feedback, if a subtitle issue is reported to check at source across all equipment before asking questions. I've been asked so many different questions when I report subtitle issues, when this could be a 3 message conversation not 4 hours to sort

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, thank you for saying that. By giving me the info that the issue was reported previously (by me last week) and subtitles now showing, to delete and download again it would have saved time and stress. My responses are feedback to how you came across. Info before questions

    @SkyHelpTeam Had you checked this issue was fixed and then suggested I deleted and downloaded again it would have saved me time and stress. The ability to see this from a customer perspective helps instead of entitlement. Asking format and episode for a film was irrelevant and disrespectful.

    @SkyHelpTeam You're sorry I take issue? Take some responsibility please. How rude. I provided information that Playing God is a film on Sky Cinema, see the thread, which I watched in HD and Tony asked which episode it was. A week before Jason replied to thank me for reporting the issue.

    Example of how I fell for a trap 18-month contract with @SkyHelpTeam. Go to record Inside Number 9. Autoselects HD. I cancelled HD so it would fail. I go to other formats select SD have to cancel HD first to make space. Could it give me choice not steal all that time?

    @SkyHelpTeam Previously on many many many occasions, Carole, Jason and many others have told me if there is an issue at source without knowing about my equipment. I'm on Sky Q. I'm not reporting subtitle issues again as it stresses me out repeating the whole, wasteful time consuming process.

    @SkyHelpTeam If it's working at source, then I know what to do at this end. As I said, I often report subtitle issues and more often there is a an issue at your end. Please just answer my question. Are subtitles working on The Tiger Rising? I will stop reporting issues if you prefer?

    Pity @SkyUK has decided to bury information about what new films have come out on Sky Cinema. I will be cancelling. This after no price reduction and over half reduction in new premieres. Bad customer UX.

    My husband is attempting to watch West Brom v Charlton on the red button. It's really glitchy tonight - screen freezes, goes black etc - so he missed West Brom's goal! Really poor, considering how much we pay for the "service"! @SkySports

    @SkySports Look at all of these **** players on the list except declan ****** Rice. It's not biased it's a fact that he's the only 100 million player that looks like a steal. a bargain. David moyes said declan rice was worth more than 150 million, and he's proved right.

    @bilal_chauhan @SkySports The pogba that was let go for 500k to come back for 90m to be let go for free again. That's more the issue than paying the money is that he was allowed leave for buttons TWICE

    @SkyUK keep bothering to change my broadband maybe sort out your channels first like @SkySports plus channel. Why offer games on red button if matches just keep stop/starting. Very poor

    @SkySports your sky sports hd+ picture quality is awful. Not only do I have to put up with your broadcast being about 90 seconds behind the game but the picture freezes and blurring are constant
